Very pleased w the body work on my pu! My contact person there was totally professional and kept me informed of the work and provided an accurate estimate on when they d be finished. Upon completion when I arrived at the repair shop my pickup looked like new!

TLDR: Gibson Automative is absolutely amazing and a special shout out to Brent for being awesome.My fiance was hit by a drunk driver on a bridge and the three pictures show just some of the damage. We had to fight their insurance for months to get it covered but I was instantly happy to see Gibson on the list for approved shops. I know we could have taken it anywhere but I have watched this company for years become more successful and grow in the city of Greenville. I had never used them though so was still frustrated after the two months of dealing with horrible customer service from the insurance. I could not have been more wrong in being apprehensive. From the first interaction inside the shop to signing the papers for a completed repair the experience was phenomenal. Every person was kind, empathic and enthusiastic during this difficult time. They were extremely communicative during the process so we always knew what was going on with our car. Not only with automated text updates but personal calls from Brent, the person coordinating our repairs. He made sure I understood the entire process with transparent expectations. Brent even helped me get to our rental car when enterprise couldn't. At the end when the dealership wanted to extend our repair another 10 days for codes they found an alternative that got us done the very next day. Without a doubt the amazing customer service we received from Gibson and the quality work done has helped us deal with the stress in every other aspect of this ordeal. The fourth picture posted shows just how incredible they did. Our Jeep looks brand new again.

In 2016 my car was damaged in a rear-ender and it was repaired by Gibson Automotive. In 2023 some of the damage re-appeared and I took it back to Gibson Automotive. They graciously offered to fix it for free! The person handling the repair kept me informed of the progress and what they were doing. The results were beyond my expectations. I am so grateful to Gibson Automotive!

Was referred to this place as i was new to the area and my vehicle was hit and needed some repair work done. Original time frame was 3 days to have my vehicle fixed. There was no communication from the shop as the vehicle was not done in three days. Attempted many times via voicemails and emails to get updates, after 3 days my fianc� also called, and again, no returned calls. We had to show up in person to get an answer. Finally, once I was contacted to come and pick up the vehicle, one of the " new parts" had a scratch on it that they didn't even notice prior to myself arriving and looking over the vehicle. My vehicle was reassembled with the scratched parts and I waited another 3 weeks to get the new parts in to finish the job. I am fully aware there are strikes that happen to cause delays, but as a customer i do expect updates if things are not going as planned. This shop was a disappointment from start to finish. What was supposed to be 3 days was nearly 2 months. If i could go back, i would choose to take my vehicle somewhere else for better communication and customer service. All it takes is some simple communication as to why things were happening as they were creating delays and customers would be happy.

My truck is 22 yrs old they couldnt get parts to fix the roof so insurance just totaled it out. I can say gibsons did well in communicating with me trying to figure if they could do the work.

Best experience from a body shop. They helped us through the whole process starting with the rental vehicle. Had our repair done in half the time. The last time our car looked this nice it was coming off the show room floor. Very professional and courteous staff, kept us well informed during the repair. Best place for repairs in the Greenville/Dallas area! All staff was nice and kept me informed throughout the process. It was my first time having a vehicle repaired so at times I felt my questions were silly, but Gibsons answered them all in a friendly and professional manner. My car looked as good as new when I picked it up! I will never use anyone else should I need vehicle repair in the future. Thank you Gibson Automotive!

I had some work done, but when I got my car back there was scratches all over my roof. Now the work to be done was the front bumper, hood, and both fenders. So why was my roof scratched up? Hummm well when I pointed the scratches out they said nothing can be done. I have proof that there was no scratches when I brought it in, and yet they still denied that it was their fault.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The team at Gibson's were fabulous. Drew kept me informed on everything. You wouldn't even know that a tree branch did any damage. My car now looks like it did, when I bought it new.I would highly recommend them to any and everyone. If I need service again, I will most definitely use them again.

They did a great job from start to finish. From having the car towed where it was stranded while I went on to work to finishing a week earlier that promised. Chuck was great about updating me every set of the way. I was referred to Gibson s after being disappointed with past experiences taking my vehicle to the dealership for bodywork. Felt welcomed as a respected customer from the first call to the shop, and by the time I got my truck back before estimated time of completion felt like a part of the family. I took my car to get repairs and my car was running fine and a/c was working good. Two months later they turned my car in without test driving it before giving me the Keys. My car didn't even make it off the lot and was stuck outside with my sons waiting for them to check the problem. Then they said they would take care of it and took it to a dealership for a month and they couldn't figure out the problem. I got tired and told them to forget it and towed it to another mechanic and had to pay for repairs on why my car isn't running. A/c still isnt working and I voiced it to them that I had a 6 year old and a 4 year old and I couldn't be driving around with no a/c with 100+ degrees. They said they would do something and never did. They didn't care at all. Worst experience I have ever had. Will never recommend them. Brent executed PHENOMENAL service. Was told it may take a month depending on parts, and I was back in my truck in 7 days! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RAMON FROM GIBSON AUTOMOTIVE. After being involved in a long, drawn out liability battle from a Drunk Driver hitting me and my daughter; RAMON was always going above and beyond to make sure the DWI Driver s Insurance company paid out correctly for my damages. He always greeted me with a smile and even called me by my name and told me he was wondering how I was (due to the long liability process; it took a month for me to come back in). He got my vehicle in super fast to repair it and I could not be happier with my experience here and with Ramon. Highly, highly, highly recommend this shop.!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
