The guys are super great. Was having a bad day, lost my nut key and had very little money. I couldn't change, afraid it might blow.They change my tire. Being away from home and very little money. They saved me and did it free. A single mom, it was blessing during a bad time.

Kind, quick, attentive, reasonable prices.I just went and got two new tires put on my truck today, after calling earlier to check if they had them in stock. They had two sets of new tires in stock at different price points, and said I can get a deal if I paid in cash. The prices were comparable to my local tire dealer and they were located closer to me, so I decided to give them a try.When I arrived, I was met by Rodolfo, who turned out to be a very kind and soft-spoken young man. He showed me the tires I asked about and after I selected the ones he told me to pull the truck in the bay and invited me and my child to wait in the lobby, which had several comfortable chairs and a large TV screen that shows you the inside of the garage. It was a comfortable waitThey spotted a small screw in the sidewall of one of my original tires. He said it would be about $45 to patch a side wall. When I checked with my local tire dealer, they re willing to do $10 plugs or patches, if it s some thing they can patch. When I told Rodolfo this, he said he d be willing to price match it.It took Rodolfo and his coworker less than 30 minutes to move my back tires forward and put two new tires on the back. His coworker was a young Caucasian man with a beard and mustache, that was also very kind but I didn t get his name.When it came time to pay, I paid with my debit card and I had misunderstood debit card as the same as cash. Rodolfo noted the misunderstanding, but left the ticket as it was. I felt so bad for the misunderstanding, but he just smiled said it would be fine. In addition, he decided since this was my first time there, there would be no charge for the sidewall patch at all,. He s a very generous guy, and he says the owner is also a very, very kind man. It definitely shows in their workmanship.They offered to drive my truck around, and even noted a rattling sound coming from my wheels of my truck, and they wanted to double check that they had not caused it to rattle. I reassured then that was a noise original to my truck wheels it had always made, and they complimented my truck and hoped that I return. I would have no problem giving them more business in the future.

This place is successful because of Rodolfo (Ryan). The owner should make him co-owner/partner. The way he takes care of customers is 1900s, when people really cared about customer service and taking care of the customer. He was understanding of my busy schedule and coming late to my appt but squeezed me in due to going out of town.As he was taking care of me an upset customer was complaining about the owner and apparently the owner s dishonesty and not being fully transparent with funds already rendered to the business without service coming full circle. Nonetheless, I hope they know that so far based off what I ve seen and experienced, Rodolfo is the glue here.The above is a review of customer service, as far as labor/service stay tuned, I ll update.

These guys go above and beyond for all our automotive needs, if you live in the area this is the only place that should service your vehicles. Rodolfo AW and Yassin are amazing at what they do from turning wrenches to customer service. Not once have we ever had an issue with their services, 10/10!!

I went here to get an oil change, tire rotation, change out a tire, and inspection done, and they re were super friendly! However, their inspection machine was down, they were out of the cheaper synthetic oil so they had to use the more expensive oil, the tire they gave me was flat after 15 hours, and when they rotated the tires they broke my hubcap and didn t offer to replace it but to offer a discount. It was $10. We probably won t be back but they were very friendly and helpful.

I've been going to this place for about a year now to get my oil changed and have always enjoyed the service provided. They are quick, friendly and fairly priced. I recently got my oil changed over the weekend and it was preformed by a newbie who unfortunately did something wrong. As I drove home & later went to the store my oil filter popped off of my car! I sent them an email with my frustration as it was on Sunday when this happened and they were closed. They offered to send someone to my home to fix the issue or if I had gone someplace else to correct it, they would reimburse me. I opted for them to come fix it. Shay was the one who came, he drove 20 mins (18ish miles) to my house to correct the issue. He was quick, extremely nice and very informative. He offered me plenty of tips and suggestions to help for future issues. He told me the next time I come in for an oil change to ask for him and he will make sure it gets done right. I think I will only ask for Shay for future oil changes. :)

Good pricing and customer service. Only complaint is there was just one person working the whole shop on a Tuesday morning with an average of 4 cars in the bay. Y all need to get more employees here..

Update: Owner called and promised to make things right and apologized.One month ago bought New tires, one tire valve stem went faulty and went flat wouldn t hold air. took the car in and they wanted me to buy a new tire again, saying they wouldn t replace it. A new tire should not have gone bad in a month of regular usage.They had me drive my car into the lot and left me standing, and asked me what should I do? Very NOT knowledgeable, about tires and cars. They didn t write down what we wanted done or even quote the prices.We decided to go somewhere else,They had already removed the donut tire and wanted to put the flat tire back on, I had to tell them to the donut back on, they asked you want the donut back on?

Went in today to have our brakes checked. We were met outside by the Mgr who was very pleasant. He and Rodolfo, a nice young man, checked the brakes and told us the front were quite worn with only 20% left and the rear 50%, but the rotors were fine.. My husband decided to have all 4 brakes replaced and they asked if he was sure. No trying to upsell to us or anything. Very honest and friendly. They even have a camera in the bay and you can sit in the lobby and watch everything. They even provided bottled water. We wouldn't hesitate to go back! Thank you!

Brakes went bad while traveling state to state. Came in on Saturday with no appointment and received prompt repair. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this shop.

I stop to get my tire fixed. I told them to patch the tire. After waiting a hour and watching from inside two out of three didn't know what hell they was doing. They couldn't get my tire off the rim so they patch the tire. Crossthread my lug and the tire was flat in three hours. Sorry customer service and will never go back.

It is a very good shop and the manager Rodolfo is very attentive and professional. They replaced my rotors and brake pads in 30 minutes, excellent quality and Low Price

Went in today needing a tire and a oil change. In and out in 30 minutes or less. Clean lobby and Excellent customer service. Because I give them all my business I did miss the owner's dad who always keep me occupied talking about his family. Thanks Low Price Tires & Auto for being so helpful.

Twice now, this business has been able to inspect my car quickly, with no appointment, and with an inspector always on site. Try that anywhere else in town! Friendly, professional, and fast service. These guys go the extra mile!

**Update** I can't say enough good about this shop. They go above and beyond anytime I have an issue with my car and they do way more than just tires and brakes. I'll never go anywhere else.The staff is amazing and really friendly. Had my frontend brakes replaced and the prices are the best around. All around great service. I'll definitely be coming back here.

Awesome team. The man working on my Jeep today was very knowledgeable. He let me know other things that needed to be done which was great to know! Great prices and friendly staff!! I definitely recommend this Shop! I ll be going back here for sure!!

They guys were great. I had to patch a tire and the guys took really good care of me. Met the owners dad and hung out and shot the breeze with me while they fixed the tire on the truck. They told me the patch was guaranteed 30 days and showed me how they do the patches there and I cannsee why they guarantee it. It's great work. They really know wlhow to treat their customers. Thank yall for everything.

I am way overdue posting this review, and I greatly apologize for that! The workers here are amazing and good people! I was rear ended in front of Low Price Tires and Auto on 6/8, and after the man who hit me stopped for just a short time he ended up driving away, so it was a hit and run. One of the workers, Charles Martinez, came up and checked on me - he was so kind! The owner (I don t know his name), gave me a copy of the video from the company camera of the accident, and we found the person who hit me. Charles, the owner, and the other worker that was there are all just amazing people! You re in good hands here! I ll be taking my car here now. Wonderful people that I was blessed to meet!

The new guys in town live up to their name!!! Something that people haven t done in 20+ years!! I came in for an oil change and as they were pulling it in they knew something was wrong!! My brake pads were metal to metal!!! The store manager was able to provide me with a mega discount that I can t say!! But truly as a young man who has a sports car and have always been taken advantage of by shops, these guys were truly genuine in their craftsmanship! I got in and out in less then an hour and I didn t break the bank! Go see these guys and mention their first responder discount!!!!

They helped me FAST! Went in for an inspection, they replaced a burnt out plate bulb and I had them rotate my tires. Did a great job, customer service was excellent, Charles was funny and personable. Great shop.
