This dealership was the best dealership I ve ever done business with. The customer service is top notch. I worked with salesperson Cory Foster. He was professional and knowledgeable. He showed patience with me throughout the entire process. The sales manager Jesse even helped me work the deal with a different Cadillac dealership because he understood how important was for me to get the vehicle I wanted. Sewell is incredible, and has earned my business from this day forward. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and it was always very stressful. I can honestly say I actually enjoyed working with them.

Absolutely love working with Sewell in Grapevine! We have bought our last two Escalades from them and the customer service team is always on point in the service department! They try to make servicing your car as easy as possible on the customer!!We have been getting our cars serviced here for the last 7 years or so and everyone is always so professional. The most recent time I was given a team that went over the top to help ensure I was kept in the loop while my tires were being changed and aligned. From Natasha to helping me figure out what was going on in a timely manner and helping to secure a appropriately sized loaner for our big family to Ryan who handled the communication and service to Sam and Jocelyn for providing over the top excellent customer service by hand delivering a gift that was personalized based on something I had said during an interaction with Sam!!! Thank you to all!

As a single, older, woman the process of purchasing a new vehicle can be very daunting. It has been ten years since my last purchase of a vehicle. I did a ton of online research and narrowed down my choice to a 2021 Cadillac XT5 that Sewell had recently received as a trade-in. I inquired online. Chandler responded quickly and an appointment was made. Chandler was awesome in that he did not take the "Used Car Salesman" approach, if you know what I mean, but was very pleasant, not pushy and just answered what questions I had in a prompt and pleasant manner. I was in and out with my new vehicle in just about three hours. That was awesome. Sewell has developed a modern age, non-aggressive, approach to the car buying experience. Thank you Chandler and thank you Sewell. I hope to have many years of driving pleasure with my new caddy!

It's true what they say about Sewell Cadillac. We recently picked up our vehicle after placing our order last summer. Daniel Tu was amazing! Very upfront about everything, he walked my wife and I through all the features. Kids were excited and he was very friendly and super patient with us. We changed our minds a few times, but he was super patient. No hard sales pitches, he just provided information and let us make the decisions. So far we've had the car for a week or so and loving it! Thank you Daniel and thank you Sewell Cadillac!

Transitioning from my first EV, a Tesla Model 3, to something more luxurious, I decided on the 2023 Cadillac Lyriq Debut Edition from Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine. The initial excitement of my purchase, however, was tempered by multiple issues that arose a few weeks in, leading to the car spending several months in repairs. This experience, while frustrating, was made significantly more bearable thanks to the exceptional service at Sewell Cadillac.Their coordination with GM corporate to transition me into a new replacement 2024 Cadillac Lyriq was outstanding and demonstrated their commitment to me as a customer.The level of attention and empathy shown by all staff members was excellent. I want to extend my thanks to Justin, the General Manager, for his personal involvement and regular follow-ups. Tasha, my service advisor, and Cameron, the sales associate, were also pivotal in navigating the process of acquiring the replacement vehicle.Their professionalism and urgency in resolving my issues were exemplary. Customer service here is excellent, of course, but I think it's important to mention what happened on my visit for routine service. I was hit with a HUGE repair bill. Now, what choice did I really have but to approve it. They had my car, back in the service area where I couldn't see it. I depend on my car being in tip top condition, so of course I said yes, go ahead and do the work. Maybe when they hit you with a huge bill like that, they should invite you to come and see your car, to see exactly what's going on. But as I waited several hours for the work to be done, I was just in shock over the cost. I did notice that they are doing an extensive renovation, so I have to be honest and say that the thought did cross my mind that maybe there's internal pressure to boost revenue to pay for that renovation. I'm just saying that these are the things that go through your mind after getting hit with a very high repair bill. I want to emphasize that everyone was very professional and I had no problem with anything else.

Made a maintenance appointment very easily and quickly. When I arrived it was an effortless check-in process. My service advisor, Bo was very pleasant and kept me updated on the status of the vehicle. He was very helpful and informative during the time I was there. The waiting area was comfortable and although the maintenance took a bit longer than expected, it's obvious this is a very high volume dealership so there's a lot going on at any given time.

I had the pleasure of working with Treavor McDonald, and he was not only professional, but very knowledgeable in the industry, process, and the vehicle I was interested in. Treavor's energy was consistently positive and contagious, and I appreciate his confidence.I wouldn't not have expected anything less with the Cadillac and Sewell brand attached as two highly valued and reputable brands. But Treavor made my experience seamless, went above and beyond, and communicated very effectively and timely through-out the entire process. I never felt as though I was being "sold" to, I felt as though I had a highly experienced consultant that took my desires and investment just as personal as I did.This is the type of experience I have truly worked hard for! Treavor, and Sewell really set's apart the experience for their customers, and it's evident that they love what they do!

Since my first visit to Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine I have been very impressed. I have been several times with both of my Cadillacs and bragged to all my family and friends about the great service that Sewell has provided... Until today. I made an appointment to bring my Cadillac in today for service and pick up a loaner. I live 45 minutes from Sewell and don't mind the drive because of the great service I have received in the past even though there is a Cadillac dealer much closer to me. I arrived about 20 minutes early, while I was waiting I checked my text that came in a few minutes before I arrived it was from Sewell advising that they were low on loaners I figured that I had one reserved so didn't worry. When I finally saw a service advisor as he was writing up what was wrong with the vehicle informed me that there was no loaner available, I said I had an appointment and wad told a loaner would be provided then he got snarky and asked did I not receive a text that there might not be any loaners available I said just a little bit ago.. He said if I wanted a loaner I would have to Come back.. I informed him I lived 45 minutes away and off work today, when they have a vehicle available I might not be able to get back when they have one, but I would hope they could bring it to my house and pick up the one that needed to be repaired.. Needles to say in a snarky attitude he said that would not be an option..Very disappointed with Sewell..Jack

We have purchased several cars in our lifetime. Sewell made the car buying experience painless. Elizabeth was amazing, she assisted us in ordering a vehicle, kept us updated throughout the whole process. And most importantly, she was able to get us our vehicle quickly.At delivery date, they had all the paperwork ready to sign, and we were done within an hour from waking into the dealership. We look forward to purchasing more vehicles from Sewell in the future.If you need a new Caddillac, go see Elizabeth at Sewell. She will take good care of you.

Monday morning my 2015 Cadillac Escalade decided it wanted to sound like it was still running after I turned it off. I was able to get it into Sewell to be checked out and fixed the same day. The thermostat went out. So the thermostat and the coolant had to be replaced. Since I just had my coolant flushed a few months ago, they worked with me to ensure I wasn t paying double the coolant. Excellent customer service!!!

I always bring my truck here for service. They are always so professional and courteous. They are also very prompt with their service. They replaced my radiator, rear main seal, and transmission in two days. They also let me drive a loan vehicle while they had my truck. I always have the best experience when i come here. I have recommended everyone i know with a GM vehicle to come here for their service needs.

I came in to Sewell for the very first time in December and traded my lease in for a new XT4. I was taken care of by Jennifer Salter. She was knowledgeable and kind throughout the whole process. I ended up in a car that I didn t love, that didn t have the features I was promised and she stayed by my side through the entire process of digging to find the car I would love. Sewell made my payments until we finally found the ONE. Yesterday, after 5 months of searching and waiting due to the lack of inventory for certain cars, she delivered my new car. She made the process easy and less straining on me. I am grateful for their dedication to serve their customer and make it right. I highly recommend Jennifer and her team. Thank you to all!

Nicole in the service dept at Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine is Awesome!!! I had an unfortunate event with my Escalade in Pagosa Springs CO. The Escalade just wouldn't start (not the battery). I was in a pickle with my family (6 of us) 160 miles from the nearest Cadillac dealer and 700 miles away from home just days before Christmas. Through various phone calls with the National Cadillac Roadside Assistance, I was finally connected with Nicole at Sewell, where I bought my Escalade. 700 miles away and She took complete charge of the situation. She stayed in constant contact with me, stayed on top of Cadillac Roadside assistance (which I found out is contracted out if you are not close to a Cadillac dealer). Through two false starts with two different tow services. She arranged help through the Alburquerque Cadillac dealer (with Tim who is also great). I ended up having to leave the Escalade in CO and return to Dallas. Nicole made sure we had a rental car and was coordinating everything from TX. She stayed in contact with me even on Christmas day to make sure we were informed an up to date on the whereabouts and condition of the Escalade. When we returned from Colorado, she had a loaner vehicle already sitting in my driveway for us to use. Nicole took total charge of the entire situation. She kept me constantly informed and helped coordinate the return of the Escalade to Dallas. She was absolutely awesome!! It's unfortunate that this happened, but Sewell Cadillac and Nicole are the perfect examples of superior Customer Service and how you handle this kind of situation. The Escalade was repaired and returned to my house and Sewell took care of everything. So the hype around Sewell is real!!.... they really did go above and beyond to take care of me. And Nicole was my angel. She was professional, committed to helping me and my family, and took care of everything and eased the nerves of a stressed dad. I could go on and on, but I can't Thank You enough for not letting this ruin our vacation!! Nicole, you are the BEST!!!

This is our 2nd vehicle with Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Daniel Tu pulled off a miracle for our family. This is a great dealership. Actually, causes us the least trouble of any we ve ever dealt with. Turnover s high, and that creates its own problems. But that s typical everywhere. But even if it takes a little while to figure out who to talk to, in the end, they get it done.

Service department is unable to repair noise from front wheel. Car was taken for service twice; the first time they claimed they couldn't hear the noise, the second time, the replaced both front hubs, charged me $1500 and the noise remains. Service advisor will not return calls or text messages.

Update.Still the absolute best dealership service dept I've ever worked with.They seem to thrive on being transparent which is probably why their service dept is glass. They had my car for longer than usual, but at no time was I ever uncomfortable with that as Marisa kept me updated on every step they took to troubleshoot and was very apologetic about the wait even though I was not concerned.Cherry on top is they gave me a birthday card and present that matched my opulent blue since my vehicle was being serviced over my birthday.They take customer service very seriously.OriginalThis place is top shelf, after a nightmare experience at another dealership this place has shown me what true customer service is. Not only did they fix what I asked them to, they were also able to identify and repair things I hadn't asked them to under warranty. The same things I had been told by a Frisco Cadillac dealership were normal, even though they couldn't tell me where the sounds were originating.Marisa and the technician (Bruce?) kept me updated the whole time while asking follow up questions that showed their attention to detail. Upon completion the paperwork had detailed summaries of what they had done to my vehicle. I highly recommend Sewell Grapevine.

Update: they changed my wipers at no cost. Hopefully after I pick up my car I will only have to bring it back for maintenance and not things that should have been done with the prior to sell to customer inspection.Update: car was purchased 8/25/23 in the shop again for radio now they tell it needs wiper blades. But they inspect all of these vehicles prior to selling. How do I need wiper blades and I have not had the car for a month ?Response from technician when I ask this question-It will be ready tomorrow afternoon! Right now the wipers are just streaking, they are not torn or anything. The Certified inspection passes as long as they are fully intact and not torn or deformed at all.Oh so SewellWill sell the car and if they re about to need to be replaced in less than a month it s on the customer. Great Sewell customer service.Update : now as of yesterday computer screen is frozen and can t touch anything . Scheduled my second service and have not even owned the car 2 weeks. We are on a row here.Do not buy a car from here. I purchased a used 2021 Cadillac CT4 prior to signing for this vehicle I told the salesman Grant on a Tuesday I would come Friday to sign the paperwork. I also purchased the car that the salesman was driving as his demo. On Friday when I showed up to sign my paper work he tells me the car only has one key and he will have to get me another one. I was advised I would need to make a service appointment to get the second key. Then I drive off the lot and notice the steering wheel was off and if you were driving in a straight line the wheel would not sit straight. Then the brakes grabbed really bad. I know newer cars are sensitive when you first get them but it seemed to sensitive. Come to find out when I took it in to service it needed an alignment and per service the brakes did seem off compared to other cars like mine and they would fix them. Mind you the salesman wanted to brush it off like it was just because it was a new car. Mind you I was told that this car along with every car they sale was put through an inspection prior to be put on the lot for sale. I have no clue who did this inspection but whoever it was must have been invisible. My car went straight to service within a few days of me purchasing. My vehicle was in service two days before I even received any kind of update. When I picked up the car when I signed my paperwork I also had to send the car back because it was not cleaned up like it should have been. Mind you this car was for my 16 year old daughter. I should not have to worry about my safety or my childs safety due to a car I just drove off the lot. The whole car buying experience was a pain, save your time and money and go elsewhere.
