I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2021 Hyundai Sonata from Texas Nissan of Grapevine, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the team at Texas Nissan provided top-notch service, making the car-buying process smooth and stress-free.What stood out to me the most was the transparency exhibited by the entire staff. There was no pressure from the sales or finance team, which allowed me to make decisions at my own pace. Adam, our salesperson, was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that all of our questions were answered.Ron, the sales manager, was also a pleasure to work with. I bought a 2024 Nissan versa at this location. I absolutely love the car, it's cute and gas efficient. The color is pretty nice, plus it helps to have the backup cam even though I am old school and I almost always look behind myself just a double check when reversing. Plus the vehicle came with Lane assistance making sure that you don't wander off your lane, it also lets you know when there is someone in your blind spot, in case you wish to switch lanes. I purchased the car from Clinton Calhoun!! This guy is fantastic, excellent energy, good vibes, he has won several awards, and I would be happy to buy from him again. This is my second vehicle that I got from him, and definitely will buy more in the future from him. Five stars for Mr Clinton Calhoun!!!

Other than them being understaffed, which made it hard to get a hold of anyone, Moe and my technician were awesome! They helped me so much, even double checked my car a few days later making sure everything was okay before my long trip. I still think Nissan is super expensive but they do get the job done. Lorenzo also helped me out when Moe was off and he provided me a ride to my interview since my car was taking longer than expected. Great team!

Texas Nissan was great to take care of my issues on my frontier. The vehicle was under warranty so my service other than the oil change were free of charges. Still my place of service when it come to the all the bells and whistles or this vehicle. Thanks

TLDR Don't get service done here. The staff is extremely unprofessional, and they damaged my car with barely any compensation!Extended Version: The most dreadful experience I have ever had with a "professional" service center. I took my car to get a wheel alignment, but one of the mechanics broke a bolt from one of the wheel arms. They said it was due to rust, even though they could've just refused me service, and I would've gone on my merry way. I asked them what they could do, and I had to wait until the next day. I called Mr. Duran about 8 times, waiting for a response. I called the main office and finally got a hold of him. They told me it would cost ME to fix my car, either by replacing parts (costing +3k) or welding it; both would come out of my pocket. I was then transferred to the service center manager; he picked up but hung up on me within a second. I had someone drive me there and walk up to see the manager for myself. They told me that they would cover the welding. However, I'd have to wait until the next day 2 DAYS without a car. I had full-time work and school that I couldn't miss out on. They told me that, at the time, all rental cars were grounded, so I had no option but to pay for rides for a mistake that this service center had made with barely any compensation. Sales manager, Clinton Calhoun, was so professional and immediately made you feel comfortable as a friend. He was very knowledgeable about our new Pathfinder and very patient with all of our questions about all the wonderful features of the car. Bought a used vehicle with a warranty. Was told I was given the platinum level for a discounted price. Originally I didn t want the warranty because normally it doesn t seem worthwhile, and upon Jeremy s (our finance guy at Nissan) suggestion we agreed to the warranty because he said he would give it to us for less than half the cost and keep our payment term the same length which come to find out later he changed to a longer term to discount the warranty price When the time comes for a 1600 dollar repair that I was told by the finance guy would be covered suddenly it s not a covered problem. The finance guy of 7 or 8 years no longer works there and the sales guy that sold us the vehicle no longer works there. They re now under a new manager and essentially told us we re out of luck.I will be going back to classic Chevy for all future purchases, they don t screw around with people like Texas Nissan does.

I just left another Nissan Dealership prior to arriving to this location. I was unimpressed with the salesperson at the other location and lack of assistance. I decided that they did not need me or my purchase. When I arrived at this location, I was greeted promptly and was offered to be assisted and I was provided with vehicles and options. The staff was friendly and understanding of my needs. It started with the salesperson and finished with the finance personnel. The sales associate even took my car to a designated area to ensure that I could come back to pick the vehicle up later that night after closing, as I was in a rental and had to deal with the dilemma of having to drive two vehicles back home.

Carl, Jamal, and Ron were excellent in assisting me with the purchase of my new car at Texas Nissan Grapevine. Carl was very attentive and helpful prior to my in-store appointment when we spoke via email and with helping me drive away in my new car prior to leaving the facility. Jamal helped me look at a few vehicles before I decided on the car that I was set on purchasing when I came in for my appointment. Ron was very helpful in crunching numbers to help me to get the best trade in price for my old car and fair price for my new vehicle. I appreciate their time, courtesy, and efforts. The service and financing departments were friendly and helpful as well.

I had the best dealership service of my life today. Went in for an oil change and state inspection, naturally had 3 things added to the list once my vehicle was in the shop. The shop replaced 2 tie rodes with an alignment, replaced my brake fluid, rotated my tires, changed my oil and cabin filters and replaced my passenger rear tire all in 2.5 hours!!! AMAZING!! I almost regret having my husband pick me up, assuming my car would need to be at the shop all day.Moe was amazing from check in to helping me move my nephews car seat between cars.This is the 2nd Nissan location I've had service at, and is so far my favorite! I'm so happy all of this got done today so I can get in with my life.Thanks Grapevine Nissan!

KP was so patient with us. My husband and I test drove several cars and he didn't mind a bit. He kinda went to bat for us Saturday when we went to finalized the deal. The car was "lost". LOL! It was parked somewhere else! They were so busy. Still they were professional and very nice! Especially KP!!

Worst place to go to buy a car or get any Service done for your car. My sister bought her Honda CR-V from here and after a 7 months we came in for an oil change because she still had warranty on the car. When we went to the service center no one was there to greet us or help us. There was no communication of any kind of how long it would take to do an oil change. The guy just told us to leave the key and he will take care of it. It took nearly 3 hours to do the oil change and we leave about an hour away. Just to put it to prospective we went in at 3:38PM and left after 6:00PM. I don't recommend this dealership at all to anyone.

My husband has desperately been needing a new car this past year and after not feeling comfortable enough to purchase a car at a few other dealerships, we finally purchased a car yesterday thanks to the INCREDIBLE service at Texas Nissan of Grapevine! From the moment we pulled in to driving away in a new car, KENDALL PINCKNEY (KP) was there for us with respect, patience, honesty, and just pure kindness. He got us a great deal on a used car in amazing condition. When I test drove the car, I was amazed at how clean the car was. Even so, they did additional detailing before we picked it up later that same day. It literally looks, smells and feels like a new car and we appreciate that they do good honest work, and are selling top notch used cars. With our purchase, they included an extended warranty at a good price AND free oil changes and tire rotations at their dealership for two years. Totally recommend Texas Nissan of Grapevine!!

I had a pretty good experience here. I was able to secure the car I wanted less than 24 hours after they posted it. They priced it low but when it came to the final number they decided to add on around $4k to the price, calling it an Options fee. Very confusing and I guess some kind of salesman tactic. Not only that but my credit score is considered good and they tried to give me a very high interest rate. I immediately called my bank who gave me a much better rate than that. So be sure to be on top of your game when you come here. They will try to play with you if you don t know how car buying works, but unfortunately, that s the nature of the business. But I am happy with the car. I love Nissan.

BUYERS BEWARE, Nissan of Grapevine is here to take advantage of potential and returning customers. The awards on display in there showroom that stop at 2020 state that your loyalty is our greatest reward , maybe they would win one again if that was true. I m not putting specifics on the situation because I have a case with the BBB. I would just like to spread awareness of how corrupt this dealership is. There are plenty of Nissan dealerships in the Dallas Fort Worth area, which I will be returning to in the future but never again will I give a penny to Nissan Grapevine.

I wouldn't recommend buying from here. Bought a car from here a year ago, the car was good and it still runs good. But they ran my credit 10 times that day in a span of 5 mins. This is ridiculous. Did I approve for them to run my credit? Yes. Did they say they will run it 10 times on 10 different banks? No. That's really shady. My advice would be to stay away from this dealership.

I really appreciate the sales staff and Finance team at Texas Nissan. I came here really needing a vehicle. I didn't have the best situation but they worked hard for me.Ian helped cheer me up when I was having a woe is me moment. He was very knowledgeable about the process and the vehicle that I was eventually blessed with. I did feel pressure like I have experienced in the past at other dealerships.The Finance manager went over the terms with me in detail. I didn't have any questions once he was done. The other staff was extremely friendly and I really appreciated that.I am looking forward to my next purchase here.

Just bought a 2023 Nissan Rouge, Carl the sell person was excellent. Took his time(3 hours) to make sure my wife found the car she wanted and explained everything. Carl also worked very hard to get us a good deal. Excellent experience overall, if your going to buy a Nissan, Texas Nissan of Grapevine would be the place and if you want a sales person that's honest, upfront, and courteous...Carl is your guy.

Worst car buying experience of my life. Every person in this place is constantly trying to pull tricks on you using every form of shady used car salesman tropes. And even some new ones. Make sure you read every single document they put in front of you because they will charge you more than what you agreed to and hope you don t notice. They waited until after I completed the purchase to tell me they were only giving me one key and now two months later I m sitting in a broken down car because they sold me a complete piece of junk. Do not walk into this dealership.

Ihave never used this dealership, but thought i would give them a try. Called service department 3 times today. Went to voice mail ALL 3 TIMES. That's all I need to know. I will just drive a bit further and use a service department that is staffed appropriately.
