We were in Dallas on vacation and busted a windshield on the interstate. The local honda dealership referred us to United Auto Glass. I am so glad they did! Ashley in the office was prompt with a text and quote. David the technician came out on a Saturday due to rain the day before. He repaired the windshield in an hour or less. United was HALF the price of the national company and half of the company back home in our area.GREAT service! Thank youService: Auto windshield replacement

I called to get a quote for an Auto replacement front windshield . within 5 minutes I received a quote and a text asking if I would like to schedule the appointment for a replacement. I have to say in todays World I ve not every gotten such PROFESSIONALISM from a company!! I had the PLEASURE to work with a Gentleman by the name of David and he was informative and knowledgeable from the beginning to the end of my service experience!!!! I believe GREAT peoples should be recognized not some times but EVERY TIME!! So this is why I m writing a review! Because this Young Man is part of the SUCCESS of this company merely because of his BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE, PROFESSIONALISM, and last but NOT less . HIS SKILLS!! If he s an employee of this company, they should give him a MERIT INCREASE If he s the OWNER of this company he should give HIMSELF a RAISE!! Job well done from the beginning of the initial phone call for a quote to the end of the windshield being replaced GREAT WORK!!!! Everyone PLEASE use this company!!! Great service performed thoroughly and efficiently by a genial and friendly professional. The repairs are nearly undetectable. Scheduling was a breeze. If every service provider was as pleasant and competent to deal with, there's never be any need for any less than 5 star reviews. Recommended most highly.
