These dude's know there stuff! I have an F250 diesel coolant leak, and we all know how hard it is to work on diesel engines they made it look simple. Reasonable priced ......these guys know their stuff. 10 Star in my book

Truthfully, and I know a lot of disgruntled people say this line, if I could give negative stars I would. We came in for very routine things; an oil change, tire rotation, and to change the front breaks. We got a call, said and your employee told us that y'all had broken a fold but it wasn't your fault because the people who had worked on it before had put it on wrong. We informed that employee that Garcia Automotive was the last to touch our breaks or tires, and after he checked all he had to say was "oh." Professional, right? So the job that should've taken a couple of hours was now going to take over a day because you had to order the part. Lovely. Not only do I have to walk home from work the next day, I had to leave early because you couldn't give us an accurate time to come pick it up. We had to call y'all for an update. Now, we go to pick up our car only to be told that "it was broken when we brought it in", meaning that we had to pay for it and for the labor. So, who there at Garcia Automotive is a liar? The person who told us that you broke it trying to get it off or the person saying it was broken when we brought it in. They say their goal is to offer affordable automotive car preformed by highly trained technicians. They should work on that more because they are NOT highly trained. They've also almost stripped one of my lug nuts. So thanks. I will be filing with The Better Business Bureau as well.Services: Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

I took my truck in to get checked out after it was having major electrical issues following a severe thunderstorm (it was probably struck). They touched base with me consistently throughout the whole ordeal. My truck ended up being totalled out by the insurance company. They helped me clean it out, and even helped recover all my CDs from the CD player. Stand up guys! Highly recommend them if you are having vehicle trouble!

Took my truck in got a quote on a couple of things which were parts that were just replaced a month or 2 ago. They said they would replace them and just charge labor due to the fact that the parts weren t old i even took the receipts in. Few days later they call it s ready so i go to pick it up and they hand me my bill with my receipts stapled to it. Sure enough they lied i was being charged for the parts even tho my recipes were literally showing proof of date when bought. Ridiculous cause they said they wouldn t charge me besides the labor, but they did. They said they couldn t do anything about it or even find the old parts that they took off. They are lairs and over priced!!! Will never go back!!!Service: Auto maintenance

To all that read this, I m a Mobile Repair Service company ProFleet Services LLC. , to get to the hood story & what I went threw, my 2019 Ford F-250 4x4 6.7L was having a electrical problem, I ve been working on Cars, Trucks , all all big truck for over 30yrs & truck was just out of the Basic warranty, having a problem & was not able to find the issue so I called the next best thing to what was needed to get my truck fixed & fixed right . Called Garcias automotive., he looked at it & found the issue in 1 day & show d me what it was & made sure it was fixed , again Thank You to Garcias automotive, my truck was fixed & costs less then I even thought it would , amen to Eric you the manService: Electrical

I am from Kentucky and I was hunting in the area when my truck broke down and left me stranded and I couldn t diagnose the trucks issue without the proper equipment. I went to Garcia Automotive and they had the right equipment to diagnose my issue and get me back on the road. They went above and beyond to help me and I am very grateful for them! Probably the most professional, honest, and trustworthy shop that I have EVER been too period! When you leave most shops you will leave there upset and feeling like somebody taken advantage of you. Not here! They treated me like they had known me for years and like a friend. Again, very pleased! I liked it here so much I may just stop and visit next time I am in Texas! Went in on a Friday to inquire about some general maintenance I needed on my truck. I was told bring it in on Tuesday (as Monday was a holiday) as they were not busy as they typically are and could get me in. I bring my truck in Tuesday and never receive a call all week. A week later on Friday my truck was still not pulled into the bay to look at it. Decided to pickup my truck and go elsewhere. Lack of any communication and a waste of time. Don't tell people you have availability when it's clearly not the case.

I ve taken my 2009 Ford F-250 6.4L in for a couple different things and an upgrade. Every time I ve received outstanding service and excellent quality work from Garcia Automotive. I highly recommend them and their crew. Office staff is always friendly and willing to help. Great people and I ll continue to bring my truck here when I need repairs.

Had a no start hot. leaking seal. They replaced it and few other things. Truck was running great now shes back up there for something different. Wasn t leaking any oil afterwards thats good. We will see how this job goes.Update !!!!! Well lets say not happy. Had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed properly was something in my fuel tank clogging it up because the screen broke. Tried to tell them but nobody would listen. They cost me $600 for nothing it wasn t the batteries they replaced with out asking first & it wasn t the fuel pump they said that it was, 200 dollars i changed myself. Over all 1000 bucks could of been less if they actually would of done more! Been running great with a clean tank and a fuel screen.Very unfortunate. Getting 3stars because the last work seamed to be done right. Not using anymoreService: Engine repair

.I recently put my older car in the shop with these fine people. I provided the starter that I purchased online. They were happy to put it on for me. They also did some electrical work. When my car was finished a couple days later I found my old starter in the box. There are several benefits to get old parts back. I've spent a lot of money trying autoShops around Greenville area. This is the best place by far. You get your money's worth Jeff and Chad really treat you good !! Thanks guys

My boyfriend were traveling through Greenville and got a flat tire. We ended up needing two new tires and a rear alignment We got the tires fixed at Discount Tire, and the guys there recommend Garcia Auto for the alignment. I called the shop and the told us to come on down, and fixed us right up and were back on the road in a couple hours! The guys were super cool and we had a great time just chatting while we were waiting!! I wish we lived closer so we could use them more for out vehicles!!

I had taken my Ford F350 with a 7.3L powerstroke to two other shops before I found these guys to have a repair done. They fixed it right and within a day. They knew their stuff and that makes all the difference. It would have saved me a $1000 dollars had I came here first but that's the way it is. I would recommend them because of their honesty and great prices. Not a single person I met there wasn't helpful. The big dealerships could learn a little from these guys. FIVE STAR service at a great price!

I purchased a used pick up and asked them to check it over for any needed repairs. They were busy but kept the appointment date for inspection. Upon inspection they found a leak in the valve cover gasket and rack and pinion. Upon approval they made repairs in a timely manner and only charged a little extra due to an unforeseen rusted hose that needed to be replaced. I will use this mechanic again.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Engine replaced fall of 2018, they said the oil fill neck broke and charged to replace it but it is the original one. I suspect it is the original block as well. Within 3 months a head cracked. Got it a back from that and they had broke the hood release handle. They called and claimed that the heater hoses were what was leaking which I had replaced only weeks before and had bought from a dealership and tools to release the fittings at the firewall. They cut the hoses and put hose clamps on them then found the cracked head. Also left bolts laying around under the hood. At the moment 2 years later I'm tracking down an intermittent noise and found that the radiator and fan shroud were not put back on aligned and that the fan had been rubbing on it. Now off to get a new fan and fan shroud. Avoid this place.Service: Engine repair

These guys were great. Im from Kansas City and came down to look at buying a Chevy Duramax. I took the truck to them for a quick look before the buy. They stopped everything to look over the truck and make sure it was a good purchase. They did a thorough job and were a great price.

I would not use this shop unless you enjoy throwing good money away. I brought my 06 F250 in about 3 months ago to have the engine "bulletproofed". I spent nearly $8,000 having the engine "bullet-proofed", but 1,500 miles later I found myself broke down in Birmingham Alabama with a truck that would not run. Nearly $2,000 later, the truck was fixed at a Ford dealership where they had to replace an injector and reportedly found another ejector on the other bank that was loose and losing power. About 1,500 miles after that the truck broke down as I was pulling into my driveway and it sat there for about a month before I was able to get it back to the shop. After having it nearly a couple of weeks at the shop, I finally got it back today and the shop's reply concerning the work they had done and the warranty for the work they had done was "well it is a 6.0 diesel". Meaning I spent nearly $8,000 having an engine fixed that at this point is no more dependable than the day I took it in the first time. Now, some $9,000 into this truck and I don't trust it to drive across town, much less out-of-state like I needed to as my work truck. An honest shop would have discuss with the owner that dropping $8,000 into a problematic engine may not be the best use of their money, but it seems they were more concerned about getting the business then they were about educating the customer or possibly doing the job right.

As much as I do not like spending money on repairs, I do like these guys. They did a great job on my truck and got it to me within the deadline I needed. If you have to spend your money to repair your vehicle or just to upgrade the performance, give this place a shot.

I broke down in Wills Pointe Texas on interstate 20. Was told to go to Joe's Automotive in Wills Pointe. Unfortunately he could not work on my truck because it was a diesel, but luckily he recommended me to Garcia Automotive Service in Greenville, Texas approximately 28 mile further. I was stuck, in need for a Diesel Specialist, so I drove there. So worth the drive btw. I'm so fortunate that I found them from word of mouth. Not being from here and not knowing anyone they made me feel like home. Thanks Chad and crew!!!! They discovered the problem through diagnostics and FIXED IT FAST NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TOOK!! They went above and beyond to take me to lunch with them both days to make sure I had something to eat. They were also genorous enough to take me to the hotel, Thank you Miss Stacey, and get me back to the shop when my truck was finished. They price was fair the employees where awesome and the down time was little to none compared to a dealership. A very big thanks to Eric Garcia, Chad, Chase, Nate, and Ben especially for getting me fixed up. Great Mechanics, Great Service very nice shop, and all Professional!!Thanks again

Unbelievable experience!!! If you don t like to read long reviews then just take my word for it. We have an 08 Suburban & had to evacuate Galveston for Hurricane Laura on Wednesday August 26th 2020. Came to my sister s in Greenville. Come to find out evacuating wasn t necessary after all. Ready to go back on Sunday and boom!!! Car trouble. Running very very rough, service Stabilitrak , service Traction control. Bells & flashing engine light. Started looking for repair shops & running all over Greenville. We can t even look at it. We couldn t get to it for a couple of weeks. Had a personal contact at a Chevy dealership (still waiting on that call...)One shop recommended Garcia Automotive. They said you better call first so I did. They said we ll try & look at it. Nathan got his machine & hooked it up, drove down the road & said #2 spark plug wasn t firing right. He told me that sometimes that can disable other components. Sure enough the spark plug wire wasn t connected right & the rest weren t on tight either. Replaced the wire, tightened the rest and it was FIXED!!! I said, How much do I owe you? Nothing. I said , Oh come on! I don t have any cash on me but I ve got a debit card. He said let s go inside. Chad said no charge. I couldn t believe it. I argued to pay something because I was so unbelievably grateful. Chad said, Ok $1,000! I said uh... Then he said, $1000 or nothing, your choice! I hope God blesses y all the same way you blessed us today!Kirk Hale

I came here today as a walk in, they listened to exactly what was wrong with my vehicle even when I didn t know what I was talking about! He had me in and out within a hour!
