I purchased my used vehicle exactly a month ago. Since then my car has been serviced twice, everytime I ve reached out for help there s nothing they can do. My car is not a Hyundai model, however, you d think they d do everything possible to assist you with the car issues since it was purchased at their dealership, and because I ve experienced issues so soon. NOT the case! This has been the biggest mistake I ve ever made! I will NEVER purchase from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Don't buy a car from this dealership. They don't listen. I called and told a salesperson the exact stock number vehicle that I was ready to purchase today. I asked them to send me an email with the quotes so I knew what my cash price would be. Instead of sending me my quote, a sales manager called me back and asked how my day was going and to chit chat. I asked if he was going to email me, and he said he was more interested in talking to me. Then he hung up on me.

Greenville Hyundai provided me with impeccable service on Hyundai, Palisade!I will gladly refer them to anyone shopping for a vehicle. The young lady who assisted me when I brought it in for my oil change was so courteous and knowledgeable. She even told me about things over the phone that I didn t even know about my new car I look forward to the next time, I bring my car in for maintenance because I know one of my prize possessions will be taken care of skillfully! Thank you!

Let me start off by saying that Alvin was great to work with. He was so helpful after a stressful day. But other than Alvin, the experience of purchasing a vehicle here is so bad. If you're wanting to spend your whole day at the dealership, this is the place for you! We arrived around 1:00PM, expecting to be gone by 4:00PM at the latest. We were there until 6:30PM, right before they closed. My boyfriend had told them that we were coming from El Paso, Texas (9 hours away!), to buy a truck, and they didn't even have it ready when we got there. We were constantly waiting all day. Waiting for them to pull the truck around for a test drive, waiting to hear from the loan companies, and waiting for the inspection person to show up to check out the truck before we left with it.The inspection person didn't even do a proper job, because as soon as we pulled out of the lot the truck started shaking when we hit 75mph. We were planning on driving back home to El Paso that night, but realized that doing so would be way to dangerous. The dealership was closed until Monday, so we made an appointment at a third party auto shop for Sunday morning. Turns out there was separation on the front two tires, which is something the dealership should have caught! Now they're not even reimbursing my boyfriend for the new tires because they said that we should have come to the dealership if we wanted the new tires to be covered. But by the time we left the dealership it was closing, and they're closed on Sundays. We couldn't wait until Monday to leave, because we had to get back to work.Gary, our salesman, was nice, but he was unprofessional. He was chewing tobacco/dipping while talking to us, and he kept calling my boyfriend "babe." Also, he claimed to have written a five star review for the dealership on my boyfriend's behalf. Our experience was nothing close to five stars.Overall, I would not go to this dealership again. Buying a vehicle is stressful enough, so you would expect for there to be at least some element of customer service. But at Greenville Hyundai, there was close to none.

Here s my experience with this dealership and the response I got from the General Manager when I told him about it.On January 26 Ryan Spradlin started texting me regarding the Santa Cruz. I mentioned to him that I had concerns about the negative reviews this dealership has received as well as whether this vehicle would fit in my garage. He basically chalked up the reviews to disgruntled customers and after discussing the dimensions of my garage further stated that, based on his math, it should fit . At no point did he mention that I could have the vehicle brought to my residence for a test drive, which I later found out from your website. I had mentioned on January 27 that I would be bringing my own financing. I asked if the dealer discount was available if you brought your own financing. I didn t get a response until January 30 when he said, We need to sell new cars, so we are not going to miss business. When do you think you can come in? . At no point did he acknowledge the delay in responding or actually answer my question. The same day he started texting me, someone by the name of Kate starting texting. Since Ryan had not responded to my last question I had been corresponding with Kate. I asked her about the test drive and relayed my concerns regarding my garage to her as well. We set up a test drive for February 3 at 10:00. I asked her if the dealer discount was available if you brought your own financing and she said she would find out and get back to me. I ended up canceling my appointment February 2 and I still hadn t gotten an answer to my question. I rescheduled my test drive with Kate and asked her an additional question. I asked if the stock number I was looking into was still available. She said, I'll need to check with my sales manager for the most current information on stock number RH104897. I'll get back to you as soon as possible with an update. Thank you for your patience! Days later, still no answer. I texted her again and got the same answer. They were obviously giving me the runaround. I m sure they hope people will test drive a vehicle, fall in love with it, and not pay attention to the numbers, but I m not that customer. My son used to sell cars, so I know how this game works. This dealership may have better prices than their competitors, but I ll take good customer service and honesty over price any day.Response from the GM:Good Morning, Sorry to hear about this experience. If there is anything I can do to help please let me know. I will get with Ryan about this situation and make sure this is not a reoccurring issueMichael HernandezGeneral ManagerGreenville Hyundai

My review of this place was somehow taken down. I guess it was too bad they had it removed because I had too much evidence posted how dirty I was done.So I ll keep it short simple and not sweet.Do not buy from this place!!!! Half of what these others have posted is what I dealt with They lie, hide stuff that s wrong with the car and are just an awful car lot.

Absolutely a living hell. Had a recall on our car and took it there only to have over 4 lights come on in it the next time we took it out to drive. They SNIPPED our antilock brakes system and said it was rats This was a CLEAN cut straight through and we live in a developing neighborhood where there have been no signs of rats it has this 2021 brand new Palisade ever given us any issues. We always take it to the local guys to get the regular service, but since this was a recall we had to take it here. We should ve just lived with the recall and kept driving it because now these guys are gonna hear from not only us, but the world too.

Horrible service post sale. I have called and left messages due to an error the dealership made on my tax, title and license. I ve called no less than 15x and spoken with managers, sales people and finance people. They promise resolution and never follow through. Once they closed the sale, they refuse to help. Check out the other reviews on here and you ll see the same.

STOLEN DEPOSIT MONEY!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. They have taken $1000 Deposit for a car that was not purchased and refuse to refund. Alvin in Finance is unable to be reached, Mike in management is unable to be reached. Beware of this store they will try to take your money.

I ll start by saying that the first time I came to them they were friendly and efficient. That was about a year ago. This last week I made an appt online on Monday. They kept sending me text reminders everyday, ok. Then Thursday, the day before I'm arriving at 7:30am, I get a voicemail from service dept Shaina. I work until 5pm, they close 5pm. I listened to voicemail and it s a reminder but she thought I was dropping my car off, which I m not because I don t have other options for transportation to work and I start my week on Sunday, and I m not really worried that it s just a mistake on her part. Now I stated on the appt setting page that I would be waiting for my car. Greenville is an hour away for me and getting up at 5am so I can be there on time isn t optimal but I did it. Pull up at 7:15am and get stuff ready for what I figure might be a long day. This Shaina comes out and takes my name and then precedes to ask if I m ok dropping my car off! What?! No, I m waiting for my car (figured she just didn t get her facts right obviously) but no she says she had 2 cars dropped off the day before and that they are ahead of me. Now I m to understand she s telling me that even though I made this appt 5 days ago, that 2 cars that came in a day before me haven t be seen. Then she says they might not see it until Monday. Now I m upset! I don t have the convenience to have another car or person who doesn t work too to haul me to work because my car is there. But to think on this, why would you have an open appt time to see my car if you can t see my car at that time!? And, if you couldn t then why wouldn t you review your online appts to see if it requires a call to explain you can t! Which I find ridiculous but that s good customer service. I told this lady that I had to go back to work on Sunday and she made this a wasted trip which cost me time and gas and an issue that is still there. She was like I called you yesterday Oh yeah, I WORK that s not enough time for anything. Did I mention she called in the afternoon! Also, when she sent the email saying appt is cancelled ( at noon obviously way after original appt) which had 3 links to reschedule, review car info, and her email. Every one of those links were dead ends. Now I don t think that was coincidence but whatever. I WILL NEVER GO TO GREENVILLE HYUNDAI AGAIN! Depending on another Hyundai dealer that can do the work will depend on whether I ever buy Hyundai again.

My mom and I went to buy her a new Palisade. We looked at the vehicle and decided to start talking numbers. Lewis presented the pricing sheet with a Greenville Hyundai Protection Package priced at $8,999 so I asked why it costed so much. He explained that the tire/windshield protection was included in it as well as the market adjustment price. I asked how much the tire/windshield protection was and he said $798 which is double what the pricing sheet showed the tire/wheel protection. The blatant lack of transparency and trying to justify a $9k market adjustment by telling customers that it includes things already built into the pricing sheet/window sticker is unacceptable. A market adjustment is fine in the current state of our market but be honest about it. We would ve bought the vehicle with the $9k market adjustment if the salesman would ve been honest at the beginning. Lewis was very shady about what the additional $9k was for and I would recommend steering clear of this dealer. This dealership was trying to screw over a customer. Go to Rockwall if you re looking at Hyundai vehicles. Be transparent!!

The customer service is good, I'll give them that but when they don't want to something like a rod bearing replacement which is easily less that $1000 to do and ONLY do full engine swaps for $12,000, that bull. Huffines Hyundai in McKinney said they would. Go see Josh over there and you'll not be let down. Josh helped me out a lot.

Recant previous review. Tried taking car in for engine light. Scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Guy on phone said they would try to do it on Saturday. Whe I arrived they wouldn't do it, said no one would have told me they could. Well they did. They straight up lied to me and I drove 2 hours for nothing. Will be moving to another shop. So sad, they used to be a good shop.

I was looking for a specific brand to buy and even though they didn't have it on the lot, Jane Rice didn't hesitate to search inventory at other dealerships to find the perfect car for me! Thank you Jane for making it so easy to buy a car while past experiences with other dealerships have always been a hassle. Go see Jane! She won't let you down!

The finance manager at this location is a crook he tried to jack the price of a vehicle up from the listed price of 21,000 to 25,000 because we had our own financing, we would not allow him to send our credit app all over the place to avoid an excessive amount of inquiries. The guy is a blatant crook, and I wouldn't take my dog to this place, if I owned one. Stay away from this place there are other dealerships that operate with integrity this is not one of them.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this car dealer. They manipulated prices, leading me to drive for an hour to the showroom on two separate days. Throughout the process, they changed the car price multiple times and even went so far as to force me to take a loan only from them. This kind of dishonesty and manipulation is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this dealer at all costs.

I bought my mother a brand new 2022 santa fe calligraphy and Randy Husband made the process extremely simple. He even brought the suv to me! The Santa Fe Calligraphy is selling thousands above sticker at the moment at nearly every dealer I looked at, but Randy not only didn t raise the price, I got it nearly 2k under sticker. Very happy customer.

I have bought multiple cars here and unfortunately it gets worse and worse. They lie and mislead you by trying to tell you it is required to get their warranties. After spending all day there they still don't have what they need. I think the problem here is jist with the parent company as they own multiple dealerships in Greenville and all of them are horrible. I do not recommend anyone buys a vehicle from this dealership or the other ones they own.

Buyer beware - I called and asked for a price of a vehicle that was on the lot and was given one price. After driving over an hour and a half, they presented me an offer that had a $8,999 additional mark up. Bait and switch just to get potential customers in the door. Very poor business practice and would not recommend visiting.

They sold my wife and I a used vehicle. Not even two days after we got it home, the car stereo and backup camera stopped working. No one could tell me if the extended warranty we purchased with it would cover this, and kept pushing to bring it in and pay a diagnostic fee. I ended up taking it to a dealership in Rockwall that would honor the original manufacturer warranty. It d also be nice if they honored the business hours on their website or just update them.

Gary was very accommodating! He was extremely helpful in letting us test drive all 3 models of vehicles we were considering, even though we were considering other dealerships. He saved us time and ultimately money by doing so. I would definitely recommend Hyundai of Greenville, specifically Gary for your next vehicle purchase!

I have literally tried to buy a car and get some information from this dealership, I have called, texted, and left voicemails with JoJo and there has been absolutely no follow up. Its sad, I would recommend going anywhere else but here.
