First ones to show up in the morning at approximately 8 a.m. to a dirty store with trash on the ground and a nasty bathroom then had a filthy sink and trash can full. The trash can in the main lobby was full as well. Should invest in a cleaning crew because first impressions are very important.Took about an hour and a half the guy to install the equipment in my car only to drive it away and have my car completely died going down the interstate almost causing an accident. I was able to get my car restarted and brought back to Smart Start. The guy who installed my car did not realize that my car was an EcoBoost. For the process of the installation he blew a fuse and was having a hard time finding which one it was. He did not use a test light even though he said he had one. He spent forever pulling out each and every fuse and all the Departments to try and find it. After finding it he had no fuses and had to go to the store to buy some. Have not left the business yet but I have been here working on 5 hours. Don't get me wrong, the guy working here is very friendly but I'm not sure if this should be his livelihood.

I wish there was a 0 rating available. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Wait time on the phones are obscene and full scheduling process is about as convoluted/inefficient as you could possibly make it. I was faced with a shop rep that noted a reschedule for me and said "I should have called" even though I waited on hold for half an hour and never got through. I was forced to wait on hold with that same number for over an hour....once a rep greeted me, she then had to confirm availability with the shop so I was put on hold for another 20 minutes. After failure to connect with the shop techs, she reached out to an area manager. ALL OF THE SUDDEN the techs were immediately available to speak with the rep at the call center. They know we have no choice in this matter and exploit it in the fullest. My bad review doesn't make a difference because you have to get this done and their monopoly has you by the balls. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. Have fun yall

They rescheduled me 4 times and multiple times double booked me so I kept having to change my work schedule. This made for a stressful week. The people at the locations were nice once I was finally able to go to one. I got a call as I was parking at one location saying they were canceling my appointment.

We got my son's car there about seven minutes before they closed and they were kind enough to still get us done. Nice fellow in his early thirties I would say.

The associate Gary was very thorough and well spoken, was there about an hour start to finish, Everything was explained precise. Very pleased with his professionalism. Would definately recommend to others.

Got my device today ! Ron was nice, worked with me on getting my documents together since I came unprepared & was very informative with the whole installation and set up . Was in and out ! Even though this is something I don t want to have to be doing it was a pleasant experience lol

It was quick, little more information would of been great from the ppl working. I'm more of hands on than reading..I got home and had to call customer service to see if it was going to turn off when the car was turned off..but great ppl qll around

It was very quick and so easy to start this program I thought it was goin to be difficult. the dude in front working the computer and smart start ignition device system was pretty cool , and easy to deal with.

I've been dealing with this location for a few months now and the gentleman that runs it has been really professional. Good customer service and professional installation.

They have two signs at this location!! You can actually identify where to go. One guy in there, holding it down all alone. He was courteous and helpful.
