Needed an oil change and saw they did them at Walmart so decided to try it out. It took them 2 hours and there was only one car in the bay in front of us. I am floored that it took this long. Will NEVER come here again. Also the cashier was incredibly rude and let another customer just cut in front of me. Unreal.

Went in for a tire on Tuesday because my other tire was flat. They changed it on Tuesday. Wednesday morning I went back because the TPMS light came on under the tire they replaced. They said they didn t have the proper equipment to check the sensors. Which should have been done on Tuesday. My husband was kind about it so they took it back and looked at it and said that something reversed and said it was fixed. It was not! So I came back Wednesday afternoon and yes I told both managers that I spoke with that it should be fixed properly immediately or I was going to tear up the enter Auto department. One of the managers called discount tire and I had it checked out there and Surprise Surprise when Walmart mechanics changed the tire they broke the Valve Stem. I plan to go back up there but it has been the worst experience with the auto center at this location.

They did literally everything wrong. They didn't input one of my tires I bought into the system, so they wouldn't let me have the set I paid for, sitting in front of me. It took them three weeks to fix it, even though I canceled after two weeks. I took my spare in to get balanced, and they over charged me. To top if off, they put almost 20 weights on my spare and half fell off in the back of my vehicle on the way home.

This place was amazing. I don t know why I ever stopped coming to Walmart for oil changes, but I love the mechanic that I had. He not only allowed me to get a different oil that was compatible with my car but he found one that was even cheaper than the deal that they were going on with the same brand of the deal. Like if that s not a mechanic that cares about customers I don t know what is. And the even better part was I didn t have to sit and wait I could go grocery shopping at the same time. I will definitely keep coming back here.

Called about a tire that said it was at the store online and when i got there they said it wasnt instock, i walk over and found the tire by itself. Wish they would take the time to know their inventory better.

6 hr wait times without an appointment when there was onto 1 car in queue kinda agitated me but the workers are nice and get the job done when you have an appointment.

Got there at 7:15 left at 9:15An oil change and tire rotation. I thought getting there early would be quick. Next time I ll just run to a quick lube place. They re prices are cheap but the wait was painful.The staff was friendly. I will give them thatServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

Spend some time. Hopefully they do the job right last time it was an oil change that was not completed So far it's Taken 2 hours and I'm sure it's going to be closer to 2 hours and 30 minutes if not a couple 3 hours. This is not my local walmart. However, I had to get some work done on my grandmother's car. Simone in the automotive center was absolutely amazing. She was so incredibly helpful and her personality literally lights that place up. In terms of her, I would give five stars. I decided to come back to Walmart, again, because of simone. This time, I had to get work done on my own vehicle. I needed four tires mounted to my truck. I got there and Simone checked me in at 4:30 p.m. I ended up not leaving until 7:00 ish. Generally speaking, this would not have been an issue. But on this particular day, I had all five of my children with me because I only went to have my tires mounted. Assuming service would be as Swift as it was the previous week, I elected to come here instead of going to my personal mechanic. I was so disappointed at the amount of time it took for my tires to be mounted. Simone was really helpful in checking on my vehicle. But, the reason that my vehicle took so long is because Lewis and Mikey made the comment that they weren't going to continue work on my vehicle until Tyler got back from break. also, shout out to Tyler because he diligently worked on my vehicle by himself while Lewis and Mikey walked around like they were getting paid to do nothing. At about 6:30, I am highly frustrated because I have hungry children and I need to get them home and fed. What shouldn't have taken more than 45 minutes if all three gentlemen had been working on my vehicle, ended up taking 3 hours. Simone could see my frustration and happily obliged when I asked to speak to a manager. So, Travis with the good hair, came to the rescue. I explained the situation and Travis went into the back. Whatever he said definitely did the trick. A truck that once had no tires on it, suddenly had all four within 15 minutes. I know Tyler can't do everything himself. So I'm so appreciative of the time that he did spend working on my vehicle while the other employees carelessly wandered around.

Ordered tires on recommendation of the staff. Tire came. They don't take appointments u just have to show up and wait in line in front of their garage.Would have been nice if they told us this.Then after 20min waiting in front of an empty garage bay someone finally came to our car and asked if we needed tires changed.....When I told that person that we ordered the tires and need them installed.He looked at my rims and said. We can't install them.The tire I ordered was based on the recommendation of the staff. Then they tell me they can't o stall them because they have to stretch the tire....What the f...Why not have me order the size that u can install instead of this mess!!!Went to discount tire. They looked at the tires looked at the time and said. Not problem...

Employees were nice however I spent over an hour waiting for my tires to be replaced. I went to ask to see and was told then they couldn t replace all 4 because they couldn t remove a part on the rear drivers side tire and to take it to another shop in order for the to be able to. Instead of finding out then, I wished they would ve at least paged me to notify me earlier instead of having to wait so long.

I got a nail in my tire and came at a time when they were busy and shortstaffed. But the young man that verified my tire warranty and Louis the manager were so pleasant. They serviced my vehicle as fast they could. I would recommend this team for auto maintenance.

Personnel were patient and polite but unfortunately did not have any H rated tires in stock that would fit my vehicle and I was not given the option to order any. I was only offered the option to install V rated tires that they had in stock. I had tried V rated tires on that car in the past and it made ride unbearable. I explained that Vrated tires would give my Honda Accord too rough of a ride for someone commuting 1000 miles per month. Personnel insisted that they only sold V rated tires and they would not be able to provide me with the tire meeting the OEM specs for my vehicle. I thanked them for their time and drove next door to Sams and was able to order the exact tires that I needed for my car.

I'm surprised at all the negative reviews here too. I've had so many oil changes at this location and got 4 new tires installed here and couldn't be more satisfied with our service. We live on post but it's worth driving to this location for the great customer service. A special shout out to Vernon and Charlotte, they are amazing every time I come in...Vernon even helped me put oil in my husband's car even though it was too old to get an oil change there. I really appreciated him going above and beyond, he didn't have to help me but he didn't mind at all. The prices are very affordable too.

Dropped off my car at 10:00 for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be ready in an hour. One car in front if me.....picking up my car without everything being done....worst customer service. I could not even get the girl who started my car to talk to me....she was chatting it up with a co-worker. She went to ask him how long for tire rotation.....10 min later I went back inside and said skip tire rotation.

I was the first one to show up. And was not helped until 7:45. Then took over an hour to get oil change done. They didnt start until 8:05. Why do they say their open at 7:30 and your the first one there and then they dont start until almost 40 minutes later. Wth I was late to workService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I am extremely impressed with the customer service with this Walmart. I bought a new battery from another Walmart in another state and within two months there were issues. The service department here ran tests and quickly identified and resolved the issue. My battery was replaced free of charge and the service manager also checked the air in all four tires in the process. I will definitely be coming back!

My favorite place for quick easy convenient and super friendly service from the mechanics that work here.Vern, Kevin , etcUpdate..went a month or so ago with a friend that gave me a ride to get groceries (my truck died before Christmas, agh!) Anyhow, he needed to get his tire aired up and in doing so the valve stem broke, then we didn't gave the thing to unlock the hub, etc. The most kindest man working in automotive shop, took the time to manipulate the tire to come off (the grace of God) and replace the stem. He was our hero that afternoon. For sure since within 1/2 hour a major storm was due to hit. I can't thank him enuff and will never forget his kindness and expertise with vehicles. Bless you!!

I purchased four tires from this place and wanted to have them mounted on my car. The want to be mechanic's could not get the tires off. So, I had to take my car home and let my husband take the tires off and go back to Walmart in our truck to retrieve the tires. They wanted to know how we go the tires off. really!!!!. I had to explain to them how my husband took the tires off. So, the people balanced my tires and I went home and my husband mounted them. My daughter took her car there a few weeks later to replaced two tires and the stupid people forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Of course, she found out when she was driving home and her car was making a weird noise. When she reached her destination she brought it to her friends attention and he informed her that her lug nuts were loose. These people should not be working on vehicles because they are clueless as to what they are doing. They are playing with people lives and don't care/ Walmart will hire anyone for cheap labor at the cost of the consumers.

Extermely slow. First person in line at 7 am Saturday and just needed an oil change and tires rotated. Took well over 2 hours. Could have done it myself at home much quicker without the benefit of all the tools they have at their disposal. If your time isn't important then the price is great at Walmart.

I have spent four hours waiting to get a set of tires to get installed. Not because there was a line, my vehicle was pulled right in with no one ahead of me. It's taken that long because they have had three different people work on it, I had to personally take my wheel bolts off (bmw) because they were using the wrong size socket, and they didn't have wheel weights.

I arrived at 2:45 PM on Saturday and asked to have a tire replaced the young man who help me looked like he'd rather be mid tier of a man pyramid at Abu Garib prison. I wait 30 to 45 minutes to see them back up my car which had not even made it into the garage yet and wait another 30 minutes and go ask the lady if they're done because I thought maybe they just changed it out side. Nope they just moved it out-of-the-way so I waited until 4:45 PM and asked for my keys. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced do not ever go here .

Just went today to get my oil changed and I asked them to check my left rear tire for punctures because it kept losing air pressure. Said they didn't find anything but when I got home I did a casual observation of the tire and I found a screw stuck in the treads. The head was worn down from being in my tire a while so I know they missed it. That is terrible attention to detail.

The worst place ever!!! When you are military and get off at 6 to hurry for an oil change and arrive at 6:15 to have them tell you they can t get any more vehicles in when they close at 7. Some people have jobs and the only time they get time is after work!! Fix your problems and care more about your customers.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

I came here for my stereo and my battery. Both times someone screwed up. I had to return my stereo about 4 times to get the right one. The battery situation was that I asked for the cheapest battery 70$ because I only had 80$ to spend. They put the 90$ one in my car without my permission and then tried to charge me 100$ tax etc. I didn't have the money and they were closing, so they kept my car and said "come back tomorrow" so I came back the next morning and a different associate was working and refused to pro rate it. It was not my mistake so I shouldn't have to wait for them to take it out, replace it with the original, and then charge me for two sets of labor. It's ridiculous.

I've dealt with the slowness and pretty poor service for years because the price was right. The final straw was Walmart refusing to warranty some Falken tires I bought from them that came with a 65,000 mile tread-wear warranty which were bald in under 25,000 miles. No only would Walmart not warrant the tires they sold, they would not even provide an inspection record of the tires that I could submit to Falken to show the tires were worn out. Luckily there's a Discount Tire nearby where I'll be taking my future tire business.
