I called Sam s Tire Center in Harker Heights to verify if they repaired tires. I was told they did. I got there and there were 2 techs working. When I got to the service desk, the tech did not greet us, or even ask us if he could help us. He just walked up. So I asked him if he could check to see if my tire could be repaired. I told him it was in my trunk. He looked at my tire while it was in the trunk and pointed to a black mark on my tire and said that because of that black mark my tire could not be repaired. He said it showed that I had driven on a flat. I asked him why it couldn t be repaired and he said the belts had been cut. He did not touch my tire, he did not take it out of the trunk. He just looked at it and made that diagnosis. We asked the cost of a replacement tire and if he had it in stock, and if not how long would it take to get in. He told me that it would take 2-3 days to get a tire in to fit my car. I did not trust his diagnosis so there was no way I was going to buy a tire from him. I immediately went to Walmart s Tire Center. The technician there, took my tire out of the trunk, rolled the tire checking for visible punctures. She told me she didn t see any visible punctures but she would put it in some water to see if she could find it. After they checked it out, she told me she could repair it. Walmart Tire Center repaired my tire and charged me $18. Sam s Tire Center said my tire could not be repaired without diagnosing it but simply by looking at it and were wrong. The tech was rude and it was apparent to me that he did not want to assist me or want my business. I will never go to this location for any service and would not recommend it.

I had trouble getting attention of someone in the shop because while one man was working quickly on cars the other exited the shop walked past me as though I was not there. I get that it was lunch time and the others were at lunch but to have a tall guy look past me as though I was not there was strange. I got a service manager that helped me get the attention of the busy man and the tall guy walked back into the shop. He made have been my height but his eyes were not focused on customers that day. Overall service was good from those interested in helping customers and I suspect the tall guy was looking forward to working someplace else.

This was my 1st set of tires from Sam's club and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised that they are amazing I was able to get a discount Because they were running a special and the service was amazing. I even had one of the sales guides call me to inform me about a better tire that was the exact same price with a better warranty. I really like that they look out for their customers.

I called when they opened to ask if they had tires in stock for my car after getting a flat yesterday. After a 10 minute hold I was told they had tires in stock that would be $165 each. I made an appointment for 1. I was told I would be paged when my car was done. I was never paged, and when I went to check in I was told my tire was repaired instead of replaced. Walk out to my car and the spare is still on. Now I m told they don t have any tires in stock for my car and cannot fix it. I wasted my entire day here and now won t be able to have my tires fixed today.
