I just left this place on April 2nd 2024 and this place is absolutely amazing, you could not get the smile off of my face after getting my truck and the costumer service is just amazing with price and with the way they treat people, I will always comeHere. The first real genuine 10/10 I ll ever give a place

Great place, the guys were able to get me in and out quickly with plenty of good muffler options to choose from. Really happy with my new sound and they helped with a few additional areas of my exhaust that needed attention without charging anything more than the price for the muffler upgrade. Would go back again, definitely consider them for any exhaust work you need to do! The welds were great quality and muffler placement perfect. Thank you!!Service: Exhaust

I own a bunch of modified cars and trucks , I made my way around to most of the best muffler shops here in Dallas , all decent work but terrible attitude towards the customers , I can t believe this shop is only 20 minutes away from my home and I get treated like a five star customer The owner himself and his workers have got to be The The best all around men you can have , i ve never had a better experience At a local business then here , i m the owner of a company and I will make sure I recommend all my friends family and customers to this location great guy !!!

Told me $80 to repair tail pipe, charged me only $60. I have gone here over 30 years. Always a good experience.

Roy's muffler shop got me in on short notice. James diagnosed and solved my exhaust leak in less than 5 minutes. Gave me an honest quote, very fair price, and fixed me up in less than 30 minutes. Thank goodness for folks like james at Roys. Small business at best.

Don t go anywhere else! These guys are awesome. Even with tricky things, they find a way to make it work and happen instead of just turning you away. Very polite and feels like I m walking into my own shop. Will definitely come to them again!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Went there for a muffler delete on my spark and he was surprised i was doing it on this car haha. did an amazing job and i came back a week later to get a tip welded on and he knocked that out of the park as well! amazing little shop and i will be going there again for any other muffler needs! Got me in and out that same day. Brought in an aftermarket catback exhaust for my car and it took them an hour to do it. I was prepared for the price to be 4-5x more than it was. Wonderful and efficient work. Refer everyone you know that needs exhaust work to here.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I came here because the reviews were good. I bought new black exhaust tips for my mustang because I did not like the chrome tips that I originally had on there before. I was able to get the work done here for a very reasonable price. I'm extremely satisfied with the work and I appreciate being treated fairly amd not being taken advantage of. They were super fast. Got a muffler delete. But I had to take it back once cause there was a huge gap in the upper part that wasn t welded, Called, took it back a second time. It s still got an exhaust leak cause it s still not welded all the way.

I stopped in to get a new muffler and catalytic converter installed on my excursion. He had my truck on the rack two minutes later, and had my new parts installed in the blink of an eye. The quality of work was excellent, he got it done QUICK, and he was kind and respectful. Those are three hard things to find these days, especially all three in the same shop. very happy with my new muffler system. The man was fast professional and the quality for the price is unbeatable. old school exhaust man old school craftsman love his work. need a muffler or even better sound or just a decorative tip I recommend checking out Roy's muffler

I went to have my cat back Borla exhaust system put in on 10/28/2018. Awesome job! was put in fast and got a great price! The ford dealership told me to see Roy's muffler shop to have my new performance exhaust system put in. I totally recommend this place if you need any exhaust system placed in. 5 stars all the way.

Broke my exhaust during transmission swap. Roy had installed a custom exhaust about 6 months prior so I went back to let the pro fix my error. Didnt charge me a dime. Overall best exhaust guy in north east texas In my opinion

Did a super job for a good price. Explained what had happened to my exhaust and replaced the section of bad pipe in 15 minutes. I recommend Roy's Muffler to anyone with an exhaust problem!

Had James take a look at my Jeep's exhaust and he didnt try to upsell me or BS me. He took at look at areas I had a concen with plus the rest of the exhaust and said everything looked fine.You want an honest exhaust shop look no further. Recommended 10/10.

This place is AWESOME, great people, very laid back, great prices, fast work, Thank you for pointing out the axle nut issue on the little blue Mazda. I went home and it was loose, scared me. All tight and punched in the keyed axle.

My car was noisy. After having new brakes put on we were told the muffler had a hole in it and needed a new gasket to the manifold exhaust. Took it to Roy's and he showed me that the muffler was simply rubbing against another piece of metal causing the noise. He moved it away from what it was rubbing against. No hole in muffler. Manifold was fine. Appreciate integrity!!

If you need anything done to your exhaust this is the place to go! They know what they're doing. Came in expecting to need to leave the car all day but he got it knocked out for me while I was there. Thank you for getting me in the road again
