The best auto body shop I've been to. It's hard getting time off of work, but they were awesome enough to come get my car from home and worked with me on my deductible. My car looks and smells brand new! Thank you!

Came in as a walk-in earlier today and was immediately helped. Harmit was very respectful and had no problem taking care of us, unlike any other paint and body shop I ve been too. To top it off, he is willing to work with customers according to their needs which really set the service apart!

They were great, did a good job with the repair and got the vehicle completed in a little over a week. I also requested the use of OEM body panels (rear bumper) instead of aftermarket due to a poor experience with Service King using aftermarket panels. They did exactly as I requested and worked with the insurance company on my behalf. Paint and body lines were spot on and the best part, they detailed the interior of my car while it was in their care, completely unexpected but they did a great job. I'd definitely recommend and will go back again for any future needs.

I highly recommend this business. Two years ago my wife's Lexus had extensive hail damage. Five Star restored it to "like new" condition but sometimes when driving on rough roads something rattled somewhere around the roof that was difficult to pinpoint. We finally called them a couple of weeks ago to let them know and they told us to take it in. It took them a couple of days to find and fix the source of the rattle, but they did it with a smile.Service: Body & Trim

I took my truck here, after being in accident that damaged almost every qtr panel, because they seemed friendly over the phone, but mainly, because they were able to get it in quicker than any other collision shop. Actually, My truck should have probably been totaled, so there was a ton of work needed.The week prior, I placed my son s car into another repair shop after his little accident. Five Star s communication, availability, compassion, and attention to detail blew the other repair shop out of the water., My truck was out 2 weeks before my son s car was ready.I can t tell you how happy I was with Five Star! Their attention to me and the truck, was better than I ever expected. I recommend them to anyone!

Five Star Auto plex has the right Name. I wish I could give them Ten stars. Service was superb. Fixed my car earlier than expected, the work on the car looks fabulous and the customer service was on point. You don t come across businesses like this anymore. Great people work here! Best paint and body shop around. Leeanna took great care of me and answered any questions I had within the whole process. My truck was hand washed and looked brand new when I picked it up. Highly recommend Five Star Autoplex.

I took my car to Five Star Autoplex after being involved in a collision. They fixed my car in a very timely manner and they did a great job. Leeanna was so awesome to work with and handled everything with the insurance company for me.

Very impressed by the professionalism given by Ben, Leanna and another man (UK accent) when I came by with NO APPT for an estimate of repair on the front end of my car. The customer lobby was immaculate and any wait time was comfortable. Keep your money local! Keep your neighborhood businesses IN BUSINESS!

Eric and his team are simply amazing . I came to them at the beginning of the week needing my door repaired due to an accident . I told him I wanted to pay out of pocket and he definitely worked with me . Not only did he give me a great price they got the job done in 1 day ! As an auto technical adjuster myself I most DEFINITELY recommend this shop! Very professional !!!

Liana and everyone at 5 star autoplex were great to deal with. It was a super easy process. They did an awesome job on my rear end damage. Body lines are perfect and paint matched exactly to factory specs. It looks and operates just how it did before my collision. They argued with my insurance for the new lift gate motor for me and were extremely professional with regular updates. If I ever need body work again, I will be back here. They even got me some extra money in my pocket by explaining what a diminshed value claim is.

The level of service I received was truly exceptional, and I cannot stop raving about my experience.First and foremost, the speed at which they worked on my truck was impressive. Ben at Five Star is a pleasure to work with! They had the quickest turnaround time on my vehicle in a market where other shops were quoting me a month out just to get an estimate. Ben and team from Five Star completed estimate and got work done within a matter of two weeks. Impeccable service. Absolutely fantastic job by Ben and his team! Would give more than 5 stars if I could and highly recommend to anyone looking for professional, responsive, on-time and high quality work done on their vehicle. After a hail storm damaged my truck extensively (hood, windshield, roof, body), Ben was able to work with my insurance company to have me in, repaired and back on the road in less than 10 days! This was tremendous considering the scope of work and his efforts allowed me to have my truck back in time for a cross country move! They did great work and delivered everything exactly as promised. Was involved in a car accident where my whole passenger side was hit. My wheel was pushed in, passenger door would not open, scrapped all my paint off and my rims were all scratched. My vehicle was picked up on Monday and within two weeks it was fixed looking brand new!No issues very professional and always gave me updates regarding the process! Was very pleased with the results. I recommend taking your vehicle here regarding accident claims or any type of body repairs ! My 2016 Honda Accord looks amazing!!! Thank you so much for your hard workP.S i was 9 months pregnant and they worked hard to get my vehicle fixed before my due date !!

I cannot say enough great things about Ben and his team here! We had 3 cars get hit with hail during the storm in April and we decided to take our vehicles here. They worked directly with the insurance carrier and kept us in the loop the entire time - even more so than our own insurance carrier did! When the insurance company's estimate came back 25% less than what Five Star had quoted, they discussed the differences with the insurance company and they were able to get on the same page (basically pointing out what the insurance missed ;)). The process with Five Star Autoplex was seamless, timely, professional and just a great experience overall. As a bonus, everyone was extremely friendly.I would absolutely recommend using their services. We will be repeat customers, for sure (although hopefully not any time soon as that would mean we have more damage to our vehicles ;)). I am an insurance broker and will not hesitate sending my clients to them as I know they'll be taken care of!Thank you again to Ben and his staff! :)

Awesome and timely service! Ben, Leanna, and their team were. Very helpful throughout the process. I had a minor accident about a month ago, after sorting everything out with my insurance they had my car back out onto the road within the week, while also saving me hundreds of dollars from my deductible! Not even a week from getting my car back from them, some neighborhood teenagers decided to jump on my windshield. I decided to take my vehicle back to them and have it replaced in which I was back out on the road within 24hours. They even were able to provide me with a rental car in the meantime, after AAA/Enterprise tried to over charge me for a day rental. Hopefully I won t have to be back anytime soon, but if I have to Five Star AutoPlex is where I will go!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME...... I dropped my Truck off on Tuesday and they handled me with white gloves and met all my expectations over and above. I request OEM parts only for my repair and that's exactly what they did and everything was perfect when I picked up my Truck. This was my first ever accident and I didn't know what to expect and they made me feel like family.A BUSINESS like this is "One in a million and they were totally, So incredibly Professional. My husband and I are exceptionally satisfied with the repair work we had done on our Honda Pilot. After hitting a large metal car part on the freeway I had extensive damages to our bumper and underneath my car. Ben not only took care of making sure the repairs were done perfectly, he also made sure I had Honda certified parts to replace the damaged ones. Ben had to "battle" a bit with our insurance company to get that approved but because I am still under factory warranty he was able to get that approved so my warranty would not be cancelled. Thank you 5 Star Auto Plex, and thank you Ben for your thoroughness, attention to detail, and getting me back on the road. Prayerfully I won't be needing your services again but if I do there is no one else I will bring my car to but you!

These guys are awesome!!!They always take care of my autos. I recommend them to all my family and friends. The owner (Ben) and all the employees go out of their way to help me. the outcome of their work is top notch. they get the cars and handle everything for me with the insurance company and they even provided me a rental. NO STREESS. The experience I have here is always a positive one and if there was ever an issue, I know that Ben would do whatever it took to rectify the situation. I took my wife s Denali to 5star after I bumped into it with my truck in our garage and I didn t want to go through insurance, so wanted to avoid the big body shops that write huge estimates. I had the pleasure of dealing with the owner, Harmit, and he was amazing.. he had a couple different technicians look at it, and as it turned out, he said that they can do the whole repair as a paintless dent repair. Also, it was a very reasonable and affordable price. It was great because after the repair, everything would be original.. no blending of paint and no new parts. When my wife and I came to pick up her vehicle, it looked brand new.. they even popped out a couple of other door dents. You know what they say, when mama is happy, everyone is happy! Thank you 5star!!
