Excellent that had all the tires I needed six great price good service I do recommend easy in-and-out at the pilot truck stop right next door and they also do PMs and brakes and other service

Swung by last night to get a quote and saw the place was closed so I went through the back drive. Don t appreciate the service truck driver last night pulling in front of me and then cursing and honking at me when I went around him. Yes I needed to get back to 1903 NOT I30 E.

I stopped in here a little over a month ago. I had a nail in my tire on my truck and thought I needed a patch. These guys invited me out to the garage to explain to me exactly where the damage was and why the tire couldn t be patched and that I would need a replacement. They didn t have the tire I needed so they put my spare on for me and told me they could order it. the atmosphere of this place was so light hearted and they were thorough, honest and reasonable. I m not from the area but I d absolutely go back here if I found myself within a hundred miles and needed help.

This new location was fast and efficient. The steer tire i purchased was at a reasonable price for this market. They also do minot repairs here- had an airbag replaced. I feel good about the work done. I would recommend this location for tire repair and replacement.

If you need tires, this is the place to get them. The salesman is awesome and does a great job. However think twice about actually getting your tires mounted or repaired here. They are soooooo slow. It took the one guy in front of me an hour and a half just to fix a flat. When they finally got to me, I was there total of three hours before They finished with my four tires. You look in the shop and guy is playing on his phone or just standing around. Again great salesman, they just need more or better help. Nice and clean place though.

Pretty high priced honestly but it wasn t just that we showed up at 4 to get some tires put on bc we were in a bind riding on a flat. Really rude workers. Very poor customer serviceIt s your job it s part of it don t like your job get a new one. Don t treat your paying customers poorly

This place was AMAZING! We ran over a nail on our drive and quickly started to lose air in our tire. We happened to get off at the exit of Southern Tire Mart, went in to see if there was any chance they could help us, and they did immediately. They were so kind, got the nail out of our tire and patched the hole within 20 minutes. They wouldn t even let us pay for it after all they had done for us in such a short amount of time. The employees are so kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about everything tires. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Incredibly rude people work here. My husband and father in law purchased a tire but realized they did not have a tire iron. They limped the car back over to the shop and asked if they could use the tire iron real fast as they were stranded on the side of the road. The gentleman threw an adult hissy fit, yelling and throwing tools and generally being a complete child. They didn't want him to do it, just needed to to use the iron. We will not return.

Stopped by because we recently put new rear tires on our car and after some miles on interstate we felt something wasn t right. The guys at Southern Tire Mart immediately put the car up on the rack and checked everything out and sent us on our way. We were there less than 10 minutes. Excellent customer service!

My husband and I were traveling from Southern Illinois to Fort hood tx when we had a tire blow out we put our spare on(which was an almost flat donut) and made it down the road to this location and two young gentlemen that worked at this location generously helped us. I wish I would have gotten their names they are amazing kind Individuals. Thank you for. The bottom of our hearts and thanks to you we were able to make it to visit our soldier for his birthday.

They fixed my flat so that's a plus. Be prepared to wait. I've had prison sentences that were shorter then my wait time here. I'm trying to say that they are really super, mega, ultra snail slow. These guys are so slow you can see grass growing around your truck. They are so slow that Stonehenge and the pyramids of Giza were still in the blue print stages of planning when they began my flat repair and now are some of the ancient wonders of the world. They are so slow that when I left Houston i45 south was still under construction. When I returned it was completed. But my tire does hold air now. Luv that.

Went in to get nail removed from trailor tire , to them saying it can t be plugged because we found 5 more nails. Never again with this Southern Tire ,str8 crooks watch out

Always our company first choice on tires and service. Reasonable prices, awesome service. Knowledgeable staff. Had a mud flap replaced today , 30 minutes and I was gone, every one else was telling me several hours.

I had to pullover off the highway because my plate came loose from underneath my car. I decided to take a chance to see if they would help me. Those guys were so nice and didn t charge me. I made it to my destination safely thanks to those guys.

I can t express how much we appreciate y all helping our daughter yesterday morning with her tire. A guy that works there went across interstate to get her tire when she had a flat and took it and repaired it and brought it back and put on her car and charged her nothing. That was so kind and thoughtful. And we very much appreciate y all. Thank you.

Before stoping in Greenville Tx shop I had stopped in Texarkana shop in Arkansas and wanted to be charged $68 without even looking at it. Brian and team took of my wheel and found the problem instantly and took good care of me. Thanks guys keep up the good work

I would of gave them a five star with the exception they gave 4 $500.00 tires that was already paid for to someone else. But they did correct the issue

Will have to say, this was a great buying experience from start to finish. Asked online for a quote, and received prompt response. Tires were available when promised. Went in to get the tires installed (I previously purchased three of the six installed from another source.). Those three and the three purchased from Southern Tire Mart were installed very professionally onto my motorhome. Was in and out in a couple of hours. They even price matched my other tires. Very impressed. The ONLY problem I have was something I should have asked for when I had them order the tires. Motorhome tires usually age out instead of wear out. The tires I got from Southern were dated 2019, 2018 and 2017. Getting a two year old and a one year old tire was a little disappointing. Again, I should have asked for 2019 tires when I ordered. And I should have said something when I noticed the tire age. I was a ways from home and didn t want to come back. I only posted this to possibly help other motorhome tire buyers to ask for new tires when ordering. This was a great place to buy tires and I would not hesitate to go back. I will ask next time.

Great bunch of folks. Had a tire issue on my truck,, they jumped right on, got it fixed and off I go in about half an hour. Can't say enough good things about them. Hope I am in this area when I need tires again

These guys are kinda hidden but we'll worth the trip. Each time they have done an excellent job at a fair price. Techs know what they are doing and owner will keep you laughing.
