Mitch (my apologies if I'm incorrect in my name recall) went above and beyond to help. I was in town for business and ended up with what I was assuming was a dead auxiliary battery in my hybrid. Thankfully I had a family member that could drive me to the store. I showed up there about 15 minutes before closing time and explained the issue. They did some troubleshooting and found the battery I likely needed at the store in Shiner. I went Shiner to grab the battery and met Mitch in the Kountry Bakery parking lot, where my car was inoperable. He took out my old battery, installed the new one and I was up and running! I love small town hospitality because that could have been a very expensive towing bill to get my car back to Austin had they not been so willing to help me find a resolution at the end of a day's work! In a world where so many people just won't do that little extra bit that might make a huge difference in someone's day, this was an amazing example of being a great human! I can't thank y'all enough!
