Just left this business to get an oil change at the last minute. I was able to get my services done, and they even topped up my low tire pressure The new manager Bobby was AMAZING! He was friendly, knowledgeable and informative, of other services I had questions about. This is the only place I trust to service my vehicles! Thank you Bobby for your amazing service! I will be back with all of my servicing needs!

I came with the C7 Corvette today in looking for an oil change. Was instantly greeted when I pulled in,I was surprised the Corvette wasn't too low to change oil at Quik's oil change.Ross a technician gave me the different options available and what he recommended. He also let me know about the routine maintenance that was due but he didn't tried to up sell me or sound pushy, so I went with the purchase.During this whole time the team was communicating smoothly to ensure a great job.I'm highly recommend to the Corvette owner.Overall, good pricing but awesome service.I will definitely return. I was about to get a car wash next door and my hood started smoking. I had a car full of groceries and my 4-year-old Daughter I just picked up from school. See photo. They ordered my part from O Reilly right next door and fixed it in like 40 minutes, radiator flush and all. My heater works better today. Thank God it happened where it did and not halfway to Irving, but all credit to these guys. Highly recommend.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Attentive and listened to my questions and gave me recommendations. I asked questions beyond my oil change about my car. They showed me things no other place has done before. Extremely personable staff. I am going back to get my breaks done there now. Highly recommend!

I am updating my review to 5 stars due to Bobby reaching out personally and discussing any issues I had with a willingness to correct them. I will also note after reading some other reviews that my oil change was done in a very timely manner, the filter was changed as it should have been, I was informed of potential maintenance needing done but was not pushed to get it done right then. The guys in the bay were ready when I pulled up and immediately attentive. They were polite and got me taken care of quickly. I will be giving them another opportunity, and I think communication was the only real issue with my service here. Which was corrected the very next day despite not having to. That says a lot about their willingness to take care of customers. Updated review is very much deserved. Thanks, Bobby!

Been bringing me vehicles here for a few years now. Great service, Bobby and the crew is friendly and knowledgeable. They found some problems that have been bugging me for weeks and were extremely helpful in getting them resolved. The free car wash is always a nice bonus too!

This team is great! Ross, and Bobby were so helpful. And Cyrus, too! My oil change, brakes and rotors were taken care of in a very timely fashion. They took care of me and I know I was not taken advantage of. No fooling around, here. Straight up professional and courteous. I trust Bobby and his team. This shop is definitely my go to.

This location earned a loyal customer. Roy and Spencer had Superb customer service and great prices for everything done to my car. Went in worried about my car but left driving it like brand new. Highly recommend this place.

These guys are SO AWESOME! Bobby was super informative and straight forward about everything going on with my car. They aren t just out to take advantage of their customers and will help to the best of their ability to make sure you re taken care of. I m coming here for all my car needs in the future even if I live far from them. They re amazing!

Great place. My first impression was how clean the garage/bay area was. They provided Excellent service getting me in and out just under 20 minutes. Bobby, the manager, and his worker Ross were very pleasant and friendly. I will definitely return when it s time for another oil change.

Osiris and Bobby were really great! They were very friendly and they got my car taken care of so quickly, I was in and out in no time with no issues whatsoever. They walked me through the process of everything they were going to do and I felt informed and confident about them working on my car. Definitely coming back here next time.

Visited Quik's Oil Change + Carcare for a car inspection and was thoroughly impressed! The staff, including Bobby, James, and Ross, were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring I was in and out quickly. Their kindness and efficiency in addressing my needs were truly appreciated. Bobby , was Fantastic. Was open & honest!Came in to do a tune up he called his guy Ross got the job done in 2 hours was originally told 3 maybe 3 1/2 depends how quick he can get the o2 thing off whatever that is lol . Normally they don t do tune up here because they have a full body shop down the street that can do it but he said he will get me in and get it done . & They did just that . James was also helpful and said they will be honest and beat any price around to give you the best service possible ( VERY true ) . Inspection DONE , Tune up DONE , Breaks DONE ! Will continue coming back with any car work I need done

Took my car in thinking I needed an engine flush and oil change. Once I arrived, it was pointed out that my alternator belt had slipped and the disc had totally broken and fallen off. James, Ross and Bobby were amazing and fixed it on the spot in a timely manner, also stayed open later to do the engine flush and oil change. Best service I have ever had at a shop.

I've been going to this place for a while, and they have changed management several times and have messed up abs forgot simple things here and there, but this last time drew the line. I went in to get full synthetic oil change like normal and they got everything done and paid and went back to my shop and checked everything, they did not fill the washer fluid and the biggest thing that happened that really ticked me off to cut out entire fleet vehicles from ever using this company again was they changed the oil but DID NOT CHANGE THE OIL FILTER. That is where I drew the line from any of our company vehicles using them now. I took it back up there and showed them, and they said it was a guy that was helping them from I think Arlington and bright it in and redone the oil change again and said the other guy that did it just left back to their store.

This was an impromptu oil change. I really needed an inspection sticker and decided to do all at once. Ross was very helpful I was given a discount of almost $30. I hadn't expected to pay so much. Very polite and explained everything.

They did a great job!! I was worried they wouldn t be able to do an oil change on my f-sport Lexus but Bobby and the whole crew were very helpful and went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning in the future

Bobby seems to do a great job so does his team! I have been here a few times In the past few years because it s close to my home and it s just great to have excellent service

Pulled over for an oil change and wipers. Very helpful and polite. Waited just a few minutes and everything was done $65 total with high mileage synthetic blend oil change and two windshield wiper blades! I ll be back here

Went to this place last week for an oil change and coolant flush and I can t thank Bobby enough for the care and expertise he gave. We talked through the issues my truck was having and his recommendations made a big difference. He was so helpful and fast! I can t recommend this shop enough!

I brought my truck and my wife's car here anytime we needed work done or inspections. My last visit was awful. When I went to pick up our car, no one was inside. I stood there and waited 15 minutes at the front counter until I finally went into the bay to hunt someone down. I asked for help from a tech, and he stood there looking at me. I had to repeat myself before he even acknowledged me. He walked slow to the front counter and asked what I wanted. I told him I wanted my car. He hardly spoke at all and had an attitude the entire time, simply for me wanting my car!!!! I will no longer bring my vehicles here. Want to be treated like like garbage while paying someone with you hard earned money? Then you should come to this place!!
