I m sorry I don t want to be that guy but has been an awful experience. I ordered a hood that was to be A0 grade. Shipped up from Houston to Hurst location. Was told they could not deliver to my address for residential purposes and I was more than welcome to pickup, that was no problem I actually wanted to do that to make sure I was getting what i was told. The hood was $1100 that I ordered. Got to the Hurst location and the hood was not there it had never been taken off the truck. The guys in the back were great they were very sorry for not having the hood there like I was told. They asked if I had a location like a body shop they could have the hood delivered to for me so I didn t have to drive a hour back. I actually do have a buddy with a shop. The next day the hood was delivered and inspected and it was not a A0 rate hood the whole right side body line was bend over like it had been rolled. So I said I didn t want the hood it was not what was said or advertised as. The driver put it back on the truck to take back. I contacted Hurst location next day to see about a refund and was told no I have the hood it never came back. I m skeptical cause it never came off the first time. So I said please check when it comes back that evening and got a ya sure. Called next day same response with a you paid for it you must have it. I was stupid and paid the day I went down there the pick up in person cause was assured it was a 100 percent guarantee on my purchase. Now Tanner won t answer my calls or return my messages. Long story but they stole $1100 from me

Super friendly people - they put the competition to shame. Everyone is part of the team and they respect and work hard for your repeat business. Everyone from the front desk to the fork lift driver does all that they can to make sure you are taken good care of! I just wish my car didn't need me to go there!

Prices are decent but the customer service is horrible. CS desks are right in the front but nobody looks at you. Front desk has been empty for 30 minutes, one rep wont stop singing songs by Areo Speedwagon and Ive been waiting for almost an hour for a 3rd brake light that I called and gave a 30 minute heads up that i was coming to get. Price is the only reason to come here.

I cannot say enough good things about Ruben. We had a 2012 Civic Hybrid that had a failed IGBT for the IMA inverter. Ruben bent over backwards and spent a lot of time to find the correct part and make sure I was taken care of. I would guess he had few hours of his time taken up during the process including several calls from me to confirm we were getting the correct part. The part arrived when he said it would and worked flawlessly. I am proud to have him and his team on my side.

Be sure they have the parts and stock I went after I called and they said it was available, but didn't tell it was 3 days out some other yard they have won't go back have my customers to answer to

We deal with Jimmy Mohan here at my location, Jimmy always goes above and beyond to ensure we are always getting the best available products from Fenix, if there is ever any issues Jimmy resolves them ASAP without haste. Jimmy has had great customer service from the start if our business relationship and we use him almost 100% on our recycled auto parts

I have been dealing with Fenix/Late Model and Jimmy M. for many years! I have a choice of about 30 salvage yards for my collision parts and I choose them! I get first rate service and the correct parts the first time. Whether I need a body panel or a suspension part with ABS (like me) they are my first call!Quality Colors Collision Pro Shop

I called ahead Carlos said they had the transmission I needed. I got there at 9:45am, they say I had to paid for it first, I did and they said it'll be ready by 11:30am-12p. Well we got there at 12p and they said it wasn't ready, we waited until 1:30pm when they said they didn't have it. They refunded the money, but they made me waist our time, my husband and I asked for the day off to pick it up and we ended going home with nothing that was so uncool.

I bought a transmission from them for my vehicle which they said had three years warranty. The minute it goes out. They have 1000 questions and now it s no longer their problem. You have to speak to a different company which is a warranty company through them which asks you another thousand questions Before they decide if they decide to give you another transmission

Bosses don't communicate with employees, they don't care about there workers, if having any problem they don't try to address it. They employees spread your personal business around. Some workers sit down in restaurants an are able to eat, the other workers don't take breaks due to too many stops

(EDIT)I know I've already posted this review but I wanted to add that of all the parts vendors I deal with on a regular basis, Jimmy has always been the first to respond to my calls or emails. I feel like I have to chase all my other vendors, but Jimmy seems to act with a level of quickness and efficiency that is unmatched by all else. That man deserves a raise!I do a lot of parts ordering through Fenix and I have to say, Jimmy Mohan is an absolute Gem. I will only go through him for all my parts needs, he provides quality service, he is extremely knowledgeable, and he never hesitates to make me laugh when I call. 5 Stars to you sir, thanks for always being patient with me :)

Placed an order for 2016 altima hood and driver airbag. The customer service told me I would pick up my parts between 2 or 3 pm same day. I called the office back at 2.30 pm the person I spoke to ( Brittney) said sorry we couldn't to pull your parts today and she would call me as a soon as they get my parts ready. At 4.45 pm I called back to the office and they told me my parts was pulled at 3.40. But Brittney didn't call me. This was a terrible experience

I hate giving bad reviews but this is the fourth time in the last four times I ordered a part here and they gave me the wrong part. They always say they have the part available online, call and order it, but it s never the right part. They think it s good business to waste time pulling wrong parts. I m tired of waisting my time with this company. Be warned. Thanks Raul for waiting my time and not taking the time to get a picture of the rim to ensure the part is correct. I ordered a chrome wheel and you gave me a brushed aluminum wheel. Definitely not the same thing.

I told I could pay for the part via phone and would called when it was ready. That was on Thursday didn't get Thursday so called on Friday they it would be ready that day. I didn't hear from them on Friday. So drove out Saturday morning only find they was closed. Drove out again Monday morning and was told it will be 2 hour before it was ready. Waiting two hours only to be told that it will be 2 more hours. Now this it's 12pm. Mine you I got to their location at 9am.The thing they could say is am sorry. But it's going to 2 more hours. Or we can refund you your money. They didn't give a dam about my time or how far I had to drive. I would think that manager would have came out and something to me about their error. I was just with sorry it still not done. So now I think I will post on fb how I have been treated. I your corporate office read this these ratings. This is trulyunacceptable.
