I called for information. We agreed to appointment time and I texted to confirm my information. This was all new to me. James texted me upon his arrival. My windshield was replaced quickly and professionally. He was very informative, fast and efficient. Thanks for such great service! I would recommend James Auto Glass to everyone.

They are awesome, professional, and fast. Mr. James is very understanding when I had to reschedule due to car issues he was willing to work with me on the next available day. They took like 15 minutes on my car placed all my stickers back, which was nice. I can tell he take pride in his work and loves what he does! I would definitely refer then to friends and family. Been using him for years for my dodge caravan window regulators. 5 times(always breaking) Fast service, they come to you, and very reasonable price. Friendly and goes out of way to explain. The first time, he noticed the door handle was broke I had the piece and he even put it on for me.!

Awesome place. As soon as you call.. you re not on hold for 30 minutes to talk to someone. They come out and fix windows and do it effortlessly. They make you feel good after it s done . And the speed is impeccable. You can look out of your window when they first pull up . take a bite out of your sandwich,come back to the window. and they re done.

Everything seemed cool after first, great price he even came to you. But then as I get a couple minutes down the road with my new windshield my eyes were all over the place as if I was wearing glasses. I called him to inform him as he said if I were to have any trouble to give him a call.he said he couldn t get to me until Friday due to a funeral the next day funny bc we had originally made the appointment on that day. I heard nothing at all Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday. No confirmation that a new windshield was ordered nothing. So I had it replaced Friday morning by another company. I then reached out to James to see if I could give him the windshield back so I could at least get a part of my money back. He said he would see what he would do it s now the following Wednesday and haven t heard anything at all.I shouldn t have to keep calling him to remind him he clearly just wanted money but doesn t try to help or fix the problem after.

These guys are amazing!!! Dudes an absolute tool called him to see if he had the glass for my car said he d call me back and let me know. Never called. Ended up calling him back a couple days later says didn t I tell you I can t get it. Like what DONT GO HERE terrible customer service

Unprofessional- unreliable-highly over rated here! I booked this company because of the Google rating. That was a mistake. I booked this company to come out and replace my windshield with a arrival time of 10-11am on 28Oct21. On the morning of the appointment I called at 9am to confirm my appointment since I had not heard from them to confirm the appointment. I was told that my appointment was still scheduled, so I waited. At noon after no one showed up or call, I called the company and was immediately sent to voicemail. 5 minutes later I received a text from James stating and I quote I m sorry, I had an emergency, my company should have called you but I can do the job tomorrow since I won t have the glass until then anyway . Yes confusing right, which is it, you had an emergency, or you forgot to order my glass and didn t even have the courtesy not to waste my time and at least call me or tell the truth when I called 3 Hours earlier. Ughhh so aggravated because I took off to have this done!Service: Auto windshield replacement

NO SHOW, NO COMMUNICATION, NO APOLOGY AND HE CHANGED PRICE..... RUN... There are many other great options in town. I ordered a new windshield on Friday. James gave a me price and said it could be installed at 9 am on Tuesday. I explained that I needed to leave town at noon and he said that would be enough time for it the set up. On Monday the price increased by $30. At 9 AM on Tuesday, James was a no show. I called he said it had not arrived yet. James should have called me to let me know what was going on. He said it should be there within an hour and he will head out. It's now 2 hours later, no calls, he didn't answer his phone and has not returned my call from 30 minutes ago. I still have a broken windshield and I need to leave town in an hour. James lack of communication and professional courtesy cost him my business forever and he lost a referral that I would have given him today. This my first review and I had to post it because I hope James doesn't do this to anyone else.

Showed up on time and completed the work fasted than estimated. The price was competitive and the windshield arrived quickly considering it was Easter weekend. The gentleman was also very polite. This will be my go to place as long as I live where I do.

Got a call from them this morning that they wanted to stop by a day early, heck yeah. Not only were they done fast, everything adhered to the windshield like the mirror, license stickers and our fastpass sticker were applied like they had always been there. They did a perfect job.While most of the Autoglass places around Cove were $200+ plus for our 1991 F350, they beat everyone else in price and availability. Not only that they came out and replaced the windshield in our own driveway. The last time we had it done we were without a truck for a few days. These guys and gal do an amazing job, absolutely fantastic.Service: Auto windshield replacement

My husband and I both got our windshields worked on by James and his daughter a few months ago, and we couldn't be happier with them. My windshield was replaced because of a bad crack I got while driving in Houston, and my husband's truck windshield had a chip in it. Both were fixed perfectly - James came out right on time and fixed them quickly. I love the fact that he comes to where you are - that's so convenient and saves a lot of time! Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended; we wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Instead of just quoting me to reseal my back window he told me of a way I can see if I can fix it with no cost first. His prices are the best around and very affordable for every budget! He was right on time and came to me at my daughter's therapy in Killeen while she was doing therapy. He was very professional, right on time, and just all around the best!! He charged me $190 to replace my front windshield on my 2003 Ford f-150 xlt stx supercab. Safelite was originally over $300 and after promos wanted over $250. $40 to come to mea and it would be weeks or take it to them over a half hour from where I live have someone follow me to drop it off and go back. With James I had an appt within 5 days and his response time was the fastest I had when getting my quotes!!! He is the best all around and in this area!!! The service was pretty cool, I called them and made an appointment for the next day. They came to my house, which I feel is pretty cool, then they promptly got to work, they have social skills unlike others, and they gave a really good price that i cant complain about. definitely better than the other places in town.

Highly Recomended! Beat EVERY ESTIMATE BY AT LEAST $70- $100!! James came to my house, cleaned the glass area, his assistant was very helpful both professional! Visa was accepted. Not trying to make replacing rear Windows a habit, but I sure won't go anywhere else!! Recommend you give them a call!!!Thank You James Auto Glass!Auto Glass 5 Star Service!!

I highly recommend James Auto Glass. I called around for estimates before deciding on the company to fix my window. My front drivers side window just quit working. As I was rolling up the window, it fell back down and no longer worked. James quickly diagnosed the problem, offered to buy the needed parts and came to my home and Installed the replacement parts within 30 minutes. James was professional and provided quality work. Thumbs up *****

Terrible customer service, very unprofessional was told several times they were coming out 3 different times they didn't show. I had to keep calling them just for them to always have a excuse and to keep prolonging things after the last time I was furious. He told me he would come himself because he couldn't find the tech all day and he would be here first thing in the morning himself(yesterday morning that is) well no one never showed or called. So I still have a broken window due to them putting me off for 2 weeks after making me believe the window hadn't came in, very disappointing I was so patient with them.

I definitely would not recommend going here unless you have money to waste! The initial customer service was great! Guy came out replaced my window explained the rules and left! 2-4 weeks later my window was broken again! I guess for the cheap price a paid there would have to be a catch somewhere and I would say it was in the quality of my window. I have a shatter going half way across now, and from what they "claimed" was caused by a pebble! Literally!! The thing that smashed my window in the first place was a lot bigger and not near as severe as it looks now. I also called and once I stated my window was broken again, failed to hear back from them for quite some time. To the point I had to call from a different number in order for someone to answer my call. Long story short, I should've saved my $150 and taken it else where for better quality! From one Veteran to another, service member/dependent, or civilian, save your money, pay the extra cost, and go else where!

Well, tried to set multiple appointments and the last one was today, which was planned a week ahead of time, but even though the shop says they are open on weekends 7 am to 7pm, seems to me that they don't want to do their jobs on the weekends, I have called and texted multiple times and have been ignored. I won't recommend this place to anyone. If this is a business then actually run your business.

I was suppose to have my windshield repaired yesterday. No call no show after waiting around I called and got no answer. I received a text message after that from some number saying the guy was hurt on the job before me and they couldn t make it. A phone call would have been nice- however I sent a message back if they could get to me tomorrow. She said yes 10-11. Here it is 10:45 and nothing so I call back the lady says they had a late glass delivery and were behind. A phone call would have been nice- she said they would be a few hours late but could be here before 1- and I call back- no answer. Nothing but a bunch of run around now I have to call the insurance company and get an appointment with another shop since I have waited 2 days.......
