I took my truck in to have them diagnose a coolant leak. I later got a call informing me that it was the coolant reservoir tank that had a crack. Replacement, install, parts & labor were estimated at $500. Mind you, that the plastic tank is retail for $49 at autozone. I decided to only pay for the diagnostic and do it myself. Which I'm fine with. Besides the high price estimate, what really upset me was that upon returning to get my vehicle, I noticed that my new 22-inch rim passenger side had a gash. The operator either, due to negligence or blindness managed to hit the curb attempting to park my vehicle in the overflow area. It was unfortunate to discover this and even more that I find myself leaving this review. I've taken vehicles to be serviced with this shop in thale past and had no issues, but I felt compelled to render my honest review for other consumers.

The dealer said I needed transmission and coolant flushes, and their estimate was just too much. I found Running Right with a Google Search, and thought to give them a try. I was not disappointed. I was very, very pleased with their professionalism and service. Their estimate was considerably lower, and the friendliness and helpfulness I received while there made it an easy decision to have them do the work. They notified me their multi point inspection showed the rear shocks were beginning to leak; I appreciated the heads up. I was very satisfied with the work they did on the car and am having them replace the rear shocks when the parts are available. I can't say enough about their politeness, genuine interest in my concerns, and their overall professionalism. They do superior work!

Running Right Auto is AMAZING! I've needed to get a few things fixed on our Chevy Sonic and brought it here. Their staff are honest about what you needed and what they can do for you. They also look out for you and your warranty/insurance.Love them, their service and their customer service.If you need any Auto work done bring your vehicle here. They will do all they can to help you save $.

First time here but was recommended by a friend. Told them about my issue and they were able to get me in the very next day. Nikki was so nice and updated me along the way. Car is running great! I would highly recommend! They will be my go to shop for car maintenance.

Awesome shop that has taken care of four vehicles of mine for the last 5 years. They are an honest shop that I trust. RRAC always gives legitimate feedback and recommendations; they do not scam customers into buying parts/services that are not warranted. Highly recommend this shop for anyone who wants reliable and affordable service.

RRAC is honest and customer oriented. They are worth every penny paid in labor costs for the peace of mind they provide. We have been a customer for over 2 years and have brought three vehicles to them for various services and second opinions. After trying other local garages, we do not bring our vehicles anywhere else.

Had truck for 2 months and didn t fix nothing and over $5000 wasted. Came in for truck knocking on right hand side passenger. Originally was told that my transfer case and that they used a microscope to determine this and it would be over $3000 to replace transfer case. Had truck for along time and had to basically beg for updates. So they end up replacing the front differential after they told me the wrong part came in. They said it was the transfer case and ended up changing the front differential. They then proceeded to say we aren t going to charge you for are mistake and by the way it still is doing the same thing. Next they said oh you heard of the chevy lifters going out. That is what we found a failed lifter. So they really tried selling me an engine for $13000 to install. The chevy dealership has so many is what they said. Or they said they could fix the lifter problem for over $5000. So I went with the lifter option. Which they charged like $1000-$1500 for parts and $3500 for labor for 27 hours. Finally get truck back and less then a week. The engine light started flashing and the truck was shaking. So I had to get it towed back to the shop. They said that lifer 7 failed and they replaced it and tested it and said it did it again. And then only told me well could be a bore that is worn and offered a new engine for $13000. That s when I got truck out of there ASAP. My Truck went in coming out worse then it came in. I would not recommend my worst enemy to go here. Even the tow company I used said these people were getting over on mutliple people by taking advantage of them. I will right many reviews on everywhere I can and use social media as well to try and when people. I will tell everyone I see in person to stay away. I will additionally be filling with BBB, writing a demand letter and will be filling a lawsuit for small claims court if it comes down to it. It s not right to treat anyone this way and definitely not a way to treat customers or Military.

Very Honest ShopHad been provided amazing customer service. I was there all day on 10/06 with my 2 littles in a double stroller. They didn't mind kids, even held the door open for me to come in and out. Went out of their way to get my rental claim started from my warranty company, unfortunately I did not know that it was reimbursement only. They originally told us Wednesday but the vehicle was ready the following Tuesday instead. Noticed they did more than what my original concern was. Will definitely come back in the future if I need any auto repairs done.Service: Oil change

Start of with saying great people, been dealing with Nikki and Jackie for over a year now super friendly, communication is on point calls me with updates on my vehicle. The guys at O'Reilly's in Harker Heights recommend them and have not been disappointed since. There super friendly and they do the job right the first time

I've been taking all my cars here for about 6 years. They never miss a beat. Their customer services elite. Their prices are fair, but they also offer a 10% military discount. I just had my oil changed in 2011 Escalade. Full synthetic with filter included. $67... YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT!!!

Expert expedient service. The staff knowledgeable about car problems and noises. I was an afternoon walk-in with brake and noise problems. The Running Right Care Cars center diagnosed and repair my faults within 3 hours. Additionally, I was updated on the status of my vehicle by text or cell. The staff informed me of problem delays in receiving parts for my Honda due to the Auto workers strike.Services: Brakes, Auto brake replacement

I brought my car to Running Right Auto Care for several repairs. I was pleased with the level of communication, the photo evidence to back up the repairs needed, and their promptness. They sent me a report card, so to speak, via text of all the repairs needed along with photos showing the damage - I really liked that. For the type of repairs I needed I was very impressed with how quickly they finished the work and got my car back Running Right . Honest mechanic, women friendly, I would totally give them my business again!!! 10 out of 10 - recommend!Services: Auto A/C replacement, Wheel alignment

RRAC is the only place to take your vehicle. They have the best mechanics and the best customer service. I have never had any issues and every time I leave there I feel confident that my truck was taken care of the Running Right way. Today I drove from North Dallas (400 miles-round trip) to have my car worked on at Running Right Auto Care and it was well worth the trip! Mr. Freeman and his staff have the most professional family owned shop in the Greater Killeen Area. It pretty difficult to find mechanic shops in the area that complete quality work for a reasonable price! The lobby is very nice with complimentary refreshments, and the atmosphere is really nice and laid back. My mechanic "David" was extremely knowledgeable about my specific repair and completed a quality check after the job was complete! I recommend Running Right as your complete auto care facility!Running Right Will Get You Right!

They have really good mechanics that do their jobs. Prices are reasonable and repairs are done on time. Everything is explained to the smallest detail without any pressure to make repairs. Went to this location for AC repair, paid around $160. A/C worked for one day and went out. I took it back to the location and the receptionist told me I would have to pay for the diagnostic if I declined for them to repair my air for the 2nd time. Feel Sad for people who actually use this. Poor attitudes, poor ethics, poor workmanship. You will need a repair when you leave here. They will ding your car and leave blue on it. If you care about your car, I truly urge you to use somewhere else. Plus there labor is higher. Huge regret.

I shared this with EJ and other shop personnel in person and would not miss an opportunity to say this publicly. I received amazing service at Running Right Auto Care. As a result of negligence by a local WalMart, I needed a whole new engine after receiving a faulty oil change. EJ and the rest of the staff treated me with sincere care during the entire process. I was initially concerned because my husband was deployed on the other side of the world and don t know much about auto mechanics. Everyone at this shop was so helpful and knowledgeable. I never once felt that I was being taken advantage of. My car was sitting there for a few weeks before they could begin the work, but EJ waived any additional fees. Not to mention the entire job was completed in less than a week from the time the new parts arrived. I am a permanent customer after this experience. I am so grateful for the entire staff. You guys are amazing and so incredibly trustworthy and treated me with care and understanding.Sincerely,A Very Happy Customer!

They do get your car RUNNING RIGHT!!! for real!!First off, great customer service. These people are very professional and very knowledgeable with what they do. Trust me they get the job done and they do it right. It s a 11/10 for me. My vehicle had computer(ECM) issues, I took it to them, they figured it out in a heartbeat. They did a Great job! I called around because I was in a rush and the original place I was going told me they would be able to service my car and when I got there had a 3 hour wait. When I called running right they told me to come right over and they would take care of me and understood I needed to be out in less than 2 hours. They fixed my AC for what I am saying is cheaper than I have ever been quoted. I will be coming back here for all my auto care needs now. Thank you guys so much!Service: A/C installation & repair

I just want to say they are truly a blessing! I am very satisfied with the service they provided. The inspection report they provided is awesome, it shows you videos and pictures of the issues with the car. I do not live in the area and was looking for honest person to look at my car. Nikki who I spoke with from day one to the end was excellent! Went in for inspection and needed work on my power steering a few months back. Did not notice until recently that someone in that shop fixed the jammed button on my driver's seat adjuster. That seat has been jammed since I bought the car 3yrs ago and it was so hard on my back. Thank you so much to whoever went out of their way to fix that for me!To add, everyone at Running Right was very professional, and they are efficient in returning a safe vehicle.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I just picked up my Tacoma from here so it s too soon to review the quality of work, but with a 2 year 24000 mile warranty, except for a used part we decided to use (which they said they might be able to work around if there is a problem), I m not worried too much about it. What I can say is that the people here are supper nice and very helpful. The pricing was in line with other estimates or better, including Toyota, but with a better warranty. I chose them because other reviews spoke of their honesty and quality, and my experience so far confirms those reviews. I definitely recommend using them.

Been coming here for 7+ years since I've moved here. They will not try to give you a run-around or recommendations for unnecessary fixes. Prices are fair to great and they certainly have my loyalty. I hope I never have to move because finding a shop like this is harder to do these days. It's also hard to find a place where the employees seem to always be smiling and positive.
