I came in for a wheel alignment. The first time, they could not get the tie rod off. I have never had that problem before, so they lubed it up and told me to come back either the next day or later in the week. I came back the next day and another guy told me that I actually needed to give it a few more days.. Then why was I told that I could come back the next day? It was a waste of my time. I then ended up coming back that Friday, and after all that waiting, I was told they could not do the wheel alignment because one of my tires was almost bald.. Why was I not told this the first time my car was looked at, so that I did not waste even more time? What an annoying company to deal with. On top of all of this, after a couple of days of driving my car, I popped the hood to check the oil and come to find out, the technician left my dip stick off laying next to my hood latch. Seriously?!

I ve had a great experience from NTB in Greenville. From the phone call inquiring about tires, to getting my keys back was great! The team is very professional and they communicate very effectively. I ll be coming back when it s time for a new set of tires!

Had a really great experience with these guys. Had my severe issues with my breaks and back tire and got towed to them, they fixed all of my issues in such a short amount of time and for such a great price. They kept me updated regularly and were very kind. Definitely recommend

Amazing customer service! I drive a large lifted SUV and was so glad when the new guy didn't feel comfortable pulling it in he got someone else to do it. They never seize to take of all of my vehicles! Highly recommended!!

My car FINALLY feels right after having them fix my alignment. I don't know what this location does differently than the one closer to my house, but this location is awesome! Ever since the NTB near my house did the alignment (& a couple of subsequent adjustments), my ride hasn't felt right. I'm so glad I was able to stop in at this location & have them fix it! I love my car again

I'm in the waiting room right now and the guy at the desk lacks empathy. It's a 2 hour wait to get anything done, okay whatever. But the guys customer service skills leave much to be desired. At one point he was downright rude to another guy, and another woman got something fixed yesterday that wasn't actually fixed. There was no apology or empathy for the fact that she'd already waited for the service she payed for yesterday and now she has to wait the full waiting time again. She was really frustrated and he looked like he could not care less. If I could give zero stars I would, based off of this guy's handling of the clientele.

Great team of guys.Went in on a Sunday evening for a noise.Dylan put it right up on lift, heatshield loose, too late for delivery of adhesive of any kind.Came back and Jeremy and Victor told me what I bought was not good for heat and fixed it with something they had on hand and sent me on my way.That's what you call knowledge and excellent customer service.They are an asset to your company.

NTB is the slowest tire shop I've ever experienced. I went to the greenville location to have a tire patched. This took several hours despite being the only customer around. Okay. Whatever. Not that big a deal. The next day, the tire went flat again. I returned to have them finish the job they failed to do correctly in the first place. This again took several hours. Almost 2 hours before they even looked at it. How ? On top of that, they couldn't fix it. So now im out 6 hours of time and $30. This is absolutely unacceptable. We, the people, really need to take a stand and put these awful companies out of business. I, for one, will NEVER step foot into another ntb again. Do you have balls ? Or will you allow these companies to walk all over you ?

I like this place. There are a couple of folks here that are really good at their jobs and enjoy what they do. They were able to point out a few issues that would have prevented my truck from getting an alignment - and also some safety concerns. The main bossman up there was willing to throw in an alignment due to the fact that he wanted me to prioritize fixing the wheel bearings budget wise because the alignment wouldn t hold without it. While it does suck to have to come out of pocket for additional repairs, it s usually the right thing to do and they were able to get the job done. Will definitely come back here with all the work on my vehicles that I can t do myself!

I called around where I live here in Greenville to check the price of tire rotation, balance and front end alignment. This place was higher than anyone else in town. And at one point I stopped to try and get some air put in my tires and ended up waiting around 10 minutes and no one even attempted to ask me what I needed or assist me in any way.

I really appreciate the customer service that was provided by Jeremy. My headlight bulbs in my Chrysler 200 needed to be changed and sun sets early this time of year. In this particular car it is really difficult to get to the caps of the headlights but Jeremy went above and beyond, and got me in and out super quick, and was so courteous. Thanks again.
