tl;dr: Trying to purchase a simple battery replacement from NAPA using in store pickup turned into an ordeal. If you're looking to do something similar, save yourself the trouble and just hit up O'Reilly's or Autozone. If I'd just done that, I would've saved myself time and heartache.Additionally, I also have reason to believe, although I cannot fully substantiate, that this store cancelled/and or denied my order and then was shockingly unaware when I came in to inquire about it. I'm led to believe this from reviewing the info I have and my conversation with customer service. I suspect that the motivation would be due to having to bear the cost of fulfilling the order at an online advertised promotional price. Frankly, if true, I wouldn't care if I was just told upfront and my time was respected.0/10 would rather trim my eyebrows with garden clippers than order from NAPA again.

The customer service is top notch. NAPA was able to get the brake pads I needed on the first visit. Thank you NAPA for making a difficult task a little easier.

Ordered struts for front end left and right side and had to wait for a reorder due to the incompetence of an employee ordering two driver sided, and made a 1 week wait become a 3 week wait.So double check any employee work due to the unreliability, thought I wouldn t have to do that for a simple and understandable task.

These guys were friendly, helpful, and quick! They didn't have everything I needed, so they called sister stores and checked around for me. Even though they ended up ordering my parts from another state, they did so quickly and efficiently with a pleasant attitude. I know some people think Napa is pricey, but you get the quality and service you pay for hands down. My spouse is a mechanic and he'll only use Napa, so I trust them to get things right.

Not the best experience I've had with a napa. Went in for some front shocks in my truck. The first set of the napa fleet shocks looked great on paper. However right out of the box one of the two was already trashed. It would collapse but wouldn't pop back out. I went to swap them out for a different set a few hours later. This time I wanted to check them before I left. Well the very first shock that was pulled from the box was literally dripping in oil. At that point i just asked for a refund. That was about the only good experience I had on this trip. They did a complete refund without any hesitation. The staff seemed to be friendly and knowledgeable. However the parts they were selling were definitely not quality parts. I dont think I'll ever go back.

Awesome customer service and quality parts! These guys know what they are doing. They always make sure to sell you the part that is right for the make and model of your car. Great job Rodge and crew!

Had to order part and pay shipping for it and when I went to pick up they had already sold. Ask for the manager and he just thought it was funny the whole time also would not refund my shipping price

Poor customer service from management. When a complaint was made i front of me tbey snickered and laughed. I am sure corporate would not b proud they lost 2 customers and it would the last place i tell anyone to goto
