After hydroplaning into a barrier during rain, I took my 2006 Honda Element to the dealer in Dallas. They told me the repair would cost over $5,000 AND they couldn t get me a replacement taillight since it was on back order. I went to Zion and they fixed it for about $500. They did a great job! I was able to get back on the road soon and safely make it to Miami. I am grateful for their help!!!

Awesome people! Great service! The owner and his son have always been kind and honest. They also do not over price. I would rather give my business and support to their location than the bigger companies that just want to take advantage of you and never get anything done or fixed properly.Definitely recommend!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

My girlfriend recently came to Pro-Lube for some simple maintenance: replacing a fuel sensor, an oil change, and a subsequent inspection. George (one of the mechanics at Pro-Lube) have my girlfriend a quote for the specific sensor she needed, and she dropped off the car thinking that this would be quick and painless. One week later her car still wasn't ready and George told her that he needed to keep the car another day to make sure everything was working and that the engine light wasn't coming on. Finally he said the car was ready and that everything was fixed. After paying for the work, and leaving with her car, the engine light came on no more than an hour later and her car had trouble getting out of first gear over the next couple of days. After going to a separate mechanic for a diagnostic, what error codes show up? That the SAME sensor (which was supposedly fixed by George) needed to be replaced. How long would it take to replace it? The new mechanic said TWO HOURS to pick the part up and replace the old one. My girlfriend decided to confront George as to why she was still having problems with this specific sensor that he quoted her on. He said "because I didn't fix that one, I fixed another sensor." This was after he stated that he had fixed the specific fuel sensor which was previously causing problems. He refused to refund my girlfriend for the sensor he didn't fix and the labor he didn't actually do. She didn't want a refund for the oil change or inspection, only the work which was not done that she ended up paying for. George also threw away her new gas cap, and replaced it which was neither quoted or consented (written up of course!) Not only with this shop overcharge you for the work they do, but they will not even do the work they quote you!

Quick and efficient only quarrel is that the diagnostic costs 65 that's a little high other than that great place all around
