Took payment when I no longer had the car and refuses a refund. When I called I was denied the opportunity to speak to a supervisor after asking 3 times for one never used the services and paid monthly 86.99 for 10 months. Sorry customer service and very unprofessional I will be reporting this to the BBV and the higher upside in the company.

I am recently widowed and needed to get repairs done to my vehicles. My husband had dealt with them in the past and was very impressed so when I needed work to be done I immediately called Paul at Complete Auto. As a single woman I felt confident that I was getting good honest service. Paul will tell you the truth about what you need done and will not try to do a lot of unnecessary work to run up the bill. Mo is an Awesomely and AMAZING mechanic!! I will never trust ANYONE else to care for my vehicles but him. He moves in a timely manner and won't hold your ride up. Took my wife's van to complete auto care because of a oil leak left it with Noah on Monday morning and he was done with it early Tuesday afternoon he was very professional and got the van fixed will be recommending this place all the time
