We had a flat tire and it was 730. They close at 80. We called them to see if they could replace our tire.Jackie was awesome in helping us get in and out in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES!What place does that? That was my first visit to NTB. Now I'm highly considering them whenever I need services.

I bought my tires here and they provide excellent service! They let me know about my tire sensors and they were able to get them replaced quickly and easily. I am SO happy with the warranty I bought here last year!

Staff is professional and my vehicle was repaired quickly and under warranty. While the tires were being rotated the courtesy check found that i was in need of a front brake replacement. Love this location and its staff.

I love coming to the Harker Heights NTB for all my car maintenance needs. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They always have the best attitudes and offer the best advice for my car needs. I recently came in with no appointment for a tire issue and they got me back on the road in no time.

The serves and professionalism was outstanding. The technician Oscar and the assistant manger Michael went far and beyond to get my car back on the road. I will recommend all my friends and military buddies to take their car to NTB in Harker Heights.

This place is fantastic !!! Couple months ago I needed a battery my husband came and jumped my truck off and said drive straight to NTB in HARKER Heights . Tell them you need a battery . It was almost 5:00 and I was so worried they would reject service so close to closing but they didn t . They took care of me and I so appreciated them . Shellie has helped us in the past and done a great job . Her staff is phenomenal as well. They are all very knowledgeable !!!! We will continue doing business with them as long as they are there !!! I recommend them HIGHLY!!!!!

I have been coming to ntb since 2008, I have brought my 3 vehicles here. The service Is the best, very friendly staff. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and I always leave here a happy and satisfied Customer. I totally recommend this business.

The staff at NTB is Fantastic, they really know their stuff and had an oil change done in 30 minutes in comparison to the 2 hours that other shops have done. Shellie and Kevin did an excellent job. 10/10 will be returning again.

NTB s service has been great! This is my second visit and they ve repaired so much on my 2017 Dodge Charger. From Struts to brakes. My baby is running as good as new.

Accidentally showed up an hour early for my appointment but they were easily able to accommodate me with no issues. They were very quick and answered all of my questions concerning my oil change and state inspection. 10/10 would recommend and come back!

My tire went flat after picking up a nail. NTB not only got me in quickly on the same day but also checked my other tires and found a second nail. Their attention to detail and customer service saved me a potential flat on the side of the road and allowed both my tires to be repaired. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work on their vehicles.

Absolutely top-notch professionals run and work here. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Sunday, which is a big plus that it's one of the only shops open, and when I left there was a banging/clanking noise coming from the rear of the truck.I took it back and that's when they discovered that the previous shops (TT Fort Hood St.) weights were incorrectly placed and were hitting my brake caliper. They rebalanced my tire at no charge and corrected the subpar shops mistake.This will be my goto shop from now on. I highly recommend them for your car service needs!

Shellie and her staff are honest and take care of all my vehicles. They work with every time I come in, and actually keep me updated. They show me the problems instead of just tell me. Place is truly awesome.

Everything I come in to NTB there always help me out no matter what .There customer service here is wonderful. There always speck to you. They always say hello. How are you doing? Have a nice day? I try to come in as much as possible with My car . if my car need anything they fix it if I need oil change there let me know

Had the most incredible experience this morning with NTB. It appears someone may have tried to steal my tire, because threw lug caps were missing and one was completely snapped off. They were able to get me and taken care of right away. I have been a loyal customer here and will continue to support them.

I just want to express how amazing the service is at this location. I was from out of town and it was 10 minutes before close when I had my car towed there. She communicated with me the whole time I was trying to get to the tire shop before close and we stayed updated. They stayed open and changed both of my tires. They were very humble and wish we would see more customer service this amazing at other public establishments. Amazing service.

I have used NTB's other company on the east coast for years. This NTB has reliable service and honest advice; never had an issue nor do they try and oversell or overcharge. Received damaged from repairs at nissan dealership and NTB helped with the issue.

NTB is Harker Heights is the place for tires and prompt service!!! We are forever done with Firestone! We went to them for the third time and we're put off for the third time. Today with a flat Firestone told us they would eventually get to us. We went across the street to NTB Tire, and they fixed it within minutes. NTB in Harker Heights has just gotten our business!! Great speedy fix!!

I was visiting from out of town and got a nail in my tire and had to get it fixed and they were so helpful. Excellent customer service, very friendly and very efficient. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing experience!Was on a road trip when I got a flat tire. A mom with two kids, with no assistance, fifteen minutes before this location closed. The employees were so kind and quickly helped me, while saving my tire as well. True angels when I needed it!
