Absolutely terrible service doesn t even begin to explain it. I brought my car in and it took THREE months to get it back. They lied and said they had to take it to the dealership and when I called the dealership there was no record of my car. They kept making up lies until I finally got it back. They used my car while it was with them and when I got it back it was so dirty, the seats were covered in dirt and had leftover food. I can t even put into words just how terrible this place is.

Thought my transmission was slipping hoped a change of filter and fluid might help.i inadvertently gave them incorrect information and didn't disclose my issues or concerns . I waited for them to give me the bad news. To my surprise Pablo showed me the real problem. Leaking rear seal dissolved transmission mount. The transmission moving around was issue i felt.they could have told me I need a new transmission. I would have believed it and paid thousands extra. Pablo and Co. Fixed the problem without taking and vantage.Service: Transmission

If you want to do business with lying non trust worthy people and waste your money go here!! Took my truck in to have the transmission rebuilt was told by Pablo I believe his name was that everything was going to be replaced inside the transmission new bands, clutches, gears, that my transmission was going to be REBUILT and also they were supposed to change my rear main seal while they did all this. Well when I got my truck back I checked everything out and noticed how filthy this transmission was and how different it looked from my original also had a very bad oil leak from them not doing my rear main seal correctly. Had suspicion that this transmission that was put into my truck was in fact NOT rebuilt and wasn't even my transmission it was also still making a noise. Took my truck to two different other reputable transmission shops in the area and they did confirm that there is no way this transmission is a rebuilt transmission that it is a used unit. Also noticed when my truck was at their shop since I live in the area that they left my windows down on my truck all night long sitting outside! I will NEVER take my truck back to this place!

I wish google would let you leave a negative star. Took them a mustang for transmission rebuild. Was told they have a ex Ford master transmission tech that will get it built better than new and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. Was told it was finished, drove it for 5 miles and it would hardly move. Took it back and asked for my money back and was told to come back latter in the week. When I came back they had the transmission out. They had the car for over 6 months and went to pick it up today and it didn t have forward gears only had reverse. Wouldn t give my money back. If you want to waste your money and not have a functional vehicle take it to this place.

Father took in his very old Honda odessy for transmission problems and father said they did a good job. So I took my pickup truck there because of starting problems. The guy figured out it was the alternator in about 10 minutes. Gave me a price and said it will be done before 5 that day. I am pleased not having to hear that noisy bad alternator anymore. I will gladly give them 1st choice to check my vehicle out from now on.

I trust this man, and I am going back.I came to C&H first because my transmission completely died. It had to be rebuilt. He did it for less, quickly, and got me back on the road. I came back for my wife's car's breaks. He did it for half of what Pep boys wanted and pointed out the serpentine belt needed changing, too.I'll say it plainly. With this guy there is no bull. If he sees something wrong, he just says it and how much it will cost to fix it. It's usually less than where you'd get it fixed anywhere else and the work is well done and thorough.

Great customer service, extremly knowledgable, informative and integrity sound. Great prices for great professional work. I've had new transmission on my Accord, new timing belt/waterpump and tune-up in my Odyssey. Thanks C&H Transmission!!

I went to them to change the torque converter. They bent me the drive shaft, which cost me $ 1,550 !!! They filled in the transmission used oil from different vehicles and they did not make the right level. In a very short time , they destroyed my transmission!!! Run away from them! They are tractor drivers, they do not understand what they are doing !!! If you will somehow by accident get to them,do not pay them 1$ to them unless they will give you a written warranty of their done job or you wont be able to return your money back from this junkyard.These people are smiling and are nice but they will break everything whats in your car for your own money !

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO C & H Transmission RepairI took my car to C & H for transmission servicing and they almost ruined my transmission. Problems began from the night of the servicing, the transmission would not shift correctly after the car sat and cooled off for a few hours. The owner swore up and down that he did not cause the problems. He had the nerve to tell me that any problems were there before he serviced the transmission. I take care of my car, and I know my car was running fine before i took it to C & H. I only took my car there for preventative maintenance. C & H almost destroyed my car. To make a long story short, after servicing the transmission they failed to completely refill the fluid. I took my car back six days later and he ended up replacing the low fluid and did not even own up to his mistake. A simple apology was not given If you care about you car DO NOT TAKE IT TO C & H Transmission

Never coming here again, I was going to be charged 1500$ for two catalyst converters and once I said I found something else for cheaper price. They decided to bring down the price to 1200$ just because we were his customers then failed to communicate that my Jeep had more problems, but went ahead and fixed what they discovered and my total came out to be 1600$. Come here for no communication, and over spent service!

Stay far away from this place! They do terrible work, also had my console went through . Money came up missing . They don t honor warranty work, spend over 5grand on transmission, transfer case. Had to have it back there in a few months, he didn t even rebuild the transfer case. I could go on and on, don t do business with these shady people unless you want to get ripped off.Service: Transmission

I went to this place expecting them to fix my transmission. They did something with my car which caused my car to break. Now I've been overcharged, with the only thing I can do now is pay them more to try and fix it. My opinion on this store is not that good

This Mechanic Mr. Cam he is incredible literally there is nothing he doesn t know he installed a motor in my 2013 Honda Odyssey van for fraction what the dealer would ve charged no issues whatsoever no engine lights nothing perfect clean work, he did transmission work on my 2005 Ford expedition and motor work and stopped all the leaks ,I have been using him for seven years

I do not recommend this place, they charge you for new parts and they are second-rate, apart from the fact that they do not know how to do the job, nor are they mechanics, they bring you in with pure lies!No les recomiendo este lugar te cobran partes nuevas y son de segunda aparte de q no saben hacer el trabajo , ni son mec�nicos te traen con puras mentiras !
