Juan was very nice and helped my friend with her car's headlights. He explained to her very patiently that the lights weren't broken, they were installed wrong. He was very cool, and even had no issue on returning the headlights she already bought, thank you!

What a dump. My 19 year old son went there for a battery replacement. They were eager to sell him a battery, but absolutely refused to even help him install it. The reason was it was complicated and they didn't have a technician available. I had to come install it, which only took me 10 minutes to complete. With only one socket. Hardly complicated, because two team members were helping someone else install a battery. My son then asked for an air filter. One was 24.99 and the other was a K&N that about 60. I asked for the 24.99 one and he says I should have just said the K&N was all I had. This place is a disgrace and I will never return or advise anyone I know to otherwise.

Sold my teenage son a battery and told him it was too complicated for them to install. Husband went to change it. While in the parking lot, he witnessed the staff helping another customer install a battery. Beyond angry, will never go to this place or recommend it.

Had a down day with car. I came in and no problems exchanging a part with more then professional staff " William". He could read by my face I was distressed and was very intuitive to my car problem. Never had this kind quick painless exchange fix. He took over completely analyzing the problem and gave solution to full satisfaction. Thank you William more than you would understand.

Have been going here for years. Often times they have a part in stock or can get it there same day. Usually prices are pretty comparable to prices online. Staff is great

Sold my wife a battery but refused to install it told her to go to a shop. She just called and is stuck on the side of the road. This place is a joke. Advance on Indian trail did it no issues. Screw this place.

Great experience. The manager is very knowledgeable about all aspects of auto maintenance. She and her staff make me feel very comfortable and are quick to respond to my questions.

The workers here at this shop have been very helpful with us as we manage our fleet of trucks. They've been clutch in a few instances with helping us find parts to get a truck back on the road. 5 stars

I came into the location at 9:55 and JUAN the young man in the store came right out to check my Sentra. I realized the store was getting ready to close but He advised me it was no issue. He advised me he would get me a battery in the Am. Found out this morning it was recall issue. Thank you Juan

This store gets a 5 star rating for an excellent employee by the name Kendrick Lofton, Jr. Kendrick not only was very respectable but he offered assistance quickly, no questions asked and moved quickly in doing so. I thank him for his service to myself and my friends when he really didn't have to.

Curtis and Carlos provides me woth phenomenal service when my truck battery and navigation system both simply decided to stop functioning. They both should be commended for thier knowledge and customer service. It was refreshing to actually see true customer service still exists. These gentlemen have made me a return customer.

So I'm going on a trip and my battery was feeling acid no other place care more about my Automotive Service than the service that of O'Reilly's I just bought a new battery for $119 and I feel that is the best money I've ever spent!! Going on an adventure traveling this coming month! O'Reilly's is my go to store for all my Automotive needs!

This used to be an amazing store with great customer service until they got different management. I highly recommend dealing with anyone BUT her if you have to use this store.

So, stuff happens... but this place sold me the wrong rotors the first time I went here, this time they tell me parts are in stock, and they are pulling them for me. I get here, and they can order them from Dallas, but it will be a couple days, and they dont know why the computer says they have it, but they dont. Different staff each time, 2 years apart. They wont get a third strike from me!

Definitely always ready to go out to your car and run test to determine issues and give you a couple options to take care of it. Ordered a part and it arrived exactly when they said it would.
