Disgusting. Trash cans at the pump were all full. Lighting at the pumps was poor. Ladies' restroom was nasty with used toilet paper on the floor and some stalls out of toilet paper. Watched a female employee leave a stall then the bathroom without washing her hands to jump immediately on the cash register. I'll avoid this place like the plague in the future.

I have a consistently poor experience here. Unfortunately it s one of the only ones on my route and I have to go here often. Literally, every time something goes wrong at the pump (buttons don t work, screen is blank, out of order, etc.) and I have to change to another pump. It gives me a receipt 0% of the time. There is never any soap in the restrooms and all the hand sanitizer dispensers inside are always empty (literally). It s a consistently bad experience here and I wish I could find a better place to go. A few years ago it was a nice clean place to go, but it has been steadily declining.

I had to move pumps 4 times before I found one that the card reader and electronic payment system worked on. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened it like whoever owns this business washed their hands of it and said oh well . Also it would appear that they have many varieties of coffee on tap inside except when you go to fill up your cup you ll find that they don t work or haven t been maintained.

I stopped in to get gas and the first pump I tried did not even work. The second had major black spots on the display which made it difficult to use. I don t believe I will stop here again. Nicer options in neighboring towns with fully functional equipment. Given what I spend on fuel, i should not have issues like this.

Thursday we came through town, a sign was on the restroom entrance saying out of order. I asked person at register if I could enter. There was a man cleaning the men's room, I asked if I could enter past his closer of mop, he said yes. Today the rude register person just said out of order! This is not the first attitude I have had at this store from cashier, time before the last I asked if they knew why the sign at McDonald's said lobby open for breakfast when the doors were locked! The attitude was we don't know what goes on over there? Well your store is attached so you should. No customer service, will NEVER stop on trips at the St Augustine Shell or McDonald's ever again!

Rudest cashier I ve ever seen! Had to walk 100 yds to get the pump turned on, because card reader didn t work. Was promptly told can t do it !

Don t waist your time stopping here. Restrooms out of order, nothing more than chips & a warm drink. The McDonald s was closed.

Always clean and cashier's are the friendliest in town! I feel safe going there late at night as well!

Stopped here to get some ice water in my own cup and they tell me they re going to have to charge me $1.10 for ice water in my own cup
