Be warned! Do not use this business. During the cold weather, my truck broke down due to fuel gelling. I called them to fix the problem and they spent an hour with their computer hooked to my truck and charged me $700. They did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. I had my son bring me filters which I changed myself and fixed the problem. They wanted me to take my truck to their garage to change out a sensor that wasnt bad and I refused. These people do not know what they are doing and they will rob you blind.

Great service! Came in on moments notice for a bad fuel injector on our 2020 Freightliner Cascadia. Had us back on the road within 8 hrs. Very efficient, very quick, professional and courteous. From Mark in the front, making sure we were taken care of and Derrick the mechanic, cannot speak more highly for this staff.Definitely recommend!

We have used sdr for a while but work got worse and worse. We have found two trucks that went there with oil leaks to have jb weld put in rocker boxes. The last truck had jakes ran too tight and caused engine failure as soon as jakes were turned on. Service guy tried to blame the ecm place but told vanderhags his mechanic set jakes too tight. BEWARE of this place. Had to pay for bull gears cause company did t have the money to fix truck. Truck came out today with injector misfires. On its way to a real shopPut one star because u cant put 0.

DO NOT EVER GET THEIR SERVICE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE TIME AND MONEY AND YOUR UNIT. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS, FOR A SMALL JOB THEY TOOK 2 DAYS AND CHARGE THE 2DAY LABOR, WE ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE THEY DID NOT PROVIDE IT AND JUST WORKED ON IT. THEY ALSO DID NOT WANTED TO COMMUNICATE AND GIVE THE INFO. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE s. SUCH A NASTY ATTITUDES PLUS NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I stopped by Southern diesel repair shop to replace def pumps They charge me twice the price what it cost , they very dishonest and unprofessional I don t recommend anyone to do business with them !!

After driving truck over 35 years finally I found good mechanics and good place to bring my truck. Very professional and very nice pplThey founded problems on my truck quick and price was reasonable. For work what they did Mechanic is with big knowledge very polite and he knows what is doing.Highly recommended this placeSpecially guy who works on front desk. His name is Mark. Never get a Tow from here Period they will destroy your rig 8 brand new tires trashed. The tow man even broke a faring. They claim he quit. Excuses for bad business. If you need repairs you're gonna have a bad job lots of missing nuts and bolts and dirty greasy truck when returned. Them outrageous fees and supply cost could at least afford Gloves and soap to wash greasy hands.

Nice, friendly staff but didn t have fuel filter for Paccar/ Kenworth. Then I asked him to replace 2 tires and referred me to Southern Tire Mart down 2 buildings.The man at the front desk with the braided beard declined an oil change and 2 replacement tires.

They kept my truck for 12 days never got the part( I end up going online to find it and ordered it myself), I had them just remove the defective part and they didn't secure what was left behind. I had another shop to fix my truck and they immediately called to tell me all of the things that was not taken care of but SDR charged me out of the wazoo! I DO Not Recommend! OTR drivers beware!!!!

I had a driver break down and this shop was the closest one to my driver. My driver was taken into their shop at 10am and they kept him there all day long giving him the run around about it being worked on, but they never worked on it and did not fix anything in the truck. 3:30 pm comes around and we speak to Mark Greenlee and he says they need another 5-6 hours to keep working on it. We finally told our driver to just take his truck and leave because we fed up with their lies and run arounds! The safety Manager ALI spoke to Mark Greenlee about the invoice they charged us $251 for NOTHING. They charged us for their lies and run arounds all day long! ALI first asked nicely about discounting it because they did not do anything for the truck and they kept lying to the driver that caused us lie to our broker. Very Unprofessional company!

Had a lack of fuel on my 6.0 f250 and it would run longer than a few miles. At one point would run at all I previously had taken to Garcias Diesel repair and they didn t fix it just wasted my money on batteries& telling me it was the fuel pump $600 later. So i was going on vacation and needed a quick fix and someone with a brain. I took it in and they said probably something in the tank. Thats what i told the other shop but they didn t listen. And sure enough was a broken screen filter and pieces had been sucked up in the fuel tube. They got it fixed fast and my truck ran great to Galveston and back. Thanks southern diesel repair. Wish i would of stoped here first i would be $600 richer

This shop is rediculis. They charged $1300 for doser valve change. Avoid this place, they are also lying about parts ariving etc

This place is ridiculous charged me $730.00 for a seal on my trailer! Because It was an emergency I Payed. A $250.00 Job, they decided to charge me $730.00 and was there for 9am to 3pm . Beware . Highway Robbery

I honestly wouldn t recommend them for any road service. Road service is a no no. I did an airbag for $1200. Cmon. This is a rip off. New owners are nothin worth working with. Sorry for the bad comment but no rip offs.

My husband work for Florida Beauty and had some battery and turbo issue and these guys did a great job getting use back on the road if u ever in caddo mill Tx and need truck repair or just a tire change call them.L wellington

I called for road side so it should be a road call fee and a hour rate to just look at the truck but i got charge 3 hours which it was 2 at first for some repairs they said they done so nope i will never go back here because i towed my truck to my terminal and fix my own truck under 4 hours which they quoted 8000 worth of damage and i spent 300 dollars and did it myself i hate and dislike rip off mechanics that think they know more then the drivers and yea i am a certified mechanic to

I broke down Walked half mile to get a fuel filter for 05 Volvo and they charge me 45 dollars for one filter. TA was only 29 dollars like I told them I'll pay road call charge before I'll go back
