Very rude and unprofessional! I would not even give 1 star but google review does not have a option for negative stars! We had items stolen from our vehicle when it was at this yard. They claimed that two Certified letters were sent out but never received letting us know the vehicle was released, even though we were in there office or calling just about every other day. They could of verbally told us that the vehicle was released, instead of wasting money on certified mail I guess they have the money to waste considering the daily storage fees they racked up alone on this vehicle! On top of that they are still waiting on another party to send over photos of our stolen items that were stolen while in Murphys possession yet are going to have the truck auctioned off soon!!! Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered. Don t be a hog America!

The boss lady kept yelling and talking over me when trying to talk to her she is very rude and unprofessional! They seem to give a run around due to not being about to answer as to were our items are that were in our vehicle.Hung up on me and said she was not gonna to argue about this however I was asking questions not arguing!!!Service: Car towing

Top notch work! Matthew, the guy that towed my truck, went above and beyond. Not only did he get my truck to me in a timely manner, but he let me know he was on his way to make sure I was home. He also was able to position my truck perfectly on my driveway so I could work on it. Thanks for the great service!

Our car broke down in the middle of nowhere and Mr. Jamie Deleon with Murphy came to our rescue. It was 100+ degrees and we had our big Lab with us. Jamie hooked us up and took us to a place where we could leave our car and wait in A/C next door for a ride home. He was quick, friendly, professional and a hero to us senior citizens. They were amazing my mom's truck broke down and I was scrambling trying to get her help since I was 3 hours away. They scooped her up, took her to a mechanic and even helped her find a hotel till the repairs could be made. They are the embodiment of professionalism and customer service!

Called AAA and they sent out this company. Yet after loading the boss lady called and said AAA wouldn't approve it. We called them back and it was approved but they wanted another 200 to tow it 24 miles. Please don't use this company and if you have e AAA and they say this company please do not allow them to send them. Request a different company. The driver was nice but the boss lady he was talking to was not and tries to get more money out of people.Service: Local hauling

My grandmother locked her keys in the car at Rangler s on our way back to Houston. The gentleman from Murphys was there in 5 minutes and it took him maybe that to get it unlocked. I was so impressed!!!!!Service: Car lockoutsService: Car lockouts

These guys are amazing. I had a flat tire and the gentleman showed up within an hour and had me on the road in 15 minutes. Such a blessing and truly grateful for the service.

I was left with a motorcycle on the side of the hwy in a town where I knew no one. The man who came to help, Troy, was so nice and made sure I was taken care of and had every thing I needed. He made sure my bike was extra secure, brought me to town and bought me a water. He showed an amazing amount of kindness. I will always use them if I have the option. Great service!!!!

Aaa called this service to tow but service flat out stated they didnt even want to do it. They didnt have proper equipment to have even done the tow properly. But became disgusted when they told me they dis not want to even do the tow because we were 60 miles away from them and needed to go 200 miles. Paying our part wouldnt have been an issue but the flat out saying they did not want to do it because aaa was only going to pay them so much gave concern to how our vehicle and camper would be treated once they arrived.

Great store owners were amazingly helpful and professional. A blessing after I totaled my car and they responded to pick it up and tow it. Would suggest them to everyone I know.

If you need good honest help that will treat you right, call someone else. These guys have a bad reputation and other tow companies know it. We were stuck pulling into our ranch long dirt drive off a county road. They said to was too far and it would cost more then AAA would pay. So they left my boys stranded. I called another tow company who said they would help and they walked us thru how to connect a tow rope and pull it out ourselves (Lightening Wrecker). No need not to be kind and help people...just no reason.
