I recently took my Jaguar XF to get a state inspection. I was told by the local mechanic that I needed brakes. They quoted me startling price to do it for me. They also said they wouldn t be able to get parts for at least 2 weeks? I knew I needed to find another opinion. Thankfully, I stumbled upon British Auto Specialists! I spoke with Jeff ~ he not only quoted a great price (relatively speaking), but also said the job could be done in a couple of days. I took my car to him right away. When I arrived we walked around my car and I showed Jeff some things that I had been wanting to get fixed, but wasn t too sure who I could take it to and trust? Bottom line, I had the brakes done, a new bumper cover put on, a new windshield and a couple of wheels resurfaced. All completed in two weeks time! I m thrilled with everything. I highly recommend Jeff for your one stop British shop. You will be completely satisfied.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto windshield repair, Auto brake replacement

THE place this side of 360 (perhaps beyond) for your British car repair! They took good care of my 2015 Jag XF's oil leaks. (They also built a friend's Caterham 7 which I didn't know about until we got to talking.) Deep knowledge base, good communication, car was ready when they said it'd be despite the August heat (thanks again, John!). I'll be back (hopefully not, but it's a Jag).

Jeff and his crew were able to find and repair several airflow and vacuum problems no one else found. They committed time and effort into research way beyond what I expected. Another mechanic assumed my problem was a fuel pump, which might have led to an expensive and unnecessary replacement. After several months of mine and others' failure to find a solution, my '05 Jag XKR is finally running as it should (no more "limp home mode"), and I can't wait to let the big cat loose on the highway. Jeff replaced the carburetor on my 1980 MGB. The car runs great. It is a pleasure to do business with anyone who loves what they are doing. The repair was perfect and the car runs better than ever.

Took my Jaguar in for a nitnoid electrical problem. While there, they discovered some maintenance issues that needed to be taken care of, to which I agreed, and a small mechanical issue that they could fix. I had them do all of it, which they did for a reasonable price, and they got it done in one day. They ended up throwing in the electrical fix for free. I was satisfied.

I've been taking my car in to this shop for maintenance and repair for the past 5 years or so. I have had very positive experiences with them. They will do the work that is needed for the price that they quoted and they will get your car back to you when they have promised it will be ready. I believe they operate at a much higher standard of integrity and caring than the average.

First of all, not everybody wants to work on a British car. British Auto understands the British car and maybe more importantly, the British car owner. I've been happy with all the work I've had them do.

Rip Off stay away!!!Bid $2500 and then billed $4000 never gave us a call on the increased charge. Then stated it is non-negotiable after the work was done. Run Away FAST!!!!

This guy is something else , refused to even look at a car because he didn't want to spend too much time on it . I guess he would like to do services and gravy work all day and unless you have something easy for him don't even bother .

Had to get parts for my jaguar and they got them within a couple hours. Not as cheap as internet, buy awesome service makes up for that.
