Great customer service! Phillip did an excellent job! I got a car & love it. I have a good quality vehicle for my family. The staff was nice & friendly. Upon arrival was greeted at the door. Easy, quick straight forward approval! Definitely recommend

I came in on January 22nd of 2023, I was greeted by Luke who helped me with the process of getting a vehicle, he was super kind and super helpful, office was clean, everyone was kind and smiled, def 10/10 and will definitely recommend for anyone getting a vehicle

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They are super friendly and it s a very clean place. We were in and out within 1 hour and 30 minutes. We got an awesome truck thanks to Mrs.Angel. For sure will be coming back for another car.

When I say I LOVE this place it s an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!! They were the only ones to say YES we got you and can get you mobile again!!! Angel and Philip an awesome, awesome duo!!! If I could give this place a I would!!!!Definitely give them a try if you re in need of a car!!! Highly recommend them.

The staff was really great they got me approved for a beautiful car and they also stayed after working hours to help me with everything I recommend car mart to everyone please go there and speak with Ms Angel or Mr Luke they will definitely take care of you. The best car-mart in Texas.I went to 3 different car-marts and this one is by far the best. Philip and Angel worked on getting me a car for over 2 hours. I thought I wasn t going to be able to get a car but they did everything in there power to make sure I got that car. They are very respectful and caring.

Luke and Phillip were awesome to work with! In fact, the entire crew was! They made our experience a delight and Santa sent gifts home for the kids! Highly recommend these guys! When you go get your next car from them, tell them Lovie Moss sent you!

Greeted with the beautiful smile and spunky personality of Angel that with no pressure to buy answered all questions from a over protected mother who worries to much. Phillip and Matthew's sense of humor and all around hard work getting the paperwork done in a fast but very professional manner. Thank you guys for making my daughter's first car a wonderful and stress-free experience and easing the mind of a mother. You guys deserve 10 stars.

Me and my daughter came in and bought a car and it was the best experience ever after somebody bad experiences at other dealerships this company is outstanding I would recommend it to everybody whether you want a new car or used car or the cars are in new condition payment options down payment options even help just get insurance through Progressive made phone calls for us it was an amazing experience

Wow...listen up potential buyers. This is a sad day for me and my wife that work hard and pay our bills. First off I want to say that the people that work at car Mart of Greenville are awesome. Great customer service and professional. But let me tell you a story. Bought a car 13 months ago from car mart from angel the manager. In them 13 months it was in the shop twice. Once for an axle and shocks and control rods then went into shop again for a new motor. Okay people...I understand that we are buying used vehicles so we ate that and lost lots of money over car rentals until car was fixed not to mention some of repares were not under our warranty....still understand. So we needed a second car to work with so tried car mart again. Had car for two weeks and it used 7 quarts of oil...so disappointed...talked to Angel the manager and all she had to say was that we was under contract...and technical about it all...no empathy what so ever...so we bring the car back to the lot and drop it off...was gonna get it fixed but decided with the bad experience from the first one that we didn't want it because we couldn't afford a rental car for two months again while paying the note while the car got fixed ..we done been through that...it can break some one....well get a call from the manager Angel...once again being technical and making unnecessary comments and then I told her we could not afford the car so she threatened us and said she is gonna repo both cars...can she do this...she hung up on me after this and was super rude. Why? It's my credit that will suffer. Why did she need to be so nasty. We got two junk cars and we are the ones who should be mad or nasty...but we are not. This is a run of bad luck on our part and I have nothing bad to say against car mart...they are a business...BUT the way Angel the manager acted was very unprofessional and rude.Angel you are supposed to set an example and clearly you are not meant to be where you are. NOW Phillip the assistant Manager...he was very professional and understanding...so maybe corporate should read this and look into it because getting threatened and hung up on is very bad taste. I guess that's all. I know this will run my credit but when money don't grow on trees you gotta do what you got to do...Thanks Angel for ruining my experience with car mart...oh yeah my wife bought her car from a different location as well...3 cars...this will be it....thanks Angel

5 stars all the way!! We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked on the lot by Angel. Inside, we were helped by Phillip, Mathew and a man with the Rooster from Robin Hood tattoo. They were all great!! We were able to work out a deal & I was able to drive home in a awesome car. I was so nervous about this whole process but they made it so easy. Thanks so much!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have purchased and paid off a car from this establishment literally two years ago in 2021 I have yet to receive a title for my car as well as the extremely rude customer service after trying to figure out why this situation is occurring. Since then I have been trying to get in contact with someone with some sort of knowledge. All I have been giving is the run around, excuses, and uncalled for rude statements. I finally had enough of the unprofessionalism and decided to report this location to the state of Texas. Horrible location please beware and if you must make sure to let an attorney or someone with legal status to help you because there is major dishonesty at this location. Beware!

Just purchased our 4th vehicle from this location. Dakota, Phillip, Angela, Angel and Nicole are fantastic to work with. If you need a good quality vehicle, and have challenged credit come see this amazing team. They treat you like family from day one, continue being honest and professional throughout your term. I couldn t have asked for a better buying experience. Matthew was hands down the most amazing salesman I ve ever worked with. He was educated on the business and prepared for everything that was presented to him. He was super friendly and very helpful. I will be sending anyone who needs or wants a good quality used car to Car-Mart Greenville and have them ask for Matthew. It will be an experience they will love and appreciate.
