Where do I start? My starter went out on my 2022 Hyundai Palisade. Upon arrival they tested the battery with no smile or kind demeanor and told me I needed to get a new battery. I got a new battery, and the same problem persisted so I left the car in their care. The next day the front desk representative Shana who's actually very pleasant told me it was my starter and the cost would be $882.00. I was in shock because I have not had the car 2 years. Because of excessive miles my car was out of the warranty window of 60k miles. I contacted corporate to see if there was something they could do because my miles were over because my daughter was in the hospital 30 days and had appointments 3 months consecutively and I had to drive frequently to see and take her to the appointments which is over an hour away one way. Customer care explained to them my situation and they could have assisted in a "Good Will Repair" but they did not. Not because they couldn't, they just didn't want too. I believe in kindness, and my situation was a little different. I decided to take the car to Clay Cooley in Rockwall and their kindness was unmatched and they helped me through this situation and as a result I was able to receive 95% off my service (Good Will Repair) I will never again go back to Greenville Hyundai because it's truly not about the customer. It would've have taken them a moment to submit a form, but they didn't want too. That's ok because Clay Cooley Rockwall was great!!
