DO NOT CALL THIS GUY FOR ANYTHING MECHANICAL. I absolutely do not recommend this guy. He does faulty work and refuses to fix it after he already told me he warrantied all his work. I had him do a simple task of changing the oil in my UTV. He brings it back to me and the same day he brought it back to me it was leaking oil and its never leaked oil in the many years I've had it.I called him the next day after he brought it back and let him know it was leaking oil and he said if its coming from drain plug or filter he would fix the issue. So, I figured out it was coming from the drain plug, plus noticed there were vice grip marks on the plastic plug and seen it was now cracked. So its obvious he damaged the drain plug by twisting it with vice grips instead of by hand like your suppose to. I called him and he said I didnt make that drain plug so im not going to warranty my work I performed. Its unbelievable. How do you damage your customers equipment and give it back with an oil leak due to the damage you caused and then refuse to make it right. Mistakes happen, I understand that, however, you should have owned your mistake and replaced the drain plug you damaged. I probably would have even paid for the drain plug if your were just honest with me. I ended up having to order my own drain plug and put it on myself which wasnt hard. It just shows his character. He knew I had it parked outside in the grass, so he figured I would never notice the leak and when I did eventually then I would call him back to fix it. Luckily, I parked in garage the same day i received it and noticed it the next day. Not someone you want working on your hard earned equipment.

After going to Napa for oil I ve ran my car on for 4 years without issue I was sent to him. Right out the gate he first insults my intelligence by asking do I know what zinc is for in oil, next he tells me he races cars in straight lines and knows what my car needs. I avoided his question with the zinc to get the oil for my car which I didn t get just for him to continue to tell me what my car needs when I race my car on roads with turns. I finally got to upset to deal with him and just left. I didn t need a class on MY CAR!!!!. Napa should never inform someone to go to this man. Also when you read this I m a licensed heavy equipment mechanic my guy. Before insulting someone.

I experienced lies and oil leaks after dealing with Ron. I also experienced the price continuing to go up after the work was already done. I asked for my grand total and he gave it to me. Then, the day he was dropping off my atv, he raised the price like 400 after he already gave me my grand total when the work was all done. The worst part was giving my atv back to me with an oil leak that he caused. Never leaked before. Ron busted the plastic oil valve when changing the oil and instead of purchasing a new one and installing it he gave it back to me with an oil leak and refused to fix it even though he said he guaranteed all his work.

I had Ron complete at least 9 jobs for me and two for my Son. Each task was completed on time and way above expectations. Not only was the work complete, but he also cleans the items to almost new condition, AMAZING! Ron has impressed me and my son. We won t go anywhere else. Ron is a man of true faith and commitment. Not sure what the gentleman named doctor is saying or experiencing. It certainly is NOT Ron!

Ive had a bad experience using Ron to service my UTV. He lied about charges and kept raising price with nothing additional done. Brought unit back to me with large oil leak that he has yet to fix. Beware of this guy. He has too much pride to admit he does anything wrong even if the proof is so obvious like and oil leak the same day he dropped it off. Never had an oil leak before.

Very knowledgeable & affordable. Ron took the time to discuss & drill my grandson on how to properly use, check the oil level & clean our mower. Great experience & will definitely use this company again!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE SERVICEMy truck was leaking transmission fluid.. BAD! I took it to NTB and called another shop in the Killeen/Harker Heights/ Copperas Cove area none of them were available to take my truck in that day but when I called Ron he told me to come on by! He fixed my truck and so much more, went way beyond the extra mile and gave me all the information I needed and more! I will not ever take my truck anywhere else for any oil/transmission issues and you shouldn t either! Extremely fair pricing, wonderful work and so very friendly! Thanks for fixing my baby!

Absolutely do not recommend this guy. Save your time and go some place else or you will have a mess on your hands. Things not getting done right. Faulty work. Not backing up the work hes performed and you will be right back where you started except with alot less money.

Ron knows what he's doing. He fixed my mower in less than a week. It runs better than when it was new. Yall need to see this guy.
