I have not always been a fan of Modica Bros, but that said, my store, now they are something special. More times then I can count have they helped me and made it the easiest and least costly way. They have earned not only my respect but my trust. If I have a choice, it s Modica Bros in PA off twin city. I promise, they treat their customer right, the do what is right and they will have your back. The earned my trust and respect. Thank y all so much! I appreciate yall beyond this short thanks! Yall are a true blessing

The signs are falsely misleading the service. Signs says full mechanic auto repair. Me and a friend went in there to get our truck check out and was immediately turned down. service mechanic told us they only do oil changes and brake nothing else.

I went to get a tire rotation. They had my car for an hour then drove it back to the front and said they couldn't get the wheels off. Never once did they let me see the problem or had a remedy. I thought their business was to take tires off. I went down the street to the Mexican tire shop and all wheels were changed in under ten minutes with hand tools. The lady at modica was rude and didn't seem like they wanted to do the job. Won't be back.

I had a tire off of my wife's Tahoe that I had taken off after a flat on the interstate.I called Paul at Modica Bros. who told me he had someone available to repair the flat even though it was close to closing time.I arrived and was greeted by Paco (I think his name was) who asked if he could help me. After explaining my situation, he repaired my tire in short fashion and was extremely courteous and pleasant to talk to.I have been going to Modica Bros. for many years and have found this store to be a local gem in Groves, Texas.

Friendly, fast service! Great warranties on their work - discounts and free maintenance! They also do oil changes!They'll keep you safe on the road Update:I had some tapping coming from one of my new tires after a couple of weeks - brought it back in, no charge, and they fixed me right up!

Close at 2 pm on Saturday.. why? Then closed on Sunday .. guess that's understandable since nobody ever gets flats or tire issues on Saturday or SundaysBut I get it customer service doesn't exist anymore

These guys where amazing. They help me get what I need when some other shop had told me that I need lower control arms for my car and new tires. They assured me that my control arms where fine. And just need two new tires in the front. They did have a wait time tho. But will worth it good honest people

Very competitive prices, did a good job, took a bit longer then the estimate, but 8 did need more work. Long story short, I thought I needed new tie rod ends for my death wobble on my 250, but a new set of tires and a alignment was all I needed. These guys know tires. That what they do.

Lady at the front counter was rude, didn t listen to what I told her I wanted them to do on my car. And then after they actually did what I requested they took their time doing it.My experience with the the woman at the counter alone has greatly discouraged me very much from coming back. I normally really like Modica Bros. but I did not appreciate her cold manner or the fact that she didn t listen to what I asked them to do.

After arriving at this location , when i was still at parking lot, i was approached by a women asking what my needs where, and I mentioned i had a nail in my tire, she responded, we are not taking any more clients today and walked away, with no further action i drove off..... it was around 3:35 pmTires are a priority specially for me since I drive and travel 7 days a week, as a current customer at Beaumont location, my expectations at this location where not metyou make your own judgment as how i felt and how things would of been different

For over twenty years had good experience with them. But now they are under new management and their service was bad. Had brake job $ 575.00 but had to return because they failed to fix emergency brake. When I picked up my truck there was damage to tail light cover. They would not accept responsibility. Then one wheel cap cover fail off and was lost. They reluctantly accepted responsibility but took four weeks to replace and was rude throughout the whole ordeal.

I have been a customer since 1980, I've always been extremely satisfied with the service and treatment by the staff and management until recently!!I brought my truck in for tire rotation and was told that I had to replace the tires as they were too thin to rotate so I could get another 3000 miles on them.I reluctantly agreed to replace the set of 4 tires. I had 110,000 miles on two sets of tires since the vehicle was new. I had the tires rotated every other oil change to preserve the treadwear. I also never had any vibration from the vehicle.I brought the vehicle back 5 times to attempt to have the issue resolved. The last time I brought it in@ 0730 and left it there until closing time, the manager called 3 times and told me that it was ready to go. They had not touched the vehicle at all as the dirt and wheel weights had not been removed from the rims. I told the manager on duty that, and he told me that he witnessed the technician balance the wheels himself..At that point I told to please drive it and then tell me that it's good.At that point after his test drive he told me that it has a death wobble at 70 mph, and needed to check out the suspension.While looking at the suspension, they discovered that 1 of the Brand New tires that they installed several weeks earlier had a slipped belt. Imagine that....They replaced the tire( 1 ) and the manager told me that he balanced them himself this time.... WOWLong story short, I brought the vehicle to another tire dealer to have it corrected..I wasted an entire day waiting for my vehicle to be done right, missed out on service call for my work will not be returning to this establishment for a long long time if ever again. I'm sure that plenty of others will be happy to continue doing business with them!Well now as of November 2020 I did return last month to have my work truck serviced and tires rotated, New Manager say" ohh my goodness where did you have those tires balanced at, we never put 2 weights on any tire? " They proceeded to re rebalance my tires again and got me back to my 70 mph death wobble that I had the first thru the fifth time of balancing nightmare, fortunately I traded that truck in and let the new owner know to have it fixed ASAP!!!Now I bring in a loose tire from my wife's truck for a flat repair, WOW seems pretty simple, maybe/ maybe NOT!!!!NOW THE TIRE THAT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO GO DOWN SITS ON THE RIM IN 3 DAYS, SO THEY BLAME THE NEW GUY FOR THE ENTIRE REPAIR AND WOULD NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE REPAIR SINCE MY TIRE IS 15 YEARS OLD THAT WAS ROLLING SMOOTHER THAN THEIR NEW TIRES WITHOUT ANY SHIMMY FOR 15 YEARS!!!!Well I suppose I have no one to blame but myself for being so stupid as to believe that they would sincerely be interested in anything other than the bottom line of Profit no matter what the cost!!!!Well I suppose that's the sign of the times now maybe I can get better service from anywhere else, as I promise this bitter taste will not go away for years to come as I have already forgiven their inadequacies and out right lies but I will never Forget this valuable lesson .......

The lady with gray and long hair was rude ? All I ask was to check engine light on for me ? Being that my English grammar was not that good she got upset? Her co worker was even looking at her? Need upper Management to pay attention to this Worker . Probably haven t a bad day?

Lady at the front desk was so rude to my husband ! Do not come here , they re racist !! They were talking to him so rude but as soon as she started talking to the next customer( he was white ) she was so nice to him ! We re never coming here again

Called 8.15.19.. ordered tires..said would be in by 1pm friday..called at 12.30pm they would call me back, never called..2pm arrived at store, they never called to check on tires, also had 6 people ahead of me for oil change (made the comment that there way no workers in the shop)...said they would not recieve tires till 3.45pm an would call me.. now 4.45pm never received a call... i have used modica bros. For over 40 years through my shop and as a automotive adjuster. Its strange that when Mrs. Kelly is there what she says happens. Had to cancel my inspections because of this..

I went to Modica in Groves for what I thought was just going to be an alignment on my Honda. During their inspection, they found I needed feont brakes. They got the work started right away, and when I needed brake drums as well, they got the parts in quickly to make my car safe! I can stop on a dime now! Thanks!

I went to the Modica Brothers on twin City highway. I have used Modica Brothers for years. Not particularly this one. Bought many tires had my automobile worked on. Also have used them for the fleet trucks. But I'm gonna make sure no one I know ever goes in there. Older lady setting at the desk was rude, very unprofessional. If she doesn't know how to talk to people she needs to go home. She would never work for me. I was beyond shocked by her attitude. Like I said if she doesn't like her job and can't speak to people with respect and kindness she needs to go home. Will not ever do business with them again. Lost alot of business at this location

I came here to get wheel balance ,rotation and oil change. The guy thats working on my truck tryna skip balance on my tires and need to watch them how they work. Cause they be having your accesories everywhere on their shop. Just watch them how they work on your vehicles.
