Every mechanic told me this place do electrical work on Honda so I went in to be told they don't. One of the people that referred me to this place calledtocheck on me and the progress so I told them what the guy told me he was in literal shock speechless even said they just sent a couple of Hondas to this company so at this point it's not hidden I'm just not the right color to get service. I will never recommend racism ever in their life

Called to ask about getting a part repaired and not only was the first call ignored but once the phone was picked up the second go around I was greeted in a very rude manner and spoken to as if though I should not have any questions at all and know everything that I need to know.

After my transmission on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler rubicon was replace for a local mechanic, I have issues on it, because the computer on the Jeep need to be reset and reprogram, Santiago reprogram and fix some minor electrical issues in my Jeep, excellent service and advice, and very professional!!

I called up the owner of the shop and told him I just wanted my car diagnosed to see if the computer was bad because my mechanic told me the ECM MODULE was bad in recommending me to go to this Santiago Auto Electric and when I spoke to the owner he said it would be about $900 if the ECM was bad and he would be using a used ECM module and I told him the dealership charges $509 for a brand new ECM for my Toyota Corolla and he told me that the dealership charges about 1,500 to $2,000 for the ECM for a Camry and I told him the dealership told me $509 and then I told him I only want him to diagnose it and that I would buy my own part with a warranty and if he could install it he says he doesn't do that he has to do it from start to finish and it would be $900 and then he told me he doesn't have time to do my diagnostic once I told him I didn't want him to supply the used ECM module doesn't sound like he's a very honest businessman to me or if he's unwilling to install the warrantied ECM that I'm buying somewhere else. unless I'm buying it from him doesn't want to do the work on my car. I guess he wants his $900 or nothing at all does it sound like the most honorable mechanic I've ever met.

I needed someone to find an electrical problem on my '95 Mustang. I called Santiago's because they claim no be auto electrical specialists. They informed me that they can't work on it because they don't have an OBD code reader for cars that are year models '95 or older.Here's the thing though, OBD code readers do NOT detect electrical problems anyway. One uses a multimeter/volt meter to find electrical problems and these meters work on all makes and models. Heck, they'll even work on wires in homes.So they either gave me the blow off or they don't know anything at all about auto electrical issues.Which one is it?

I got to talk to someone in the office and when I told him about my problem he made fun of it and after that he told me that if I wanted to come back in 3 weeks to check it out. What a shame that, being Latinos, they have that attitude. If you want a good, serious electrician, good treatment and respectful tea, I recommend Watco in Irving, it fixed the problem for me.

They provide excellent service. The owner is an educated person who speaks both English and Spanish and has great experience.
