I have always done business here as well , last year I took my wife's 2009 Z71 in for stable track light coming on along with ABS -something I assumed would be a sensor or something -I was wrong , was told they had to drop the front differential to fix the problem , they also went ahead and replaced CV boots as well because they were showing wear along with a front break job since they were already there . Around 1,800.00 was spent . A couple of months after that my wife and I made a road trip to Memphis Tenn. -about 1/3 of the way we heard a loud noise in parallel with feeling something come lose under our seats -I looked out rearview to see stuff flying thru the air - I pulled over and found skid plate that was removed from fix above had come off and was ripped to pcs. I called the dealer and the way I took conversation was pretty much on my own - and now all those lights I was having issues with from go are all coming on and off again just as before , but after reading all these posts on Chevy forums regarding these same lights -Chevy has a huge issue they are not fixing for their customers and are getting away with it . I don't mind spending money to fix a problem and it did at the time -but here I am a year later minus a skid plate and in the same boat 1800$ lighter-way to go Chevy -good ol days of customer care are gone unless you buy a new vehicle every couple of years and that's a fact. Mike Perry Chevrolet very courteous good prices for today's vehicles prefer a little older model truck but they have a great selection of new trucks East to get to the people there are very courteous
