I would give this place no stars at allOne of my friends recommended me to him and so I went to his shop I told Alex that my check engine light was on and he replied with a I m working on some cars right now, you ll have to come back early tomorrow and I can take a look I was like ok (shock)He was probably having a bad dayBut I m never going back there

You won't find a more honest, and hard working mechanic in Fort Worth than Alex! His prices are the best and he guarantees his work: that's hard to find. He will even tell you if he cannot fix your vehicle. My engine was smoking and that is never a good thing. Alex could have told me that he needed to repair the head gaskets but he said it could have been the PTC Valve: a $28 part. I went to get the part, he put it on, saving me thousands. Not many mechanics would have done that. I will NOT take my car any place else.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Alex and this whole team do such an incredible job! My whole family has gone to him for years. He is trustworthy and honest about the prices/what really needs to be fixed. I now refer friends to him and they have had the exact same experience! Definitely recommend!

I've been using Alex and this shop for years. His work has been consistently first rate and the very few problems I've ever had he's corrected immediately and most often that no cost. His pricing is honest and affordable. I can highly recommend his shop.

It's so hard to find a mechanic you can trust. When I find someone I can trust, I tell everyone about them. When I met Alex in 2009, I was in a rough spot financially. I was recommended to him by a friend. Up until that point, I had never met a mechanic I could trust. I was amazed at how straightforward he was to deal with. He fixed my car for next to nothing and didn't try to sell me anything else. He wasn't like your typical mechanic that says, "Well, while we were in there fixing the main thing, we noticed 17 other things that are imminently going to fail. It'll be $3 billion dollars plus your first born and the next two years' first-round draft picks." I told him that I was amazed at the way he did business and asked him if he treated everyone this way or if he was just "hooking me up" because of our mutual friend. He replied that he treated everyone this way. I told him I'd send him everyone who ever told me they needed a mechanic from then until the end of time. I've kept true to my word. I'm an insurance agent (a fairly successful one) and I meet a ton of clients. I'm not saying this to toot my own horn, so to speak. I'm saying this to let the reader know I've sent Alex/Auto Xperts somewhere between 5-600 customers since I've met him in 2009. And every single customer has called me back to tell me how amazing their experience with him was. They all have variations of my same story: Alex was the cheapest they could find, he only fixed what was wrong with the car, he got it right on the first try, and he's so very knowledgeable and just a great person in general. Before 2009 and since, I've met several people who have told me their mechanic was "the best" but after hearing my stories, agreed to give Alex a try. It turns out their mechanic wasn't the best and they'd switch to Alex. In fact, out of the 600 customers I've sent him, exactly zero of them have ever called me to complain or tell me that he was more expensive than somewhere else. He's never lost to anyone. And that's amazing, considering he could charge so much more than he does since he's got 40 years of experience working on cars. It's rare in any industry that you'll find someone who gives you the best quality of work AND the lowest price. Usually, you "get what you pay for" and if you go somewhere that's cheap, you'll get cheap work. But with Alex you get the best of both worlds. You'll pay less than you would anywhere else and you'll get higher quality work than you'd get anywhere else.P.S. He doesn't pay me a dime for all of the referrals I send him. I send him all of these people because when I find someone who's amazing at their trade and doesn't charge a lot, I send them everyone I can find. I like helping people, and so does Alex. Thanks, Alex, for being the best at what you do. I hope you live to be 140 years old so I don't ever have to look for another mechanic!!

Alex is an Xpert and has been for years. One of a very few ASE mechanics that wants to fix your car without finding something else wrong with it to run up your bill. I've been in the auto industry for 35 years. A man with great integrity when he pulls your car in his shop to fix your problem. I would recommend Xpert Auto to anyone I know. I was lucky enough to find Alex over a decade ago. Great guy and mechanic. His son Andy and he are amazing. He fair and HONEST...I said HONEST. Rare thing these days....I can't say enough good about them. I recommend them to all....

Just left the shop after being recommended this place, A day before i was scheduled to leave out of town. Walked in and met Alex, right off the bat he is very polite and professional, even though he was working on a tight schedule himself, he managed to fit me in and repair my truck, with as honest and very fairly priced as he is, i will gladly be doing business with him in the future!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Needed a battery for my truck. Staff was helpful with helping me get the battery I needed. Told me I might need to get some battery acid cleaner and the lubricant for the terminals so they don't corrode again.

Had my transmission rebuild here ,didn't even lasted 5 months took it back because I had 1 year warranty and they said they couldn't fix it because the mechanic who did the work had quit . Do not go here .
