These guys hit it out of the park every time. This is my 4th Harley-Davidson to be ceramic coated and each one is better than the one before. Their work is perfect every time. I won't trust anyone else to take care of my Harley. Thank you for everything, perfection as always.

Just had $2,500 of paint protection film installed on my new car. The PPF looks great. Quoting and scheduling was easy and the business seems to be well run. This would have been a 5-star review if not for one issue.When I picked up the car, there was a low battery warning. The car has 80 miles total. Then I checked the "recently played" list in the infotainment system and eight different stations from Pandora and other Apps were listed. None of which I ever listened to in my one week of ownership. At first I was not going to mention it and started the drive home, but then thought I should let the front desk person know. My call was answered by a gentlemen. After sharing my experience with the low battery alarm and recently played list, he stated installers do not use the audio systems of the vehicles they work on. I asked what might explain the low battery warning and the recently played list that I never listened to. He did not have an explanation but stated their installers were not using the audio system. I could tell the conversation was not going anywhere and thanked him for listening. Not sure if relating this experience is helpful to others but thought it was worth sharing.

This business gives a discount to active and veterans giving thanks to all military for their services.I personally enjoy patronizing businesses that support the military.Two windows and two small windows tinted in under an hour in the on a Sprinter van.Price quoted the day before was the same.Cordial, professional get the job done attitude.Thanks

Love the shop and the workers. Made me feel right at home even though I felt out of place. Just very cool people. In the last week I ve gotten an alarm, a radio put in and my windows retinted. Definitely will be back. Ashly and Primo are pretty awesome.

We recently had our windows tinted on our Lexus ES and couldn't be more satisfied. The entire experience was outstanding - from the initial phone call through the in-store consultation and installation. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Tint World and will use for future services.

I reached out to this location in particular via the online quote page over night; it took them less than 12 hours to get back to me & were able to get me in on the same day! The work done here is phenomenal, surpassed my expectations entirely.. the prices are very fair & reasonable, I came in only to get my tail lights tinted & I inquired the lady receptionist about the price on a windshield brow & the price she stated just could not be passed up & she was able to add that to the service a long with what I initially inquired for, thats just amazing!! When I got my car back I noticed that the crack(s) on my rear view mirror were fixed free of charge I was left in a stun.. I had to come back to let the receptionist to please let know whoever worked on my Audi A7 that they did a magnificent job, that just comes to show the care & attention to detail these guys have, that was not even charged or listed as part of the job & for that y all have gained a new loyal customer, this type of service is not found ANYWHERE else, thank you!!

Tint World did a great job on my car. Their customer service was excellent in person and over the phone. There was a little discrepancy on whether I should've been charged the SUV or crossover rate even though the Sportage has always been a crossover. However, that was taken care of. Everyone was so thorough in their explanations on tint options and they made sure I understood how the different percentages and levels would affect both the sunlight and visibility at night. I appreciate them helping me make the best decision for my tint. I would definitely recommend Tint World!Service: Sun control window tinting

Please read! I ve taken my cars/trucks to my same spot for over 10 years, decided to give Tint World a try. Wow. Just wow. Amazing customer service, even better work. Ashley was amazing, smart and understanding. They don t overcharge and tell you any options you want up front. Never had an experience like this. Primo was amazing as well, actually listened and very talented (like the entire team)! Very understanding . The whole staff was. Even though I didn t meet every technician, you can watch them through a giant window and an even bigger TV. I m not someone to pay for a nice waiting room , because I just want things done right. Well they have BOTH and are local. They really care about your car/truck like you do.Thank you to the team, I m coming back soon with my cousins truck. They give clear cut instructions after and take the time to explain. I m sold and not going anywhere else from now on.

Had the top of my Kia wrapped in gloss black and ended up being two payments (deposit reqd) of around 486.00. It didn't take long, and had made an appointment, but I think the cost of wrapping I a little ridiculous.It came out well and no issues after 2-3 weeks but it does have scratches or rub marks on it in different areas. Overall, I am satisfied with it and have no issues other than the scratches/rub marks.

An unfortunate situation turned good! I was really happy to find Tint World. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my vehicle and frustrations. Would recommend 10/10!

I took my new Ram in last week for tint. I had the truck only two days and it came in freshly waxed and detailed inside and out. I was last vehicle of the day to be tinted and the lower quality of work shows for it. I feel I could have received better quality work somewhere else for what I paid (just under $700).I noticed after receiving my truck back from tint my bed had scratches in it. Not that upset considering I planned to have the bed lined. But I know 100% sure my truck did not go in with any scratches inside the bed before it went into their care. Someone could have at least laid a blanket down to show some care for my truck.I also noticed soapy streaks all down the outside of my doors and allover the interior panels and my inside windshield. No one bothered to clean up behind themselves after returning my vehicle to me. It annoyed me to see my NEW truck given back to me sloppy and scratched. I did not plan or expect to rewash and wax my truck allover again, as well as immediately clean the interior.I m not entirely satisfied by the tint up front either. I noticed a fine scratch on front window. Therefore, I would not recommend this place or come back again with any other vehicles.

Place was very clean and great costumer service all employees where clean and very respectful. I had an appointment at 3:00 pm and they told me about 45 mins and had my out by 3:25. Over great experience definitely recommend!

Best custom wraps I've ever seen. I've never had a client disappointed with their work. Everyone is very helpful and quick reply back to your phone calls or emails. I also appreciate the quick turn around time.

This was my first experience with Tint World and WOW!The quality of the paint protection and tint job that they performed on my GMC DENALI was second to none. I highly recommend Tint World of Grapevine and I will definitely use them on any future vehicles

I was looking to get my car tinted for the longest time to keep me and the car interior protected from the sun. I researched the tinting process online and researched many different places near where I live and came to Tint World in Grapevine, TX. Riley was great he walked me through the entire process and worked with me on what I wanted. The process was quick and painless. If you are looking for a place to get your car tinted this is it!!

These people are freaking awesome! They do stellar work, great conversation and a huge TV to watch while you wait. Plenty of choices of product they sell. Definitely recommend this place! Wish they were closer to my home, I d never go anywhere else!

Tint World Grapevine has done tint, paint protection and ceramic coatings on two of our vehicles. They even installed a Ranch Hand front bumper on my Ram 1500. They did exactly what they said they would at the exact price they quoted. We have been there for multiple items including window tint and clear paint protection wrap. They are always professional and quick. Prices are reasonable and they touched up the couple spots my super picky husband was concerned with.

I got my C7 Corvette a roof vinyl and also got tints at this place. Guys here did an excellent job. You can find good products anywhere but good customer service is hard to find. Tint world excels in making their customers happy by going above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers.
