I honestly don t know what to think about this place. Everyone there is very nice and professional but every time I call there is some new reason why my car isn t finished yet. I had my car towed here after an accident and after weeks and weeks of we re aiming for end of next week and having to order new parts several times, it s been 2 months and I STILL don t have my car back. I understand things happen but this is absolutely ridiculous. I ve also been promised calls back with updates and only once have I received a call back, at the very beginning. Since then it s been radio silence unless I call. I ve tried to be patient but I can t be without a car forever. These repairs better be top notch for the MONTHS of waiting. I very likely won t be using this shop again or recommending it to anyone else. Only gave 2 stars because they re so nice and the actual work is TBD. They did a FANTASTIC job on the dent on my car from an accident. And the owner Mr. George and all the staffs are very kind, caring and professional. I will recommend this place to everyone ask me where to go for auto repair. Thank y'all very much.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My car was almost stolen, and the thieves really damaged my car. Insurance sent me here rather than my usual place. The autobody shop sent my car to a mechanic, and we were getting regular updates. The dates of completion kept getting pushed back. Finally, I was able to get it. The ignition was damaged, and when repairs were made, we were given new keys and the fob. So now we have to use both. That made me upset. Next, there was a piece missing from my middle console. I told them, and they ordered the piece. Next, the alignment was so off that I had to pull off the road because of grinding noises. We immediately went back, and the office lady was apologetic. But how was this ok?? Someone drove it from mechanic to autobody, and no one noticed?? This is unacceptable, and I am more than angry. I should have gone to Fasulo in Beaumont. I still haven't received a decent apology or anything. I am not asking much.

Got off to a rocky start when I told my insurance co. I would like my car moved. I was met with a bit of disrespect and even a little bullying. We were able to move forward with friendliness and professionalism. Now, we have to see how the repairs will look before I can update with a more accurate rating.

Best place to get your car back to new! They're professional, precise, and perfectionists! From the office staff they the body techs, detailers, painters, all work as a team! Fixed my car someone rear ended me can't even tell! They walk you through the entire process.

This was our second car to bring to Groves Body Shop, and we will continue to bring our cars here for repairs! So kind, transparent, and do their best to cut costs where they can. When I went to pick up my car I had two littles in tow, and they helped me drive my car to the enterprise across the street so I wouldn t have to lug two kids and two car seats across the street by myself. They truly care about their customers!

Wonderful customer service Updates available on work in progress convenient one stop with rental and repairs side by side . warranty there work with pride will make you inconvenience of repairs tolerable with perfection in mind ! I have spent the past 2 months waiting on my vehicle to be completed and every time I talk to them I get a different story. Wednesday I was told everything was done and painted, just needed to be assembled. Then today I spoke to someone else who said they just got another part in and still needed to paint it. So now my vehicle that I ve been told next week on for the past 8 weeks, is supposed to be done next week AGAIN! I ve also been promised phone calls with updates on the status of my vehicle and never once have I received a call back. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Long post, but here we go. I lived in Beaumont, but was suppose to be moving to Michigan 2 days before my car was wrecked. Obviously I was pretty upset. When I arrived to the shop George let me know the repair would take about 2 weeks, but they would do what they could to get it done early because they knew I was trying to move (not the time I was hoping for, but such is life.) Grove s Auto Body texts every other day to let you know the track of your vehicle repair.The day my car was suppose to be ready (the day before I planned to drive to Michigan) I received a text message letting me know the repair had been extended a week. For how I was feeling, distraught is an understatement.Now, I m not sure if George is the manager, owner or an employee, but he completely understood my pain and it seemed like he FELT it. This repair shop actually put my car on a flat bed trailer and drove it to Michigan FOR ME a week after I had left and when the car was ready. The customer service I received from this company was unmatchable. I would not recommend friends or family go anywhere but Groves Auto Body.Also, my car looks fantastic.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I already had the part for my Dodge Charger. I just needed it placed on. They did an awesome job. It was done quickly and at a reasonable price. Anytime I have to have work done on my vehicle, I'm coming to them.

I recently brought my vehicle to Groves Auto Body. From the first phone call I made to picking up my vehicle, their staff was welcoming, attentive, kind and professional. A big shout out to Jan, Stephanie, Raymond and George. Thanks guys. I'm glad you were able to get me back in my ride in 1 week.

Please be aware of these scammers! I went in to fix bumper and fender and although they did fix the issue. I came out with more problems then I came with. They zip tied my car back together and expected me to pay more money! The Mechanic is very polite and went over everything that would be necessary to fix my car, as well as the pricing. We even exchanged numbers and kept me updated throughout the process with pictures and his own opinions.

The people at this business take great deal of pride in delivering quality repairs, however recently they updated there call system that delivers customers directly to voicemail. No customer wants to call a business that is being paid for services, just to leave a Voicemail & have to wait for a call back.

During a fender bender which didn't even deploy airbags which caused a busted bumper, alternative radiator, and dent on the hood. We were told because it was an Audi it would take longer to get parts in and we understood that. After ordering wrong parts and not ordering all parts needed a month later we finally got our vehicle back. Only to find out there was no radiator fluid what so ever. I had to go to walmart to fill that up so my wife could get it home. We discovered scratches on hood and headlight lose shining straight down in front of vehicle. Had to bring it back twice, once for hood which they didnt repaint, but buff and you can still see scratches, but also for headlight which my wife said oh yea they had drill and fixed it. They drilled new holes and put screws to keep it in place and its still shining down at road in front of car. I should have known it wasn't good when the first thing the receptionist said to us was, "we will never work on another audi again".

Did not re install my radio correctly, it was put in upside down. My back up camera and passengers side window did not work. My vehicle has been there forever and they do not keep you updated often.

This is my second time back to groves auto body in groves tx to have the bumper redone again because some how or another it wasn't doing right the first time and said it would only take two days now its three days and a day lost at work because my wife can drive two cars at once George is a very nice man but displeased in his employees
