Knowledgeable friendly staff, walk ins taken within minutes.Recommend for: people who want their car work guaranteedI stopped at this location in July when my AC went out (I called the location before coming). The staff was friendly on the phone and in person, they were competent and took my car back right away to begin working on it. They have a waiting area with free coffee, water, and phone chargers bathroom was decently clean. I did not use it but they do have a key drop for vehicle after hours drop off.

This is the second time in 3 months that I've had service done at this location in Groves. Each time the guys up front are professional and personable. I've decided to move all my auto needs and business over to this location. This is due to being able to book online appointments and the quality of work.

Nice guys, quick and great price. They have a nice roomy waiting area to set in with bathrooms. While waiting we decided to take a walk across the street to get ice cream. On the way we got to see the biggest,prettiest undamaged pinecones. We took a few home to decorate. After getting there to the ice cream place my phone rang and it was the employee at Firestone telling me my vehicle was ready to go.

Broke stuff on our vehicle. Rude manager too. I would not recommend this location. The Nederland location is superior in every way.

Had an appointment at 9 am. Waited till 12.30 and my car was still not taken in. Walked away. Terrible experience. It's not that they were busy. Kept telling the technician has gone on the test drive. Who goes for a half hr test drive. There's something wrong with the Firestone locations in this area. During Thanksgiving my son has an appointment for alignment. When he went there he was told machine is broken. When he requested oil change the minimum cost was $89 as his car only took certain kind of oil {was told that}. I told him to go to Walmart and get the oil changed. Many of my friends have the same terrible experiences. Not just bad terrible. Hope someone at Firestone notices this and tries to make improvements.

Got there at 8:15 in the morning and was told that I had a few cars ahead. That it would be a wait so I went home waiting for a call. After 4 p.m., I called and was told that they hadn't pulled my car into the shop yet and it probably won't be till tomorrow. I was very upset because my vehicle had sat there all day. I was not told that it would take all day long to get it even checked for the problem with my AC. I wasted my entire day off with my car just sitting outside. Went picked it up at 5:30.

Great place to go, we purchased our tires from another location but planned to stop at this one for a free rotation. Called to check wait time and staff answered promptly and were 100% transparent about wait times.Couldn t ask for more.

After a sudden flat the day before, I had to find a tire shop to inform me if my tire was patchable or of it needed replacement. The service writer was very helpful and informative. He gave me several options to choose from and even let me know about the great perks after replacing the tire. Definitely recommend to anyone that may be in the same situation or that may even need typical maintenance.

called ahead to see if there were availabilities for my boyfriends vehicle to get his tires rotated and an alignment and they told us we could drop it off. they kept his car there for hours until we finally called 30 minutes before closing to get an update, just for them to tell us they haven t begun and asked if they can keep it over night. not sure about anyone else but we have jobs we need to drive to and don t have the time to leave our vehicles over night. complete waste of our time when we could ve taken it elsewhere. all they want is to milk you for money anyways. we won t be returning to any firestone locations again.

I got a nail in the front driver side tire. I dropped off the car to get it removed/patched, to have all of the tires rotated/balanced, and for a routine oil change which normally includes fluid top-off. I called ahead and was told there were only a few cars ahead, and I could go ahead and drop off. It wasn t until the following day when the following occurred simultaneously. It rained and after a few squirts, there was no windshield wiper fluid. Following that, the light appears for 10% oil life. Then, the tire low pressure light comes on for the same tire. I then noticed there was no sticker placed on the window that indicated mileage or date of next service. That signifies that none of the fluids were topped off, the tire wasn t fixed or rotated, and who knows if they ever even changed the oil. Any reasonable human being would question if any service was performed on the car at all. I called to talk about my concerns and was completely brushed off. Somehow, they were able to remember clearly that the oil had been changed and the tire fixed, and that perhaps, we got another nail in the same tire in the exact same place as the previous nail. He assured me that the worker who did the car did the work but just forgot to leave any trace or evidence of his work. The person who responded was completely unprofessional and dismissive. They gave me a specific day and time I had to bring it in. I work long hours and was not able to take the car back right away meaning I had to spend a lot of money and time to pump air in the tire that should ve been fixed. I finally bring the car in, and I m told the guy who did my car had quit . But that they are completely sure of the work that the person who isn t even around anymore completed. I get the car back this time, and the tires have still not been rotated. I know because I scratched one of the back rims the day before and it was still in the same place. At this point, I am completely over this place and would warn anyone reading this to go anywhere and to anyone else.

Yup That's how my steering wheel looks like the 2nd week after alignment at this place, truck keep pulling from side to side

Great service. Honest and informative. I was running late for my appointment and they still fit me right in. I also found out that my credit is worth much more than I thought by applying for a Firestone card and getting approved on the spot.

Our company van had a flat on Saturday. We got right into the shop which was great but had to wait almost 2 hours for a tire to be changed out, keep in mind we took the tire there. Staff was easy to deal with, price wasn't to bad, and the location was easy to get in and out.

Got a oil change I thought they put the wrong oil in my car... I looked at the oil cap under the hood and the the service technician was right my car does take the 5w20 he put in my car not the 5w30i wanted him to put in. Thank you for saving me from myself. When ever I'm this way your the only places I'm taking my car. Thanks again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Friendly staff and technicians, store was open on Sunday to perform the work and worked out great for our schedule. The original tires we wanted were a cheaper brand tire but not in stock, the salesman offered to discount the more expensive upgrade of tire without us having to ask. The tire we went with was a better tire and did cost a little more even after discount but we had no problems upgrading mainly because of the great customer service provided at the time of ordering.

Slightly less price than discount and real service. Professional service. The technician is highly qualified. We brought our own rims that are high priced. They treated the parts with care. Then comes the good news. The same guy aligned the front end. Obviously he knows how to do the best work. All of this on a Sunday!!! Carlos rocks. Armando had the bst serviceThis place is awesome!

Some days good some not so good. I went in for an oil change and after hanging out joking and just standing around talking for 45 minutes, they only took 15 minutes to do the job. On the other hand when I too my car in to change out the starter, they were done really fast....but when I asked for a ride to pick it up, they said sure....and 4 hours later my son in law gave me a ride to get it.

Absolutely amazing staff! Norrand went out of his way to help me with not only my inspection but some amazing deals on maintenance work too! Friendly environment and knowledgeable employees! I needed a donut tire which had to be ordered online. It was delivered to Firestone. They warned me that they had never mounted this size tire before but we're willing to try. Not only did the get tire mounted, they did it quickly. The entire staff was friendly an courteous

Pricing at Firestone is way too pricey. I was quoted 181 and change for a new battery, installed and warranty core, etc.. I went to Walmart, and got an oil change, and new battery for under 100! Nice place, with what they charge, hope so. If you can afford it, awesome, but also told it'd take over an hour, and that was ridiculous.

Had an appointment for 12 today to have my husband's alignment done on his truck. We spent almost $2000 for brand new firestone tires & ballistic rims & was told to come here for alignment. I arrived 30 minutes prior to our appointment. It has been 2 hours & no one has even started on his truck. Very disappointing. What is the point of making & waiting for an appointment to have to still wait all day for any service? We wont be back.

On Sunday busted two tires because of the road construction and this location was the only one in the area that had the tires I needed for my BMW. Everyone was helpful and courteous and took care of replacing the tires expediently. Very nice people there
