My friends car has been there one full month. Every day they say it ll be ready tomorrow. Then they ll say they had to order a part. It s not even my car but I m thoroughly disgusted. Glad I use Jenkins Garage next door where there are no surprises.

We left our vehicle at Jerry's in July of 2022. We were told it needed a new transmission. He said our vehicle wasn't worth a new transmission so he started looking for a rebuilt one. Finally in November of 2022 he said he found one for $1500.00, so we gave him the money, and are still waiting for our car in Feb 2024. He told us he stored it out back and rats destroyed the wiring. It's been sitting in the same spot since at least June 2023. He promised to pay to get it fixed,but he never does anything he promises. Just puts us off. We have used him for years and he's changed so much, so sorry he's become so untrustworthy.

Very disappointed in Jerry's Garage. Took a car in to have a new motor put in around the middle of October 2022, after Jerry said it would not be a problem. Paid for the motor up front so Jerry would not have to float the money for the motor, not thinking he would ignore the car for a year. Would call about the car, and would always get the answer, "it will be ready next week". Almost a year later, the car is still sitting in Jerry's garage, motor not installed, sitting in front of the car, tools and dust on top of the car. Even after going up to the garage to speak with Jerry in person almost weekly, I would get the same answer--"I'll have it ready next week". It is now October 2023, the car is still not ready, and still not getting anything other than "we are working on it". I have never encountered such disregard for work ethic and professionalism. There is no excuse to have someone's vehicle for a year without an attempt to work on it. I do not normally write a review for a business unless it is a good one, but I am definitely making an exception today. Enough is enough, but what can you do? I am at a loss. Unable to get the car, paid for the motor up front, and 1 year later still without a vehicle. Unacceptable! I would not recommend Jerry's Garage to anyone!

I have a v10 94 dodge with a 8 inch lift 2 inch body lift and 37s, it s hard to keep up maintenance and is difficult to work on but Jerry handled the job awesome and was able to get my truck perfectly restored. I will continue to take my vehicles here. He is great with pricing and does an amazing job. We were traveling East from Ft Worth when our engine started missing and after pulling on to Wesley it died. Would not start. We were almost in Joe Gibson s parking lot & they would not help. They did give us the number of 2 places.Thank goodness The nice man at Jerry s Garage said let it rest and when it starts come on.We didn t get his name but we know Jerry was at lunch. *BEWARE* With so many other places in town to take a vehicle , don't say you haven't been warned. Owner will not back up his mechanics work and stay true to warranties. My transmission was replaced and continues to leak,(within the same week as pickup)4 wheel drive was not reconnected properly and no longer works, skid plates were removed and not replaced upon pick up. owner continually set dates and appointments to fix that he did not make good on. This was my only vehicle and sat there over two months.

Been doing business with Jerry for 15 years. He was recommended to me by a personal friend and crackerjack mechanic upon his retirement. Jerry's put a low-mileage motor assembly in my Wrangler, replaced the stuck fuel injectors in my 05 Ram Cummins, separated all the rusted wheel bearings, AC compressor bolts, rusted steering components and suspension components from the frame of my son's Toyota Tacoma, all trouble free repairs once he got done with the struggle of it. Sometimes, you just have to leave those extra hard repairs with him and let him work on them until they start cooperating, but it'llbe worth the wait. This is face-to-face, business by a handshake, the old fashioned way it used to be. If something isn't like you want it, bring it back by, and he'll get it like you do.

Jerry seems like a nice guy, but Don't fooled. He is the mechanic that gives mechanics a bad name. He rebuilt my motor in January 2017 (he gives a 2 year wasantee on the motor) well easter weekend it started makeing an awful noise (doesn't matter the sound) so I got him to tow it to his shop. A couple days later he said it was a circuit board that was going to cost 400 dollars and take 3 months plus to come in. I was pissed so I got another mechanic, one I Trust an hour away to get the truck. He opened it up and said the circuit board is fine, the lifters were stuck the ones that jerry replaced, and Jerry wanted to charge me even tho it was his work that was faulty. Guys trust me don't use him.

So far so good! Used this place 2 times bith times prices were great and car was fixed in a timely manner! Theyre better than the mechanic we've used for years

please disregard my other review i don't know how to take it off.Just got my truck back today. I love the work he did on my truck. I highly recommend Jerry's Garage for any repairs you may need.

Well, this is a horrible mechanic shop. He kept my son car for 3 to four years and never fixed it. He kept saying he was working on it , but wasn't the he kept saying he had workers that was out. We had to finally move it from there

My truck was parked in there lot for a month before they got to work on it finally getting it back in i questioned the exhaust not being bolted back up all the way then was told I had no clue what I was talking about then decided to take it to another shop to figure out that not only the exhaust was not bolted back up correctly nor was the drive shaft it was missing 3 bolts out of 4 leaven the one only hand tight very unprofessional shop don't recommend anyone useing them I can't stand a mechanic to do a half ass job and putting someones life at danger
