Nice friendly professional staff. Comfortable atmosphere. Ran into some challenges, but Julian Seiler, our sales rep (with the help of Ryan in finances) worked hard to overcome them and find a solution.

My husband went to buy his 1st car that was not one of hand me downs. He met with salesman Emitt while there. He looked at several cars, of which both Emitt and I wanted him to pick. End the end he got his dream car he always wanted. In the end the customer is always right. Emitt, we will be back for other cars!

My husband came into Greenville Chrysler and had his credit ran multiple times... He's received almost 20 letters from his credit company... They send one letter per hit to his credit... After realizing they we're trying to get over on us with an outrageous contract agreement we walked out... We got a crazy amount of calls from them the rest of the day after realizing they lost a customer and were not going to get their commission... We were so excited after spending all day online to find the perfect vehicle only to be let down by the entire experience... Just a warning to the people who work hard to repair their credit... They will run it enough to lower your score and lock you tho a crazy deal.

Horrible. The GM was so unprofessional. We were told to never come back. Only due to a misunderstanding of what we were thinking what was included in the sale.. NO WORRIES there are multiple dealers to buy a used truck..
