Very nice owner, but absolutely not capable of doing large maintenance jobs. Many issues after the repairs and if they say it takes a week, expect a month. If they say a month, expect 4. The follow up repairs to the repair were so costly that it would have made sense to have gone to a full service name brand auto repair shop. Don't go cheap, go where they have a large team to get the job done in a timely manner, with a reputation that backs the quality of work. This shop is not it. Save yourself from my experience.

I drive past this place all the time, but had never used them. Honestly looks a little run down. But when my kid's Check Engine light came on the night before she was due to drive 5 hours back to college, we tried them. The owner, Richard, does all the work himself, communicates well, and knows his stuff. He stayed late and came in early to finish her car so she could get back to school. We'll be using them consistently from here on.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Difficult 2 discuss the poor lack of communication leading 2 neglect & further damage 2 vehicle after car left @ G&B Auto over 1 (one) YEAR! And No, vehile not left then picked up & returned 4 continued work x1 yr. Vehicle wld drive B4 leaving @ G&B AUTO. Auto confidently left w owner. WE paid 4 parts requested, then left @ shop, again, OVER 1 YEAR. Complaints & urgency 4 operatable vehicle explained w some unidentifiable speech & excuses. Still 2 upset & dissatisfied after a year w finally returned car. But, G&B AUTO was fast w oil changes & car inspections. Had been going 2 shop about 3 years. Didn't see coming & not told unexplanable options clearly. Especially on a time 2 get the car back. Still very dissappointed & cannot explain all that happened. Don't go here unless something easy for a newer car. Chexk around!

Just to inform everyone that I am VERY REAL WOMAN. This is not a joke it is real. Richard and his son was supposed to do 3 things to my car. 1st fix my transmission2nd fix my radiator3rd over heating/acHe DID NOT fix any of the problems that He was paid to fix. He gave me the run around for 3weeks. The only reason I have him a star is so that i was able to put up this review. In the hopes to helping someone else from getting SCAMMED and SCREWED from this SCAMMER that Pray on Women. I am taking him court. I tried to give him a chance to Right his Wrong and fix what I paid for Him to Fix. But unfortunately he didnt.PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS UNREASONABLE AND UNRELIABLE AUTO MECHANIC HE AND HIS SON ARE SCAMMERS. TRUST ME I WOULD NOT EVER LEAVE A BAD REVIEW ON A COMPANY THAT IS NOT TRUE.LASTLY IF THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE OUT HERE THAT HAVE BEEN MISTREATED BY THIS AUTO PLACE PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT. This is a honest shop that doesn t try to take advantage of you. He is very fair and is very knowledgeable of what he does.
