Thank you so much for taking in my 2010 Camaro so early. The employees are polite and respectful. I took my car in for an alignment at another shop down the road and they didn't even know how to adjust the camber on it. When I told them how they didn't want to mess with it. Premier got my car going in no time. Thank you again. I will be back.

Excellent shop! My Dodge Ram diesel pro master. It went to 3 different shops and no one could fix it. God is good! Answered my prayers with this shop because my van is back at work. Can t say enough positive things about this shop and its owner and employees

I am so happy I brought our car here! They were able to diagnose and fix the main issue and were also able to tell us about other small issues that would have been a big problem down the road. Thankful for honest and caring people. Great work, good turnaround time and amazing people!

I left home northwest of Fort Worth for Greenville at about 7 a.m. one Monday morning to return a rental vehicle (my wife's car broke down in Greenville on the way to visit grand-kids in east Texas) and, hopefully, drive our ailing 2011 Nissan Altima from the rental place to a nearby repair shop.Fortunately, I had found Premier Automotive online, and it was only a 2.5-mile drive there from the rental place. I explained the situation to DeAnna, and Eric was able to look at the car immediately. He diagnosed a failed Mass Air Flow Sensor, which had caused the engine to stutter wildly, and he recommended also changing out the spark plugs (which probably had never been replaced). The work was completed in just about two hours, and the car runs smooth as new again.Without these folks and their quick service, I might have been stranded out-of-town for a day. I highly recommend Premier Automotive for their friendliness, professionalism, and quality work to anyone in and around Greenville.

Beautiful place. The customer service was awesome which is such a rarity now days. I had to get several things done last minute due to a fault of my own and they were able to squeeze me in even though they had a full schedule. I highly recommend using them.

Excellent service, quick turn around, and fair pricing.My husband and I drive a van doing pavement and road condition surveys. This van has computer equipment in the back of the van and other equipment installed on a rack on the back of the van. Therefore, it is required that the air conditioner and A/C fans work. Well, during one of the hots days the A/C fan in the front of the van quit. This was not acceptable. So, we went to the Ford Dealer and tried to get this fan fix there first. We were told that their were backed up for about two weeks. so no go there, and would not make a recommendation for any other service provider.So, we did a internet search and came across Premier Automotive. This was a God send for us. We were strangers and never been to their establishment before, but When we talked with the young lady at the desk, she said let me talk with my guys and see what we can do. They said yes they could go ahead and fix the fan, even though they were a week and a half out on service as well. They pulled one of their techs that was familiar with the type of van and A/C fan to look at it and fix it. They got us in and out in about 2 hours.I want to thank everyone at Premier Automotive for being so helpful, kind, and big hearted to strangers. You all are a blessing and I would and will recommend your shop to anyone that my ask about automotive service. Thank you again and God bless you.

Eric & the folks at Premier Automotive are a top notch shop from a customer service perspective to say the least. Not only did they get me in for an alignment same day, but while I was waiting, I saw the owner compensate another customer when it took longer than expected for her oil change because the parts store failed to deliver in a timely fashion. That s just good customer service. Due to no fault of their own, they took care of a customer which is awesome. Definitely check them out if you need work done to your vehicle. Not to mention their store front is full of cool old automotive memorabilia.

Rockwall Ford VS Premier AutomotivePremier Automotive wins by a knockout. I took my truck to Rockwall Ford 5-8 times to work on my truck which had a coolant leak which they could never find. Each time I rented a car at my own expense.I then took my truck to Premier Automotive and they found the problem in about three hours. The head gasket is the problem.Next, I will give a review on the Carchex warranty service when Premier Automotive gets a reply from them.

Made the experience quick and simple. Diagnosed my issues within a few hours and worked well with my warranty company so that it benefited me the best in the end. What a great experience. Eric and his team are professional, friendly and just great people. We just had work done on our Plumbing Van and our new plumbing truck. We also thought something was wrong with our 16 year old daughter's truck. They looked everything over and reassured us nothing was wrong. It is a great feeling when you know you can trust an automotive shop especially when sending your teenager out on the roads. Absolutely blown away by this impeccable business! Air bag on my hauling truck had a leak, they got me in within 20 minutes, fixed leak right away. John the mechanic was so helpful and honest. I got a flat tire and got stuck in the middle of the road, Mikeal happened to see me and stopped by to help me change my tire. He was very professional and kind. I'm only giving 3 starts though because it wasn't in shop. Otherwise very good

If I could rate this establishment 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend took his truck up there for a tune up in June. It was pretty outrageous that they charged him over $600 for a tune up let alone the fact that it sat for several days before they even started to work on it. Before they did the tune up, a lady called and claimed that he needed 2 ignition coils installed. He didn t have the money to have both of them installed but she said it would at least help if he had one of them installed. So he took her advice, even though he really didn t have the money. It sat for another several days and after he picked it up, it was running way worse than when he originally took it in. He took it in originally because he thought that a tune up would help with gas mileage and usage. He called and the lady who he had talked to in the beginning told him to bring it back up there and they would look at it. Several days passed and still no one ever got around to looking at his truck. If we had known that We were going to lose over $600 and had to cancel numerous doctors appointments, He definitely would have taken it to someone else! The truck is still running rough, but apparently they don t have time nor guarantee their work because no matter how many times We call they tell him to just bring it and leave it and they will look at it when they can get to it . Save your money and your sanity and skip Premiere at all cost!

Was told by my local dealership that my tie rod end and upper ball joint were bad. Bought in for repair only to be told there was nothing wrong and that my suspension system was in good shape. These guys could have just replaced these items and charged me but instead they did what was right. Already going to book a repair for my wife's car. I ran out of stars before I could honestly rate them. I had to replace my engine and a friend recommended them. I couldn't be any happier. There were a number of unforseen issues. Eric and Deanna kept me informed through the whole process. Even though I know they went out of pocket for the end result, the stuck to the quoted price. If your car needs help, call them. You might be able to find some place cheaper, but you won't find anyone better. They have earned my trust and my long term business

This is THE PLACE. We were recommended them by Autozone, and they got us in immediately to fix an AC issue. Very nice, clean, and great work. Would recommend!!

Deanna & Eric (owner) are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and fair.I cannot stress enough how above & beyond ethical they are! I won t go in to boring details BUT I feel I should say to all of you that are doing what I did...I looked for a mechanic that didn t try to replace every part on my truck just to earn a buck from me. These folks do NOT do that. I have proof as they could have and didn t. I recommend them WITHOUT HESITATION!!!

Eric (owner) did an amazing job on my car! I was so devastated when my AC went out in July And then on top of that a dealership quoted my a very large amount to fix it! Well PREMIER AUTO MOTIVE fixed it, found out a part the dealership said needed to be fixed, didn t need to be fixed. saved me tons of money and did it in a matter of a few days after having to order other parts the dealership didn t find I didn t need ! He s amazing!#kthxbye.

Not only is this the most honest business I ve ever dealt with, they went out of their way to help me pick up my car. Being somewhat new to Texas I had no idea where to take my MB 350. I had been at my Vet (Crossroads Vet Clinic) and they suggested Premier. Well done both Crossroads and Premier.
