I was unable to purchase my vehicle 2023 Expedition from Freedom, but will always bring it to Freedom for any and all service and repairs because of Charity Tant. She was the advisor we met when we started using Freedom for service on our 2019 F250. Charity is a very friendly face and always greets with a smile. She has an outstanding personality and easy to communicate with. Charity is easy to get in touch with and schedules appointments quickly.

I called to inquire about getting a repair estimate from the body shop and explained my situation in great detail. The man on the phone told me to come on out and they would do the estimate. When I arrived I explained the same thing to the man sitting at desk in the office and he told me some story about how they couldn't do it without getting my insurance involved. This was a frustrating experience to say the least.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They sold my dad a car and within a few weeks the transmission went out and they won t fix it or reimburse him at all.

Not the fastest oil change and tire rotation I've ever had, took a little over an hour. But the staff were friendly and I feel confident they did a quality job.I'll keep coming here just with the knowledge it'll take a little longer than other places might.I don't mind the extra time for the higher quality and friendly service.

This dealership is fantastically average. It takes them an hour and a half to do the oil change on my trucks most times. The last time I had one of my trucks inesere, the service advisor told me about numerous things that were wrong with it that needed attention, but nothing was put on the multi point inspection

Took my 2015 F-250 in for recall notice. Service Dept called and said they needed to reroute a fan cable with a cost of $620 and the ball joints needed replaced for a cost of $2400. I told them to fix only the recall problem. I then took my vehicle to my regular mechanic and him to verify what I was told. That afternoon he called and told me the truck was ready. He said to repair the fan clutch took 15 minutes to find and plug in, he also said the ball joints were perfect. Cost of needed repairs, NOTHING, THATS RIGHT NOTHING. Freedom Ford Service will SCAM you, Be CAREFUL

Took my car in for a recall notice and the Service rep Ryan was an amazing person. He took the time and found out I had an additional 3 recalls, he set me up to have them completed and was one of the most professional people I have met in a while. RYAN ROCKS!!! Thank you for all ya do!

The service was unexpectedly delayed an hour beyond my appointment but they compensated me by giving me a no-charge oil change. They were very polite. The service area was unusually clean, and I say that as a former Snap On dealer, I've seen many shops.

I called to have oil changed on a 2016 BMW X1. When I called the nice lady said they d be able to do it and that they had the stuff there to do it. Upon arrival I was told they couldn t do it and that they didn t have the stuff to do it. Also that it would be much more then the 60 dollars I was quoted over the phone.

No communication from service department once you drop off your vehicle for service or recalls. You will need to call them for updates .
