Romos was very helpful with information about inspection/registration. Very knowledgeable! They were all friendly and I also get my oil changes done here. Never have had an issue.

We have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for more than a decade. Today s service was horrendous. It was 9:55 and Mr. Ramos comes out and without a hello says, we don t do inspections till 10. , turns around and walks away. He didn t offer us to wait in their waiting area. We got used to the friendliest manager that was here prior. The former manager would always be polite and welcoming. We came back at 10:03. Mr. Ramos sees us and just waves us back from the inside of the work bay. We gestured to him because they let another car in front of us. Mr. Ramos comes and comes talk to us in a rude manner telling us why he just waved us back. We will definitely will be looking for a new oil change/ inspection place. It used to be a 5 star experience; not any longer.

I thank God my Father for the quality of service that I always receive from Ms. Chelsea P. at this location. She is extremely thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and operates in the Spirit of excellence. I appreciate her communication and willingness to explain the processes and services that pertain to vehicle maintenance. This establishment is blessed to have such a dedicated team member.

The service writer, Ismael, was extremely friendly and the overall service was the fastest I've had in years for an oil change. I saved money and time. Would definitely recommend!

I ve tried many different places for oil changes in the area. This is the only place I will take my car and have been a loyal customer for years. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and I receive excellent service every time.

I liked the ease of getting a Texas state inspection. Employee was respectful, and got me in and out quickly. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

Really disappointed. I ve left a 5 star review here before but today was completely different than I have ever experienced. Went for an oil change and fluids check because my AC isn t working. There was 1 car in the bay and 2 cars waiting. There are 3 bays. Keeping in mind places may be short staffed I was okay with waiting but the man told me they couldn t help me today. They were too busy. The service was very unlike my past trips

Just got my oil change done. Pretty quick. Albert who was running the shop was very knowledgeable including their stock of oil. He also made sure that my tires were aired up and oil is reset. This is going to be my spot.Back again. Albert being great again explaining company's recommendation on oil change versus manufacturer recommendation. As a supervisor myself, I liked when I overheard him asking his worker "didn't I tell you to do this when we opened" Shop is squared away with him. Saw my military ID and gave me discount plus gift card. See you next 5k miles

I went here for a vehicle inspection since it was closer to my house. Upon arrival, I was instructed by Mr Ramos as to the order of going through the line, very clearly. I was 3rd in line, I got there roughly after 10am. They start inspections at 10am. I appreciate the clear communication from the team. Mr Ramos explained why I had to wait bacl at the parking lot for my turn since he did not want incoming cars to hit me, he thought it was a hazard and mentioned they were going to put up entry and exit signage soon for better car flow, into which I agreed. My car was inspected by a lovely staff Miss Chelsea, who was quick, direct to the point, wasted no time. She even applogized for the wait which I didnt mind at all. Only cost me 7 dollars for everything. I will be back here in the future!

I am always pleased with the service I get. I have been going to this particular location since the building was built. I do this because I know the type of service I will get. It's the best.

The three employees that worked were more worried about talking and chatting than working. I sat in my vehicle for 20 min with one car ahead of me to get a vehicle inspection. I finally asked the young woman that worked there why we were not being helped, she stated oil changes are ahead of inspections. I have exclusively come to this location since it was Classic Oul and Lube (20 years), with all 4 of my vehicles. I will seek a different establishment, as this one has gone down in quality of employees and service.

Jiffy Lube is awesome place but I passed by it and went to precision auto care instead. I think there are more thorough and it might be a little more, but you pay for what you get.

Hello, I have to say there is a young man by the name of Robert who Manages this location, and I have to say the contact I have had with him a few times at this store has been absolutely amazing! He is very knowledgeable and as far as customer service goes it is above and beyond every time as well from his employees. I have also had a wonderful experience with a gentleman named David, too. Never an issue after my Truck service has been completed because is done to a "T" with care. I actually live in Killeen but prefer the service I receive in Harker Heights at this location so much better. Thank you to a Ms. Chelsea also who is always a friendly and helpful face. I have taken note in getting the names of these employees because I am over do in writing them all a review for the many times, I have used their store. Anyone needing a service done right must give this Jiffy Lube location a true shot it offers so much more than just an oil change!! Thank you ALL, sincerely, Mrs. S. I will ride for Jiffy Lube. I thought I just lucked out at my location in Augusta, GA but when I moved here, the staff are just as wonderful. They re always super transparent with me, I don t ever feel taken advantage of. They re so kind and they re the only people in town who are willing to work on my Volvo! Three other places simply did not want to work on it! I will come back to this Jiffy Lube every time now. Highly recommend. And huge shoutout to Jace and Chelsea and Ismael and truly everyone there. I am so glad I ve found a place in town I can trust.Service: Oil change

Jiffy shouldn t be in the name of this establishment. Not fast since the new management and no one is ever available to do an inspection. I ve waited for more than 45 minutes and still counting just to get an inspection. Update: By the way, an hour later and the guy named Ismael has poor customer service, told me I haven t been waiting an hour and he will fail my inspection and take me back to the old days and make me wait 45 minutes.I just shut up because him talking on and on made it even longer.

Worst experience we've ever had. Instructed to wait behind a vehicle that was having air conditioner recharged. After 75 minutes instructed to go to another bay. I needed a oil change and inspection. My tech was new but thorough. I had a complete inspection (my wife's vehicle did not, only a windshield wipers inspection and replacement). Manager comes over to check on new employee and states that he wants another inspection done. Now we have been here 2 hours and counting. Manager apologizes for delay and says inspection fee will be waived but we need to pull out and come back into the first stall for another inspection. We do and wait 10 minutes because there is a car ahead of us having a brake light replaced. We have the same identical inspection done and pay the bill, which still includes the inspection fee. All in all we were there 3 hours. Never againService: Oil change

They were very thorough checking all fluids and tire pressure. Also was careful to tey and not put oils on my vehicle!

The worst experience I have ever had at a jiffy lube. I wait in line behind the only car in the only what appeared to be the only operating stall for over 30 mins. No one greeted me or asked what services I needed. A black truck came in, drove into a stall and was served. The car in front of me finished the pull me through the stall and started to an inspection with out even talking to me. I then stated I need an oil changed. Person said oh sorry, you ll need to get behind the black truck. I WILL never go to jiffy lube again. What a effin joke they all are. Zero stars

I've used this Jiffy Lube for almost 20 years. Today, they turned me away 50 minutes before closing because they "don't do inspections after 5pm." All 3 bays were empty. Under new management? I will try during the day tomorrow, but so far, I'm not impressed.

I have taken both my van and my SUV to Jiffy Lube for the past 2 years and the service I receive is EXCEPTIONAL!! All the staff are courteous and very attentive to what you need and ask for. Will DEFINITELY be coming back time and time again.

Huge thanks to David on the team there! There was an issue with the POS system and he made sure the issue was resolved today (20 June 23). Rest of the team as well did an awesome job on oil change services and state inspection.
