They are very good at making sure you are being taken care of. They follow up with texts and even send a postcard after your purchase. There are great people working here.

Service is is not informative nor knowledgeable on the vehicles that need to be serviced I have a 22 wrx that has strut issues been in 3 times they couldn't duplicate the issue so I took my car home, the next day I looked at the strut took me 30 minutes to figure out what it was took it back and the guy told me the tech had to tighten the Top Hat Nut more than what was spec. So I asked ok what torque did he spec. to he asked the tech came back and said he just tightened it till he couldn't that there was no spec. I looked it up I told him there is a spec. for every screw and bolt on this vehicle, Top Hat of Strut is 42 ft. Lbs. The vehicle still makes noises that it shouldn't when going over bumps and uneven surfaces. I will not take my vehicle back to this location even though it is still under warranty!!!

Within just two weeks of purchasing the vehicle, I began experiencing problems with water retention on the windows. After going through a car wash or encountering rainy weather, I noticed that a layer of water remained on the glass surface when I rolled down and then rolled up the windows. And guess what? It's happening on all three windows except for one.I've been back to the service department three times already, and every single time, they dismiss my concerns like there is nothing. "Oh, it's by design, it is supposed to be like that". But if it's by design, then why is it not consistent across all the windows? Why does the driver-side rear window always come out clean? It's beyond frustrating!Don't think I want to come back to this dealership again for any of my future service work.

Got our first oil change there and they forgot how to put the top back on. oil everywhere on the new car and at that my son slipped and fell in their shop too. They don t know how to wash cars either. Get your car and don t get the package that will service your car there so mad cuz it Sunday and they are closed and it far from where we live and well still terrible service! For forgetting how to do a simple oil change!

Five stars for Five star Subaru service department! They are always prepared, courteous and professional. We bought tires there. Their prices are competitive.

Usually good courteous service. Often you ve got to wait more than an hour if it s a busy day or you come without an appointment for an emergency service. But it s always properly done, and you ll get your car washed (again if you ve got time to wait around 20 mins on a non busy day). The waiting area keeps you busy with drinks, snacks and a good working area at the bar.

Overall we've been happy with the service at Subaru of Grapevine. They have been able to diagnose problems quickly and fix the root cause so we aren't having to come back for the same problem. The service advisors are nice and will explain the details if you want to know. I think there are still a few areas where they could improve:1. The prices are high. Ouch.2. They offer loan vehicles but often run out. That was the case on our most recent appointment, and luckily i called ahead to confirm. My wife and I were both available so we could drop the car off, but that's not always the case so if they don't have a loaner I think they should have proactively notified us.3. They recommend additional services beyond what you brought the car in for. That's not a bad thing if the service is genuinely needed, but recently they recommended things we had done quite recently at another service center. Apparently they recommended it because they didn't know we had done it. But they also apparently didn't actually check to see if it was warranted.

I will be honest that I have had a couple of not so great interactions with this dealership. However, where they shine is how they recover with their amazing customer service.Jacob & Johnnie in the service department are top notch & John Michael in sales has taken such great care of us with the purchase of our 2nd & 3rd SubysY all at 5 Star are going to have to keep putting up with me now!

My radio was not working when I brought it in and not working on my way out. Vacation road trip will be in silence. Ben was a great service rep, but did not communicate no sound in vehicle before I got in and left. Did tell me they will fix and provide a loaner upon my return, however.. Now a Bluetooth speaker later, at least 11 hour trip is tolerable...

I had a bunch of issues with my SUV that needed to be addressed by the dealer. Lauren, the service advisor was always prompt and came prepared with cost estimates. She didn't beat around the bush or make thing weird either. In the end, they had my car for one week and was willing to lend me a courtesy car. Because of the wait and back and forth convos from Lauren, she was able to give us a discount. It wasn't expected but so greatly appreciated. My car is now back to normal and running as expected. Thank you so much

Very little inventory the sales guy wanted to talk money and trade in first I told him we was there to test drive a Subaru outback wilderness he said they didn t have any. But wanted to try to talk us into a different model because the want we want is to expensive Dude did not know our finances. And made that rude assumption. When I said we are done here you don t have what I m looking for he pulled out the keys to one they had already sold . He wanted to show us I said great we came here to test drive one he wanted to show us all the features then got an attitude that I sat in it multiple time I had mentioned we was there to test drive it not look at or talk about our trade . The sales guys English and comprehension of the English language needs to improve.

EWING SUBARU PLANO GOT THE DEAL DONE AND MET MY REQUIREMENTS.To answer the dealerships reply: Derek - sales. Tony - said he is a manager. Don t know finance guys name - red head w full beard at the time.We had a terrible experience at Five Star Subaru in Grapevine. The finance guy (red head w full beard) difficult to work with. He did not did not make a phone call or try to close the deal. He wanted me to accept his first offer at 13%, then - without picking up the phone, he offered 8% and that was his final offer. I have a friend who had exact same experience and was able to close the deal at Ewing Subaru at 6%. Going there.Two days later Tony with 5 Star called and said if we put up 10,000 they could get us the interest rate we wanted.Fortunately Ewing was able to get us where we needed to be WITHOUT a $10,000 deposit.

So far I am pretty satisfied with their front end service and no issues with the end but, it has become very busy. Scheduling is two weeks out, comes with the territory. I also have specific concerns that I've read online about and have witnessed first hand that were not quite resolved. I did not purchase my vehicle from them or in the state of Texas have gotten two oil changes so far (better schedule next one soon), 3 tires replaces, and a recall fix. Their quick at their work.

We bought a new Subaru Ascent from Casey and she was awesome. We wanted a very specific trim and color combination and luckily they had one on the way that we were able to reserve with a small deposit. The delivery was delayed a couple times, taking about two weeks longer to arrive than expected. They kept us updated along the way The dealership set us up with a loaner to help with the extended wait time. In the end we received exactly what we wanted and the process was smooth and easy.

Great Place to bring your Subaru ! Jason the Service Drive Manager was nice to fit me in on a busy weekend! They put my spare on and washed my wife s car while I enjoyed a Cappuccino and some great cookies ! The Dealership is spotless , and every smiles and says Hello and they have comfy seats and large TVs while you wait.The parts Department had a sale so I bought a Scubby T -shirt with a dog on it for my wife and gave me additional 10 percent off ! The staff is so nice at this Dealership that s why it s our 3rd Subaru from this Dealership ! I bought a 23 Forester that Derrek the internet Mgr ordered for me .. he s great Highly recommend him to buy a new or used Scubby he knows his stuff !Anyway they bend over backwards to please .. it s a Sam Pack DNA thing the Customer comes First ! I bought a Ford F150 also because it was a Sam Pack Store !You will Love this Store we certainly Do !The Fulcher s

My company buys Subaru parts worth more than 180k per year, so delivery is an added bonus. This dealership has Delays on parts deliveries and does not keep promise of delivery. Also, they promised to honour price matching with other Subaru dealers but later declined. Good customer service at desk though. I sent my brother to pick up parts worth 4500 dollars hoping they will match with McKinney but the guy declined to match. We took that order to McKinney instead. Look at the big picture here!

Bebe was a great Salesman. We had a fantastic experience and we love our Subaru. We came in looking at their used car lot and we left loving what we found. Great place. Great service and customer care.

Useless over the phone. Service department is condescending and unhelpful when asked very specifc questions about parts and repairs. If a customer asks, you should be able to tell them exactly how much it costs to replace a part instead of merely trying to persuade them to bring their vehicle in just so you can charge them a disgnostic fee. But I'm guessing that's how they speak to all women, even those who have extensive knowledge about their own vehicles and refuse to be messed around with or charged more because they think wE dOn'T kNoW aNy BeTtEr!

Best Subaru Dealership in DFW by far for me. I've been to three and I get the best and fastest service here. Always finding time to take care of me. Here again as i need tires, had a tire blowout before leaving town. Mechanics working hard to fix it and get me back on the road. Great all around service.
