Daren Money and his body shop crew restored my wife s 1984 C20 Chevy. It was in pretty rough shape when they got it. They went through it top to bottom. It s truly nicer now than when it rolled off the assembly line. Daren was very transparent and a great communicator throughout the entire process. I would recommend the body shop to anyone around! Top shelf work! I will definitely be a customer for life!

Long story short: I chose to take my 2013 F350 Service Truck with a 9 utility bed and ladder rack to have some warranty work done on a recently purchased rebuilt 6.2 long block to the Service shop of Freedom Ford. It s now been over 4 weeks since they ve had the truck and after talking to the Service Manage yesterday (15 Feb) they still have no idea what s causing the issue. They now are planning on taking the engine apart down to the block. In the words of the Service Manager, they re not sure how much longer the truck is going to be here. Instead of replacing it with another rebuilt engine, he says that they must fix this one, because as he put it, we re just a franchise, we have to do as directed by Ford and they re doing everything they can. Why is this issue being done on my time and not Ford s?? All I get is excuses as to why it s taking so long.I m a veteran, owner, and technician of a small garage door company, this truck is my lively hood. Everyday it s in the shop, I m losing money.All I get from them, is we re sorry .Sorry doesn t pay my company s expenses, my mortgage, or my utilities.

Thank goodness for Heather! Had an unexpected issue with my truck, came in very flustered and on a time frame. Not only did she make me feel like part of the family, she made sure my service was quick and straightforward. I knew exactly what to expect price point wise and got my Super Duty back good as new! Hands down, she's the best!

My car had a recall and Charity was my service advisor. She was great and kept me in the loop about everything. We joked about me buying the loaner because I loved the color. She introduced me to JP who worked quickly and efficiently to get me the car I wanted. Thank you both for your excellent and friendly customer service!

I had my Subaru Ascent and Toyota 4Runner both in the Freedom Ford Collision Center at the same time. David Warren & JT Lane both took excellent care of me and the respective vehicles. They kept me informed during every step of the insurance process and vehicle repair/total. They absolutely exceeded my expectations on outstanding customer service!

I really appreciate the great customer service provided by Heather when I brought my truck in. She was so friendly and a great communicator. Heather was extremely helpful throughout the process of getting my truck fixed and I really felt taken care of. Our Ford purchase was so easy and pleasant at Freedom Ford!! Thank you to our salesman, Cody Ledbetter. He was awesome. If I only had to rate Cody, I d give him 5 stars. However, day one of having my new car, there was an issue with the battery and on day six I still have a loaner. A new battery seems to be an easy fix so I m disappointed that it wasn t fixed the day I brought it in.

Extremely professional and courteous staff, JT was the best! My car looks fantastic after the repairs done. They kept us up to date throughout the process and answered my questions about the repairs and timeline. I'd definitely recommend them if you need collision repair with your vehicle!!!

We had damage on our f150 repaired here. Jerry was quick to return calls and messages. He provided great customer service which is really hard to find these days! My truck has a complicated paint color. You can t even tell where it was painted. I highly recommend them!

Heather in service is always willing to help me! Whether I have a check engine light or need my tires rotated, she gives me honest feedback and has a friendly attitude. I count on her opinion for what I need done to my truck. I don't live in Greenville, but I have followed her from Rockwall, all the way out there because she has been someone I can trust. Friendly service with a great attitude goes a long way.

My husband and I decided to drop by and see about trading in my truck for a Bronco Sport. Colby Colwell was so amazing to work with and pleasant to us both even as late in the evening as we were. He made the process easy and we did not feel pushed into any decisions about the car. Whole process was easy thanks to him. Would definitely work with him again on any future cars.

Jerry in the collision center was GREAT to work with. He handled everything with the insurance company and fighting with them to get everything covered. Communication was also excellent in letting us know exactly what was happening and where it was in the process. Picked the car up and it was also detailed. Will definitely go back.

I've bought three cars here and do all my service for those vehicles here. Over 15 years I've had exactly one issue, and the service manager stayed at the office until it was fixed, then drove the car to my house that same day to personally deliver it. I won't go anywhere else. These guys are the best.

Well Where do I even start!This service department is an absolute joke!!I scheduled an appointment to get my 2020 Ford Explorer looked at because my transmission was acting up! They got it in looked at it and in fact I had to get an overhaul on my transmission per the warranty company! They had my car for almost a month which was fine they fixed it! I think! Haven t had it back long enough to tell! They told me there was a recall on my rear axel bolt fracture which they said they had the parts and would take care of it!Here s the kicker!I go pick my car up and I have had it for not even an hour and it s starts throwing all kinds of codes that my blind spot system and my cross traffic system is faulty! I have NEVER seen this before and I bought this car brand new!Mind you my car was there almost a month and it wasn t doing this before. I take it back up there for them to look at it immediately and they said there was a bug in my sensor so they ran it through the wash and it should go off and To let them know if it didn t!I then get a notification on my ford pass app that it s an electrical issue with these codes. I call back immediately and sent a screen shot of the notification to the service advisor immediately. She tells me to bring it back and they will put me back in the loaner till they can get it looked at. I go back to the dealership for the 3rd time to get put back in a loaner.Three days go bye, I get a phone call from Charity which truly was amazing through this entire ordeal that my right side blind spot module has failed and that it would cost $900 to fix and that I would be responsible for it because it was in my possession! How is this my fault? I literally drove the car straight to my house sat there in the driveway for a min cause I was on the phone and those codes were popping up! I didn t do anything different it didn t pop up while I was driving! I had the car 37 min and this is my fault I have to pay out of pocket for this! Went back and forth with the service manager Todd who thinks he is funny and his comment when we said we would take it higher up that everyone in the business has a backbone and laughed They offered to do it for $360 after talking with ford per GM!Ok well $360 might not be a lot to some but in the world we live in today that s a lot of money! Especially when you have kids that you have to provide for and barely making it by!!YOU HAD MY CAR FOR ALMOST A MONTH AND I HAD IT FOR A LITTLE OVER 30 min! Please tell me how this is my fault??And neither the GM nor Service Manager had the decency to come talk to me when I went to pick up my car knowing I was upset! Great Customer Service!! NOT!HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY FAR AWAY !!!Edit to add: Just so happens 23 good reviews happen after my bad review. Go ahead and pay that reputation management your money monthly to leave good reviews and out weigh the bad reviews! I m not stupid. I have been in the business I know how this all works! Kudos to y all!!

Charity Tant is the BEST service advisor! She is always checking every detail and when service is complete she goes back over and checks herself to make sure fluids were filled etc we LOVE Freedom Ford!

I have never liked the Ford place in Greenville so I drive to west Texas to my sales man. But I heard the provide loaners so I thought why not . New owners and love my salesman . I have found them to pass my standards. I look forward to finding a true car dealership with freedom Ford. Great job Greenville.
