The Toyota of Grapevine Service Dept. took care of my car A/C. The service rep Cean was very professional, nice, and kept me updated on what the techs done to my AC. I trust this Toyota of Grapevine service dept to keep my Camry XSE running smooth for a long time and will definitely come back.

Selling cars with faulty parts you don't notice right away, then service people charge you high prices when you come just for issues Diagnostics. Learned my lesson about buying used cars the hard way. Also advertising wrong prices on websites, I was in an urgent need for a vehicle when purchased. My golden take away, don't sign papers without a trusted experienced buyer looks well into the numbers, and don't buy a car when you desperately need one, you get the wrong one.

WORST place in the world, do NOT buy anything here!I bought my car 6 months ago and I took it there a month later to get the windshield wipers changed, the appointment was specifically scheduled for that and when I got there I said again that I just wanted the windshield wipers changed, 3 hours later they changed the oil when I DID NOT ask for that when I checked the receipt I didn't see any charge for the wipers so I asked her if they changed them and she said that SHE THOUGHT that I wanted an oil change, I tried to be understanding and checked the appointment to see if I didn't mark the right service but I DID, and she dared to joke and said at least you don t have to come here to change your oil for a while , they didn't charge me for that but they did waste 1 of my free oil changes.6 months after the car purchase I had to go there again because I had an oil leak and they're charging me an absolutely INSANE amount to replace the oil pale, and if I don't take the service with them they're still charging me $200 just for the car inspection, which is RIDICULOUS, keep in mind they didn't tell me previous to the service that I had to leave the car overnight, they waited until I got there, and even worst they didn't offer any car loan or at least a ride home. I'm still under my warranty and I bought an extended warranty plan, so, it makes no sense I have to pay $200 for an inspection.WORST DEALERSHIP EVER, I'll not recommend anyone to buy here!Update: I took my car to an HONEST mechanic and the issue cost me $60 instead of the $970 that this Service center was charging me. They wanted to make me pay that to replace the oil pain when the only issue was a gasket.And when you talk to the manager the only thing he does is say But you signed for it .Unprofessional and unethical practice.

I called to schedule an oil change for my Grand Highlander on a Tuesday and received a confirmation call and text about my appointment, but when I showed up for my appointment on Saturday at 7:30am, they acted like they d never heard of me. The check in process was disorganized and confusing and when my service person came to take care of me, she said, oh you re not getting an oil change, we don t do that til 10k miles . First time anyone had mentioned that to me. She said they d do a tire rotation and fluid check, but they couldn t check out a clicking noise I d been hearing without a separate diagnostic appointment. Then she tried to upsell me on an oil additive that isn t included in Toyota Care. I went to the service desk to schedule a diagnostic appointment while I waited for the tire rotation to be completed, but the girl said oh, you can just tell your service person about that! You don t need another appointment . I told her what I d been told earlier, and she made me an appointment. Then I proceeded to wait for two hours for a tire rotation and fluids check. I received a text that said I could text back at that number during my appointment with any questions, so I asked for an update but never got a response. I finally went to my service person, and she said oh, it should be done! and walked over to the front desk to grab my keys. Then she pointed to where my car was parked outside in the parking lot in the drizzling rain, and when I asked for more detailed directions to where exactly it was parked she said either left or right . Then she proceeded to ask for a good survey to help her keep her job . I never even received the link to an actual survey, or I would have put all of this in that. The best part is I just had a missed call/voicemail from them saying you missed your appointment Saturday, so just call back to reschedule! I ll be going back here because it is the closest dealership to me and I paid for an extended warranty, but I wouldn t return if I had the choice.

I took my car in because the sunroof became jammed and would not close. When I arrived to pick up my car, I learned that they had replaced the battery, completed a 30k mile service of flushing fluids, etc (my car only had 25k miles), and the new sunroof had grease marks and was torn. They said they did an alignment as well but it is clearly not completed. This was a month ago. The service manager, Billy, said he was ordering a part and would contact me, but has not. I have emailed, my husband has called, and we cannot get a reply from Billy. Sadly very disappointed in the lack of service and making it right.

DO NOT BUY your cars from this place! I bought my car from here and the guy who sold it to me, gave me a quick walk around and then on top of that, the windshield had a crack that they covered with a sticker so I didn t notice till I got home. They wouldn t fix it, tried to reach the general manager and he just had someone else call me who was very rude and condescending. If you have issues with this dealership, contact the CEO of Toyota and file a complaint. You can find his email via Google. There s so many bad reviews about this place, they need to be shut down.

If there were a way to assign a rating of zero stars, I would eagerly do so for this dealer. The service and treatment my partner received were nothing short of abysmal, with an exceptionally rude and unprofessional staff. I strongly urge considering a visit to a nearby mechanic shop for a more pleasant experience.

I will not do anymore business with Toyota of Grapevine. Too many games. I am happy with my Tacoma. If you want to play games and waist time... here is your place. I just want to work with people who are up front honest..

Buyer beware. This place will try to rip you off by adding on extra fees on top of their listed prices. They tried to charge me an extra $4k "maintenance fee" on a used car that had several flaws that they weren't going to fix. They tried to tell me they couldn't negotiate on price either because the "sell price" was what they purchased the car for which is just ridiculous considering it was above the KBB value for the same car in excellent condition (which this car was not). Do yourself a favor and don't give this place your business.

I came for Tire patching. I also showed them where the patching should be done. After 2 hours they just bought my car back saying it s ready. When I checked there was still a nail in tire. Again I told them about the patch and they replied that they just did the inspection. Later again they took my car inside again and started working on it. Total it took 4 hours for tire patch. worst service advisor.

I ve had my oil changes here because I thought I could trust the job was getting done right! First off when I called to see how much it would be for the oil change since the first time it was free. The lady quoted me at 99.95. When my husband arrives they were charging him over 130.00. Once I called and spoke to someone to get that fixed and they stated they would give me the oil change for 99.95. A little while later they inform us that the oil pan needs to be replaced because the thread where one of the screw goes is gone. Which will be 600.00! I inform them all oil changes have been done there and nobody said anything to us about the oil pan. The lady s response was we don t know that . So unless you don t want to be charged for damages they caused please go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!

You'll be waiting to get any update all day if you're lucky. Dropped my car off Monday to just get a diagnostic. Took them 7hours just to do that, the service advisor estimate 2-3 hours. Even harder to get ahold of them or return your call for updates.I would give them a negative stars if I could for lack of communication with their team who actually services the cars and clients.

They had me come three times to replace a battery that was under warranty, these ppl are bunch of liars and don t care about your warranty and to top it off the female agent who was lying to my face about the battery issue was sick and got in my car knowing that she was sick and got me infected !! No regards No respect whatsoever at this low grade dealership you should relocate to Baltimore!!!

Typical shady stealership.I bought a car with them, spoke to their manager and agreed on a price. Arrived the next morning and the car miraculously increased by $1000.Basic oil change is over $100 with parts and services over MSRP. Would prefer going to a local mechanic instead of this corporate greed fueled gouger.

We haven't used Toyota dealerships for years and now I know why. Took our car in b/c headlight was out and it was not a fuse or bulb. Instead of a person calling me to go over an estimate and get approval, I just got a text message with a link to my bill. Not only did they move forward with the repair without talking to me, they wanted to add additional services that had nothing to do with the light. I called to ask to talk to an actual human and they couldn't find anyone but would have someone call me back. Then someone called 45 minutes after the text and claimed they were calling to go over the estimate and didnt know I even called. I was told that is how it is done now. They text an estimate and someone will call within the hour after sending the text. Meanwhile, it turns out they already repaired the car and didn't understand why I was mad. For one, it is simple to add to the main text "Here is an estimate for your repair to review and a representative will be calling to go over it shortly." It was just a link with no further instructions. Secondly, it takes 1 minute for a representative to tell a customer when they drop off the car that an estimate will be text to them and then a representative would be calling. What if we didn't want them to repair the car? Were they going to go back in and re-break the car?

Purchased a used car with MPP warranty on it from this dealership. When test driving the car there was a maintenance required light on and asked the sales associate about it, was told it would be checked by maintenance and taken care of. By the time I was done with the finance manager (6.5 hours total) the service shop was closed. I brought it back and was told I was out of pocket for it.I feel like the sales department will say anything to sell a vehicle even if it s not the truth.

Rough. Dan Garza was the best they had and he s gone now. If you want an oil change you ll be waiting all day. Insane prices for everything. You re better off elsewhere. I just wanted to know what the check engine light was on for almost $200. Most places will do that for free. They weren t willing to work with me.

I waited for three hours for an Oil change. At three hours I got tired of waiting and called the associate. He was no where to be found. My car had been ready to go for at least a hour just sitting there and no one let me know. The associate had to be paged to get him back to his office from wherever he was, doing who knows what. Why do you not value my time and my business to such a degree that you would treat me like this?

First time EVER going to a dealer for service. Im from out of town, and had no appointment made. Drove in told them the issue with my car and the little time I had to make it happen. My parking brake was faulty and failed inspection at the VPC for shipment. I told Sabrina that I needed the car done no later than 3pm (dropped it off at 11) to make my hit time. She understood the assignment along with the mechanic that worked on it. Had me out the door at 130pm with my parking brake fixed and working properly. Really well taken care of here. And I was able to make my appointment at the VPC.1995 Toyota Land Cruiser

Need to be closed down. I have been told it would take 30 minutes for the oil change, but it has actually taken 6 hours. It is not done yet.
