Outstanding customer service at this location! I bought my wife some new tire and scheduled an appointment online for the install. Arrived at 12pm and didn't have to wait long at all. I was informed that the tires I paid for were not in stock but they upgraded me to better (and more expensive) tires at no additional cost! Thank you to everyone at the Greenville store, for the best transaction, quick installation and amazing deal!

Had a nail in my tire. Scheduling online was fast and easy, appointment was on time, busy because of the holiday. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Predicted wait time was an hour, but it was since in 25 minutes even in a busy day with a full parking lot. Great service... Would recommend.

Great quick service! They showed me the best options for my car and then I was able to pick what worked best for my budget. I appreciated that I was able to get a prorated rate on my other tires I had previously gotten from here and it saved me more money! I also love that they do free air checks even for people who didn't buy tires from them. Their customer service it what keeps me coming back!

Very disappointed would be an understatement with my most recent visit to Discount Tire. I had new tires put on and in the process of removing my wheels the techs were unable to remove my bolts for the cap to my wheels. The last technicians that rotated my tires cross threaded the bolts on 3 wheels making it unable to remove them. There was no fixing it. They were ruined and I needed 3 new wheels. I was told because it had been awhile since I had been in and because I missed a rotation that I would be responsible. Missing a rotation does not cause the bolts to become cross threaded. Not sure how this logic makes any sense. Several hundred dollars to replace wheels because a tech cross threaded bolts on my wheels. Also, there is no way to know and hold accountable who did it because there are multiple technicians working on the vehicle at the same time with no documentation of who worked on it. I have used Discount for several years. Bought multiple sets of wheels and tires for my trucks and I have had a really good experience and been satisfied with them as a whole up until now.

Honestly really impressive service for how busy they were. I made an appointment and despite around 10-15 people in the lobby, they got the appointment started on time and finished ahead of time. Really impressive! Don t hesitate to do business with them - they will get you taken care of!

They got on my car as soon as I arrived, 15 minutes early and I was home with new tires in less time than it would take for me to change a flat. Great service.

There was good customer service but we waited over 3 hours just for them to put a tire on a rim that I brought in. You can always use counter help. There should be one guy for quick jobs. There was no car to take it off of & put it back in. A tire only should not take over 3 hours.

I ve always had excellent service and they typically have what is needed IN STOCK. Today is another perfect example. Ran into a tire emergency. Called discount and talked to Shelby. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable as to stock on hand, and eager to serve to get someone dear to me back on the road safely tonight. THANK YOU SHELBY AND DISCOUNT TIRE!!Not at all surprised, either. The store manager WJ is ALWAYS on point and leads his team with excellence. Outstanding team at the greenville store.

I will continue to be a loyal customer! This location did great!I was able to make an appointment online to check out a flat tire I had. While inspecting my other tires he noticed a tire bump thats very dangerous to have. I drove all the way from Seattle and occurred the tire damage on my way to Texas.They were able to plug my flat tire and order/replace the other tire. The best past is since I bought all four tires with them back home it had warranty so it cost me nothing.

What I am about to write is my opinion. The last two times I bought tires I got talked into wheels as well. Both times it has been for my wife's cars. That being said, I have nothing but praise for them, because I bought tires for my wife so I had an account with them I was allowed free flat repairs several times for my truck. They have been kind,thorough and helpful. The second time I got tires,I ordered the wrong size so they accommodated me with a different size but I had to buy wheels to fit them as well. They are fast and friendly I recommend them to anyone who needs tires.

Anyone who notices markings on their car after it has been worked on, will have questions. After noticing markings on my vehicle that I did not see prior to dropping it off I wanted to confirm whether or not this damage occurred while at the location. This location has ZERO CAMERAS according to the district manager. If I was an employee there, and you get injured, there are zero cameras to protect you and your workers comp claims. If your property gets damaged here, there are no cameras to help solve the situation. Only reason I see to not have cameras in a potentially dangerous work environment is to limit their liability to both their employees and customer property.

Super quick service! Got the tires on our boat trailer changed in 15 minutes and back on the road! Jamie even brought the paperwork out to us before we had a chance to make it inside!

Made an appointment for new tires to be installed on my car, my car was in the bay in less than 10 minutes after arriving, and I was on the road in just about an hour. I was very surprised with how quickly and efficiently the tires were installed. I wish every tire shop operated like this.

I went in to the Discount tire in Greenville to get 4 new tires on my daughter's car, Berry came out to tell me that the 2 rear ones were in great shape and that I only needed 2, he could have just sold me 4 and never mentioned the 2 good ones but him and Discount being good people he didn't do that, I however went ahead and got 4 because my daughter just had a baby and I wanted new tires all around, he as well said a good plan would be to put one of the good tires on a full size rim and do away with the donut spare which we did, so a big shout to Berry and Greenville Discount, thank you guys for taking the time to be diligent and giving us a quality job!

Doesn't matter whether you have an appointment or not, you still have a long wait ....Plus very rude employee/employees. They weren't rude the day I purchased my 6 tires for my truck......Hmm ! I can purchase tires anywhere......The manager did apologize profusely......Just saying.......lol

I made an appointment online; that is the way to go. Even though they were ten minutes late getting to my vehicle, they balanced and rotated my tires and patched one. We were still out in about 30 minutes.

David and the rest of the staff were professional and courteous. The staff stayed past their normal working hours to ensure I was serviced and taken care of. Awesome all around. Give these folks a raise!

Way over-priced. We prefer that you don't blame it on the economy either like everyone else does, either. The place we went to across town, saved us $700 compared to the estimated price Discount gave us. We understand businesses need to meet sales goals but, need not price gouge other hardworking folks living paycheck-to-paycheck.

They lost my lock for my rims so when I went back to get tires rotated they could not rotate them I had to go to dealer to have locks removed , so now as I go back to have tires rotated now they tell me one of my tire is to wore out on shoulder of it to rotate bad service for people who only take our vehicles to DT

Matt is a great asset to this location, we follow him from the Rockwall store. He handles all our company trucks fleet and our personal fleet. He stands behind his word and if he has to will get out there and get dirty.

I was told that the tire I had purchased had arrived and that I could bring my truck in anytime that day. I decided to schedule an appointment at 2:45 just to make sure I got the 30 percent shorter average wait time. I was seen by Titus who I TOLD I had an appointment. He seemed to have no clue what was going on at all. He then told me. An hour and a half wait time max. Well the wait time was almost 3 hours and they were seeing people in front of me who showed up hours after I did. At 4 pm, I received a message that my appointment was cancelled. I called the store as I was not there at the time and I asked what the problem was. Titus (who is useless) told me he couldn t get my appointment figured out, but rest assured, my vehicle would be done well before 5 pm. My truck didn t even get brought in to the bay until 5:15. I understand things happen, but Titus is awful. If you can t get me checked in for my appointment or figure it out, tell me, don t cancel the appointment once I m gone so I get seen last. Worst experience I ve ever had at Discount. Go to the Rockwall location or any other for that matter. Otherwise, make sure you go on Titus s day off.

Just sit at this Discount from 330pm-530pm for them to mount 1 single 14 tire on a wheel that I dropped off at 9:00am. Not busy at all when I arrived to pick it up at 3:30..Try to avoid this place if at all possible.

Fast friendly service with great prices. Honor their warranty and free flat repair as long as your tire is good.
