Great place! Unfortunately, we've had to use their services a few times. They always make an unpleasant experience much better. Good quality work with a kind caring staff! They are all wonderful but I seem to converse with Kim more than others. She always goes above and beyond! You won't be disappointed with them!

This is my second time to use this company. Both times were perfect. Not one hitch. Reese kept me informed every step of the way. He was my go-to for every question about the process or the job itself. Kim was so smooth with any transitions I needed whether it was info or dealing with my rental. Both Reese and Kim are friendly assets for this company to have! Last, but not least my car is perfect, paint and repair made it look new!

Got an 80% detailed job on our truck, could see where the body repairs were done on the bed of the truck since it was just patched due to back ordered parts. Different sized tires were put on the without explanation that it was a different size and new tires for the other wheels would be needed so now were having to pay way more out of pocket to get those things fixed properly. Little details inside the truck that were replaced weren't properly finished so it looks off and is missing finishing touches inside truck. For almost 30k spent would have hoped it would look like it had never been hit.

What a great team at Joe Hudson of Greenville, TX. I was very well taken of, from the greeting of the front desk lady to Alex Gonzales the estimator. Alex always kept me updated with repairs and was very helpful when I had a question. The body work guys and everyone else in the shop did an amazing job. The best part in was completed in 8 days! Thanks again.

I am in the auto industry. I know how hard it is to keep up with every step. But Joe Hudson has shown me up. Steller customer service!! They texted every step of the way!!! And best part of all We will just say I do not keep a tidy car I am ashamed to say that my car was so dirty!!! But when I picked up my car today they had detailed the inside of my car !!!!! THANK YOU!!!

Absolutely incredible professional service. Every person I had the pleasure of meeting treated me with the utmost respect and genuinely cared about my car accident. They made my baby look new again. And it was in such a timely manner!!! Thanks again, y'all!! They also have the sweetest ladies

The ol' truck was starting to look rough after multiple incidents, hail, suicidal deer, ect, ect. My insurance recommended Joe Hudson and after reading some reviews felt good about the decision to let them fix it. The process was easy. They took care of everything and kept me updated the whole time. They got the repairs finished ahead of schedule and the truck looked new again when I picked it up. Reece went out of his way to make this process painless.

I was in a wreck just before Thanksgiving, and was able to get my van into here December 14. Got it back January 7. I have to say, my experience with this company was outstandingly great. One criticism, they forgot to reinstall wipers and tighten the antenna. It's all good, I missed it as well. Thankfully it was caught by inspection for state registration before rain.

From someone who deals with multiple collision repairs for work, I was blown away at the great service Joe Hudson's and Tehara provided me personally. Someone rear ended me and I needed to get my car repaired. I turned it in on a Tuesday and one week later I picked it up! In today's time of back ordered parts this is a remarkable time frame. Thank you Tehara and Joe Hudson for a great experience!!

I would like to say first and foremost this place does do great work. They were super informative while the car was there. Where my problem lies with Joe Hudson of Greenville is the after communication. We took my wife's car to Joe Hudson in Greenville to have repairs made. Great work was done but maybe a faulty headlight was used. Joe Hudson had told us take it to a dealership about an hour away to get it diagnosed by professionals. We were fine with that but where my problem is we have called several times to get updates about the car with both Joe Hudson and the dealership. Joe Hudson says the phone calls will be returned but never are. I understand if you get busy and thats fine i get that but return the phone call the next morning proply. The dealership has had the same problem we are having it is very frustrating to not have answers for days due to poor communication. It feels like since the car is not in Greenville it's a out of site out of mind type situation. We our currently out of a car over a week and on top of that we now have a balance due a diagnostic ran at a dealership thanks to poor communication on the part of Joe Hudson of Greenville.

3 days after my husband got home from Iraq, someone drove through our yard & pushed my Jeep Into my husband s truck.. we got hit In Fort Hood, my husband got his truck fixed in fort hood but i brought my vehicle back up to Greenville because I was still living up here due to work. The repair was very disappointing, it took close to 3 weeks to get my Jeep back to me, the paint job was sloppy. I have paint drips on my tail light & part of the body that I can t seem to get off no matter what I try. Due to one side being hit and the other side being smashed up against my husband s truck, they only fixed the side that was hit, & accused me of lying about the remaining scratches on the driver side.. My vehicle was pretty new at the time. In the pictures you see how my Jeep was right on the truck. I had to scratch up the side in order to move my vehicle, and I showed them the pictures. Being accused of lying about my scratches on that side was pretty degrading.. they said because all the damage was on one side that s all they did. My Jeep also now makes a humming noise when I go over 35MPH. Never used to happen before. Go to a different collision center if you can.

I took my car to this establishment after finding out about them through my insurance. The receptionist was nice and very helpful with me checking in. The other two people I spoke with were more than happy to help me with my car. They received my car and they kept me updated with the process of everything, even when they had to order parts and wait for them to come in. I was also called and told my car was ready for pickup and my car was even washed and vacuumed out for me. I ve had my car for about a week now and it looks like my car was never hit and the painting they had to do matches perfectly. I ve added photos to show before and after. Friendly staff, left my white paint stained and part of my trim (nowhere near where problem was!) hanging off and permanently (i assume) messed up. I don't have the best looking car but its still my car and should have been treated better.

I was rear-ended and my beloved little Prius Christine sustained serious damage. The crash bar was bent in and her trunk wouldn't close. She had dents and some pieces were loose in the back. Obviously, I know little about cars but did learn a few things from the helpful team at Joe Hudson's.My friend who has lived here in Greenville all her life referred me to Joe Hudson's. Because the driver who hit me was liable, I didn't have to pay. Enterprise brought my rental car to Joe Hudson's and I left Christine in their capable and skilled hands.The repairs didn't take as long as I feared--only 2 weeks. They had to order parts. When I picked her up she looked great! She's been completely restored to her pre-crash condition. The whole job was completed with minimum of time and stress and I'm very happy with their work.Car accidents are scary and stressful. If your auto has been injured and you bring her to Joe Hudson's Collision Center you can count on their skilled team to do the best work with the least stress and time for you. Also, the cost was very reasonable and a lot less than I thought it would be.Service: Body & Trim

Extremely professional and courteous staff. My car looks fantastic after the repairs done. They kept us up to date throughout the process and answered my questions about the repairs and timeline. I'd definitely recommend them if you need collision repair with your vehicle!!!

From start walking in for estimate they were ready and friendly. Then scheduled me in the next week helped to arrange rental. Rental picked me up there. They were in constant communication thru entire job giving me status of where my vehicle was at that time. Then it was detailed, a plus. Picked it up, not much wait time at all and they walked me explained the work and offered their warranty. Then I got a follow up call to see if all was well. Would use them again and recommend to anyone.

We are very appreciative for the service at Joe Hudson's Collision Center. The skid plate on our car began dragging halfway through our 12 hour road trip. By the time the tow company reached us, almost every auto repair shop within 50 miles was closing and would be closed all weekend. We had no idea what we were going to do until we found this place. Not only were they able to remove our skid plate within 10 minutes of us arriving, but they did not charge us anything. We were able to get back on the road and make the family wedding after all. Great service and convenient hours. Thanks again!

Amazing work! Professional organization and reasonable estimates. I had a very difficult bodyline ding on my car repaired here. Many other shops wouldn't even touch it, saying that it wasn't worth their time. Now you can't even see it! My car was returned to me detailed as a bonus. This is the kind of place you hope that you never have to go to, but when you do know that they'll take good care of you.

My wife, and I stopped in to get a estimate on my wife's 2021 Hyundai Venue that got a 3" scratch on the passenger back side. She was really upset about the scratch, because she loves her new Venue that is spotless, and now it wasn't. Marilyn, and John inspected the scratch, and asked us if we had a few minutes, that they would take care of it right then. I was like "NO WAY", what business takes care of you right away even if your issue is so little, when they are busy with lots of vehicles. Well, they did, and the scratch was GONE! I haven't had service like this in forever. This is my second time using them, and I will return if ever needed in the future. I highly recommend them, and my wife is now HAPPY!!!! Thank You Marilyn, and John at Joe Hudson Collison for your GREAT Customer Service! It was definitely APPRECIATED! Want to also thank the gentleman that fixed the scratch, and the employee at the front desk which I'm sorry that i forgot her name after being shocked by such above & beyond service, was very nice. I wish I had a before pic of the horrible scratch, but here is the after pic of the No scratch mirror like perfect finish. THANKS!

Overall I had a great experience with them! There was a lot of confusion when I would call and check on my vehicle. I was given and estimated day and it was 2 days after that date, but minus that everyone was very nice to me! Don was great!! Thanks

Fantastic service, excellent job repairing my truck! Dropped it off on a Tuesday morning, got a call by 3:00 the next day saying it was ready! Figured it d be a week for sure. They even washed it too which was a very nice and unexpected touch. Was also able to just leave my Enterprise rental with them and they took care of getting it returned.Kept me up to date on repair status each step of the way. Hope to never need body work done on any vehicles again, but if I do, Joe Hudson Greenville will be the only place I go. Thanks!
